Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pembangunan hukum, karena antara ekonomi dan hukum itu merupakan dua hal yang saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Hukum sebagai ketentuan yang sifatnya normatif mempunyai peran dan fungsi yang sangat penting dalam bidang perekonomian. Perkembangan bidang ekonomi acapkali berjalan tanpa menghiraukan sistem hukum yang berlaku sehingga menyebabkan banyak lembaga dan pranata ekonomi yang tidak atau belum diatur oleh kaidah hukum baru terutama kaidah hukum substantif. Kalaupun pranata dan lembaga ekonomi itu diatur seringkali kebijakan dan peraturan ekonomi nasional itu hanya didasarkan pada kaidah-kaidah hukum administrasi negara belaka tanpa adanya pengaturan hukum material atau hukum substantifnya. Tugas hukum dibidang ekonomi yang terutama adalah untuk dapat senantiasa menjaga dan menciptakan kaedah-kaedah pengaman agar pelaksanaan pembangunan ekonomi tidak akan mengorbankan hak dan kepentingan pihak yang lemah.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence of Brand Image, Price and Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions on OPPO Smartphones, especially Students / I SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Research Range the author uses descriptive quantitative methods and tends to use theoretical basis analysis as a support that is formed to clarify a data. And data collection techniques using questionnaires, literature studies and interviews, while data analysis techniques use methods (validity test, reliability test), analysis test (descriptive test, classical assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (multiple linear test, F test, T test, determination test).

Abstract

The role of a brand image is very important in marketing smartphone products. And this research was conducted to find out and describe the influence of this on consumer purchasing decisions for a smartphone brand called Xiaomi in Jakarta. In this study, a sample of 100 informants or respondents was taken. The technique used in collecting the data is non-probability sampling which emphasizes purposive sampling method. The data obtained was taken by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Then for the data analysis technique used is the PLS or Partial Least Square technique. According to the analysis, it was found that price and brand image have a significant and positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This is shown by the influence of affordable prices and also a good brand image , so that purchasing decisions from consumers will obviously be much better. The selling price also has a significant partial effect on the consumer's decision to buy the Xiaomi smartphone. Brand image also has a significant influence on the decision.
