Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji keefektifan pembelajaran keterampilan menulis cerpen dengan model investigasi kelompok dan model STAD berdasarkan tipe kepribadian peserta didik kelas VII. Keterampilan menulis cerpen membutuhkan kreativitas dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Melalui keterampilan menulis cerpen siswa dapat berkreasi untuk mengemukakan ide atau gagasan yang ingin disampaikan kepada pembaca. Ide atau gagasan juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil dalam menulis cerpen. Selain itu, pengetahuan tentang cerpen juga penting dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis cerpen. Siswa perlu berpikir kritis untuk memunculkan ide atau gagasan yang menarik dan untuk pemahaman mengenai unsur-unsur cerpen. Tipe kepribadian yang berbeda juga perlu membutuhkan cara pengajaran yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang cocok. Model pembelajaran yang dipilih adalah model investigasi kelompok dan model STAD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce games letter word in the learning of basic locomotor movements physical education at Elementary School third-grade students in District Gunungpati 2016. This research is the development, product development procedure includes needs analysis, literature review and observation, the initial product manufacturing, design validation by the experts, the trials I, product revision, the second large-scale trials, expert review and the final product. Data is collected using questionnaires obtained from the expert evaluation, field observations and the student questionnaire. A descriptive data analysis techniques percentage. The results of the analysis of the initial product of 91% then declared eligible. The observation and the student questionnaire on a small scale trial gained (81.6%). The test results of large-scale expert (95%) to be eligible and could be used. The observation and questionnaire on large-scale test was (86.6%) are feasible and can be used. On a small scale trials and large-scale increase in the observation and questionnaires to students of (5%). It can be concluded that the game is a good letter word that is feasible and can be used as an alternative to the basic motion locomotor learning materials in elementary school third-grade students in District Gunungpati.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a media Hole Multi Level to capture the small ball throwing learning grade IV elementary school level that can increase students roll control. The model of the research is the development of research and data analysis in the form of a percentage of data types with a description of the qualitative and quantitative. Procedure development include; 1) Potential problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Early media product design Multi Level Hole, 4) Design Validation by expert penjas and learning experts, 5) Revision products I, 6) Trials I in MI Ma’arif NU Darmakradenan, 7) Product revision II, 8) Trial II at four elementary school in the village of Darmakradenan, 9) Product revision III, 10) And products. The results of expert validation against the media Pit Multi Level was 80%, I Test of 83,23%, and II trials of 85.97%. Those results can be concluded that the development of the media Pit Multi Level can be used to capture the small ball throwing learning grade IV elementary school level.

Abstract

This experimental research was aimed to find out: 1) the different effect between the exercise method of sit heel raises the feet on the block compared to on  floor towards the result of the tuck style long jump, 2) the different effect between long leg and short leg towards the result of tuck style long jump, 3) the interaction between the exercise method of sit heel raises and the length of leg toward the result of tuck style long jump. This is an experimental research. The result of the research hypothesis test was analyzed with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) two ways with significance degree 95%, the result i.e: the first hypothesis test shows that the value of count is 12.29 higher than the F table as amount of 4.11 ( Fo=12.29> Ft=4.11 ). The summary: there is different effect between sit heel raises exercise with feet touches up on the block and the feet touches upon the floor toward the result of tuck style long jump. The second hypothesis test shows the value of F count is 17.97 higher than F table as amount 4,11 ( Fo=17.97 > Ft=4.11 ). The summary: there is different effect between long leg and short leg toward the result of tuck style long jump. The thirdhypothesis test shows F count 4.67 is greater than F table as amount 4.11 ( Fo= 4.67 > Ft=4.11 ). The summary: there is interaction between sit heel raises exercise and the length of leg towards result of tuck style long jump. The further analysis caused by significant Analysis of Variance between the method of sit heel raises exercise and the length of leg towards the result of tuck style long jump tested using F Scheffe test andthe result are as follows: a) Sit heel raises exercise with feet touches upon the block was proven to give a better effect comparing to sit heel raises exercise with feet touches upon the floor towards the result of tuck style long jump ( FSA=11.97>Ft=4.11), b) Long leg was proven to give a better effect comparing to short legs towards the result of tuck style long jump ( FSB=18.47 > Ft=4.11 ). Hopefully this research result will be useful for sport teacher and coaches who intend to develop long jump, if they want to create exercise program, sit heel raises exercise with feet touches upon the block involved in the alternative exercise, and should give interest in the length of leg, because in this research it was proven that long legs had abetter effect compared to short legs towards the result of tuck style long jump.Kata kunci: latihan heel raises duduk, panjang tungkai, lompat jauh gaya jongkok

