Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan stretegis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola konflik dilingkungan sekolah Mts NW Kalijaga. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan di Mts Nw kalijaga tidak hanya berfokus pada keefektifan dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan saja, tetapi kepala sekolah juga mampu dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif bagi semua staf komunitas sekolah . Oleh karena itu,perlu adanya implementasi model kepemimpinan yang responsive dan adaptif sangat penting untuk Pendidikan sekarang ini.

Abstract

The Kampunge Arek Suroboyo Gender- and Child-Friendly (KAS-RPA) Program is an initiative launched by the Surabaya City Government to establish a child-friendly city through women's empowerment and child protection. This program focuses on various key indicators, including education, health, caregiving, safety, and creativity. This community service activity aims to provide assistance in the development of the KAS-RPA portfolio in RW 04, Gundih Sub-District, Bubutan District, Surabaya City, which serves as the designated community service site. The method employed in this community service program includes socialization of the KAS-RPA program to local cadres, followed by intensive consultations and discussions. The assistance process encompasses the identification of village potentials, collection of relevant documentation, and portfolio development in accordance with established guidelines. The outcome of this community service demonstrates the successful implementation of all KAS-RPA program indicators in RW 04, supported by the residents' favorable socio-economic awareness and educational background. This has resulted in a safe and comfortable living environment, with minimal occurrences of violations against children's rights or violence against women.In conclusion, the collaboration between facilitators and local cadres has proven effective in exploring and implementing the program's indicators. It is recommended that the program's coverage area be expanded and that similar activities be continuously conducted to maximize the program's positive impact throughout the city.

Abstract

Purpose — The primary goal of this study is to investigate how the supervisory role of Hisbah in Islam can effectively enhance the adherence of modern business individuals to Sharia principles.Method — This qualitative research utilizes a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the role of Hisbah in enhancing Sharia compliance among modern business practitioners. The data, obtained from various books and journals, is collected, processed, and analyzed to derive conclusions regarding the effectiveness of Hisbah in promoting adherence to Sharia principles in contemporary business settings.Result — By implementing internal Hisbah through the utilization of muraqabah and muhasabah tools, a culture of Sharia compliance can be established. Simultaneously, external Hisbah parties, such as authoritative institutions or government entities, can play a crucial role in strengthening control and supervision. This combined effort ensures that the enforcement of Sharia principles remains objective, independent, and practical. The establishment of a robust and synergistic supervisory mechanism between internal and external Hisbah, involving government authoritative institutions, can substantially contribute to achieving Sharia compliance among modern business practitioners.Contribution — This research makes a valuable contribution to the academic realm by enriching our understanding of the concept of Hisbah and its implications for Sharia compliance. It serves as an initial stimulus for future research endeavors, particularly focusing on the effectiveness of external Hisbah institutions in fulfilling their supervisory roles within modern business contexts. This research paves the way for further exploration and investigation into the topic, fostering a deeper understanding of how external Hisbah entities can effectively contribute to promoting Sharia compliance in contemporary business practices.

Abstract

Keluarga yang barokah, sakinah, mawaddah warahmah adalah tujuan pernikahan  yang ingin dicapai  oleh semua pasangan suami istri. Namun demikian realita yang terjadi  justru  sebaliknya, banyak pasangan suami istri  mengalami konflik dengan pasangan masing masing sehingga berujung kepada terjadinya  perceraian.  Hal ini menjadi sorotan pemerintah  dan diupayakan untuk  diatasi dengan menyediakan  bimbingan atau kursus pra nikah dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam No. DJ.II/542 tahun 2013 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaran Kursus Pra Nikah. Mendukung upaya pemerintah ini dan juga dikarenakan rasa keprihatinan, maka Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pendampingan dan konsultasi seputar jodoh, pernikahan dan keluarga islami yang berlokasi di Lamongan, Jawa Timur.  Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan bantuan kepada  masyarakat dalam memahami ilmu pra- menikah yang diawali  dari bagaimana memilih dan menentukan  jodoh/pasangan yang ideal berlandaskan  ajaran Islam,  dan ilmu pasca - menikah yaitu bagaimana cara  menjalani  sebuah pernikahan dan bagaimana membangun sebuah keluarga yang bahagia berdasarkan hukum Islam dan teladan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Kegiatan Pengabdian dengan Pendampingan dan konsultasi ini diikuti oleh 20 orang peserta dengan antusiasme tinggi serta berhasil mendampingi dua peserta dalam proses ta’aruf sampai melaksanakan akad pernikahan.

Abstract

Sharia Business Ethics Assistance at Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya is a community service program that aims to help Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya in applying Sharia business principles and developing their business. This program was implemented to increase awareness and understanding of Sharia business ethics, as well as help Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya adapt to challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method of implementing this program includes the planning, training, and mentoring stages, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The planning stage includes identifying the needs and potential of UMKM Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya, as well as determining training and mentoring programs that are following the principles of Sharia business ethics. Next, the training and mentoring stage is carried out on an ongoing basis offline at the Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya location, by presenting material on the legal basis and principles of Sharia business ethics, as well as business examples from the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The monitoring and evaluation phase is carried out to monitor the progress and results of the mentoring program. The activity results show that Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya leads to high enthusiasm and awareness in implementing Sharia business ethics in their business operations. MSMEs feel more motivated and committed to advancing their business by following Sharia principles, such as honesty, fairness, and helping others. The following service plan is to provide education and assistance in marketing products digitally following Sharia principles, as well as spreading a similar approach to other MSMEs. This program will continue to be monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure the sustainability and successful implementation of Sharia business ethics among MSMEs.

Abstract

Halal certification provides a sustainable competitive advantage and enhances the business performance of SMEs, both in adherence to halal practices and assurance of halal quality. However, despite increasing awareness of halal certification, the intention to implement it remains relatively low among food and beverage producers. The assistance provided to UMKM Saladei Ketajen Sidoarjo aims to address this issue. The implementation of this Community Service activity was carried out through (1) the planning stage, which included identifying needs and mapping issues, and (2) the execution stage, which involved outreach and assistance, both offline and online. The results of this activity show an increase in awareness and knowledge of halal certification among UMKM Saladei, as well as the successful issuance of the halal certificate in February 2024. Ongoing evaluation is conducted to ensure the sustainability and long-term benefits of the program. In conclusion, this assistance activity has had a positive impact on UMKM Saladei, both in terms of knowledge and business performance. It is recommended to continue similar programs for other SMEs to raise awareness of the importance of halal certification among business owners and the wider community.
