The design of this study was cross sectional with a population of 152 samples of 110 respondents with proportional randam sampling technique. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate. The results of the study with statistical tests showed the value of family development stages p value 0.000 and parenting patterns p value: 0.000 where both are smaller than alpha (p <0.05). The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between the stage of family development and parenting on sexual behavior. The recommendation of the results of this study is that respondents get good fulfillment of adolescent age developmental tasks and friendly parenting so that they can control sexual behavior in themselves and know the dangers of risky sexual behavior. Keywords: Family Development, Parenting, Sexual Behavior

Abstract

Toilet training can be used to train children to control urination and defecation independently. Teaching toilet training requires a method that is easy for children to understand. You do this through the use of video media because it can display messages. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health education through animated video media on toilet training skills in children aged 3-4 years in PAUD. The research design is pre-experiment with one group design, pretest, posttest design without control group. The sampling technique uses total sampling on all children aged 3-4 years. Data collection using questionnaires analyzed with the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that before the intervention, the mean value was 11.83, meaning that the child did not succeed in toilet training with a minimum value of 5 and a maximum value of 14. Then, after the intervention, the ability of toilet training increased with a mean value of 26.13 which means that the child succeeded with a minimum score of 21 and a maximum value of 28. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value of 0.000 < ? = 0.05 showing that there was an influence of health education through animated video media on the ability of toilet training in children aged 3-4 years at the Ade Irma Suryani PAUD Post. Animated video media is expected to be used as an alternative to improve children's toilet training

Abstract

Child marriage in Indonesia is a recurring reality in society. Early marriage is a form of gender inequality, especially for women. Globally, 21 percent of women living in 2020 were married before the age of 18, and 12 million girls under 18 are married each year, or about 23 girls married as children every minute. Various reasons for the high rate of early marriage are not only due to educational, economic, and stigmatizing factors but also due to the low understanding of adolescents about reproductive health, which causes adolescents to have no choice, especially for adolescent girls. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of "MOLKESPRO" monopoly media on adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health. The design of this study was pre-experimental with a pre-post-test design approach. Using the purposive sampling technique, the population was grade 6 elementary school students, as many as 31. In this study, the instrument used was a questionnaire about reproductive health—data analysis using a paired t-test. The results showed that the respondents' knowledge got the less category (35 percent) before being given health education and got a good knowledge category (81 percent) after being given health education. The results obtained p value less than 0.000 (0.000 less than a). Therefore, there is an effect of "MOLKESPRO" on the knowledge of early adolescents about reproductive health. Thus, the "MOLKESPRO" monopoly media can be used by midwives and other health workers in providing health education to early adolescents related to reproductive health, this is because its attractive design can make students enthusiastic to learn materials about reproductive health using the atmosphere created with fun.

Abstract

Menarche is the first menstrual period during adolescence, which experiences changes during menarche and experiences anxiety. This research aimed to determine the relationship between maternal support and the attitudes and anxiety of adolescent girls facing menarche in Kalirejo Bangil Village. The design research correlation analysis was done using a cross-sectional approach, with a sample size of 38 teenage girls in grades 4-6 who had menstruated at the Kalirejo Bangil State Elementary School using a proportional random sampling technique. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data analysis was univariate and bivariate with the Spearman rank correlation test. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 29 teenage girls (76.3percent) had sufficient maternal support, 30 adolescent girls (78.9percent) had a good attitude, and 24 teenage girls (63.2percent) experienced moderate anxiety in facing menarche. Based on the results of the analysis using the Spearman Rank, it was found that in the variable maternal support and the attitude of adolescent girls, the P-value was 0.342, which means there is no relationship between maternal support and the attitude of adolescent girls in facing menarche, while in the variable maternal support and adolescent girls' anxiety, the P-value was 0.017, which means there is relationship between maternal support and adolescent girls' anxiety in facing menarche. Maternal support did not directly influence adolescent girls' positive or negative attitudes. However, there is a significant relationship between maternal support and adolescent girls' anxiety levels. The higher the perceived support, the lower the level of anxiety experienced.

Abstract

Breastfeeding provides health, psychological, social, and economic benefits for both mothers and babies. However, despite the WHO's global target to increase exclusive breastfeeding coverage, Indonesia has seen a decline. The main obstacles include lack of social support, ongoing education, and low maternal motivation and confidence. Husband support plays a vital role in the mother's psychological well-being and milk ejection reflex. This study aims to examine the relationship between husband support and bounding attachment with smooth breast milk production in postpartum mothers. A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 43 postpartum mothers at Purwodadi Health Center, Malang, using questionnaires and analyzed with Chi-Square and Fisher exact tests. Results showed 77% of mothers received low husband support, 51% had low bounding attachment, and 60% reported smooth milk production. There was a significant relationship between husband support (p=0.003) and bounding attachment (p=0.039) with milk production. In conclusion, strong husband support and good bounding improve breast milk flow.
