Abstract

As the simplest communication media, mading is a significant medium to encourage creativity, imagination and provide opportunity for students to be expresive. In fact, there aren’t many schools utilizing mading as a communication medium to empower students. Mading management that empowers students will also provide benefits to improve the literacy skills and build a culture of teamwork. This paper aims to examine the utilization of mading as a learning medium for students at SDN Tanjung Anom 3 Nganjuk. Mading is merely informative medium or one-way communication from the teacher to the students. Mading utilization is emphasized as a bulletin board only. Community service activities were implemented then, aimed to put mading as a medium of participatory communication in order to foster synergies between school as educational institution and the needs of the students. The results of the training has been done in SDN Tanjung Anom 3 shows that the management of mading within involvement of students will make them become more creative, expressive and imaginative. Students further become collaborative and explorative in mading management thus the function of mading as a medium of two way communication might be implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to explore Smart Governance in local government institutions. The literature review shows that some models have been developed to explain Smart Government. However, systematic research on Smart Government through the Digital Transformation of Public Services still needs to be developed. This research used a qualitative approach with a phenomenographic method. Phenomenography focuses on three things. First, it focuses on interest.  Second, it is content-oriented.  Third, it describes the conceptions of various aspects of their reality. Data collection through direct observation and interviews with bureaucratic officials (Head of Service), stakeholders, academics, and online service users. The stages of data analysis include three aspects, namely interpreting data (structure and meaning of data) and data categorization/coding (variations in understanding and empirical manner), as well as formulating results (identification of conception and outcome space) and making research reports. The findings of this research show that Smart or M-Government is an Essential Necessity: The evolution toward intelligent government in the digital era is no longer a choice but a historical necessity. The convergence of technological advancements in internet-based information technology and the increasing public demands for top-tier services has made competent government imperative. The city has also made strides in digital transformation, achieving digital people, platforms, processes, public services, and workspaces, accompanied by ten sub-components. This comprehensive approach to digital governance ensures that nearly all public services, including healthcare, education, and infrastructure, are accessible via digital platforms. Surabaya's commitment to diverse digital service platforms reinforces the city's dedication to staying abreast of digital technological advancements.

Abstract

This research aims to present a comprehensive bibliometric literature evaluation related to research topics that have relevance to political candidate image building during 2000-2023 and the future research of political candidate image building. Data materials were obtained from Google Scholar by filtering 303 articles from 994 data that were successfully recompiled. Data downloading was carried out on January 10th, 2023. The research method was bibliometric. Data was downloaded through the PoP (Publish or Perish) version 8 application. For future research, topics related to globalization, Twitter, blogs, and rhetoric have opportunities to be developed in contemporary political communication studies.

Abstract

Di era pendidikan modern, literasi digital telah menjadi keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki siswa Untuk itu literasi digital dengan mengoptimalkan berbagai jenis aplikasi yang tersedia secara open source sangatlah penting dilaksanakan. Namun demikian, masih banyak komunitas khusunya di lingkungan pendidikan menengah yang belum mengoptimalkan secara kreatif fasilitas yang ada itu untuk peningkat ketrampilan proses belajar mengajar yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan edukasi dan pelatihan guna meningkatkan kemampuan baik para siswa maupun tenaga pengajarnya. Adapun tujuan kegiatan literasi digital komunitas sekolah melalui animasi 3 D tour adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dan model komunikasi pembelajaran yang interaktif. Metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan para siswa-siswi SMA dan juga guru-guru selaku pendamping kegiatan. Mekanisme pelaksanan adalah pelatihan pembuatan aplikasi animasi 3 D tour beserta praktiknya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan para siswa mengenai model pembelajatran interaktif melalui optimalisasi anmisi 3 D di kalangan siswa SMA. Selain itu juga memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai potensi animasi 3D tour sebagai alat untuk mempromosikan literasi digital dan komunikasi interaktif dalam lingkungan pendidikan.