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik dan keterampilan teknik dasar pada atlet tenis meja usia dini di Kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet tenis meja di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 36 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, yaitu semua populasi atlet tenis meja di Kota Semarang berjumlah 36 orang. Variabel penelitian meliputi kondisi fisik dan keterampilan teknik dasar tenis meja.Untuk memperoleh data, maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan teknik tes. Untuk instrument kondisi fisik yang digunakan adalah tes: lari cepat (sprint) 30 meter, lari 1.600 meter, lari bolak-balik 4x5 meter, sit and reach, sitting on the wall, loncat tegak (vertical jump), dan angkat tubuh (Flexed Arm Hang). Sedangkan untuk keterampilan dasar tenis meja, tes yang digunakan adalah tes: memegang bed, pengaturan kaki, memukul bola, blok serangan lawan, dan servis. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik atlet tenis meja di Kota Semarang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Sebanyak 64% atlet putra dan 86% atlet putri dalam kategori sedang. Keterampilan teknik tenis meja dalam kategori baik. Sebanyak 73% atlet putra dan 93% atlet putri memiliki keterampilan teknik dasar yang baik.The purpose of this research was to assess the physical condition and basic engineering skills at an early age table tennis athletes in Semarang. The population was table tennis athletes in the city of Semarang, amounting to 36 people. Sampling using total sampling, ie all populations table tennis athletes in Semarang numbered 36 people. Variables include the study of physical conditions and basic technical skills of table tennis . To obtain data, so in this research using survey methods and testing techniques. The results showed that the physical conditions of table tennis athletes in Semarang included in the medium category. As many as 64% of men and 86% of athletes women athletes in the medium category. Skills table tennis techniques in both categories. A total of 73% men and 93% of athletes women athletes have good basic engineering skills. It was concluded that the profile was moderate physical condition and basic engineering skills in table tennis athletes in Semarang in 2013 in both categories

Abstract

Model Teaching Games For Understanding (TGFU) merupakan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk memperkenalkan bagaimana anak mengerti olahraga melalui bentuk konsep dasar bermain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi guru pendidikan jasmani SD di kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan terhadap Model Teaching Games For Understanding (TGFU) dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Sifat penelitian deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan sesuatu apa adanya. Populasi dan sampel yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah para guru pendidikan jasmani yang telah mengikuti pelatihan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan pendekatan TGFU (Teaching Games For Understanding) yang berada di wilayah UPTD Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan berjumlah 30. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu angket (kuisioner). disamping itu juga sebagai penguat data, juga digunakan teknik wawancara terbatas dan observasi di lapangan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru penjas di Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan memberikan respon positif terhadap model pembelajaran TGFU, sebanyak 4 responden (13,3%) yang masuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik dimana capaian jawaban yang benar mencapai diatas 80%. Selain itu juga terdapat 26 responden (86,7%) masuk dalam kategori Baik dengan capaian jawaban yang benar antara 61-80%.Model Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) is an approach to teaching physical education to introduce how children understand the basic concepts of the sport through a play. The goal in this research was to determine the perceptions of elementary school physical education teacher di Kecamatan Karanganyar Pekalongan to Model Teaching Games For Understanding (TGFU) in teaching physical education. This research is a descriptive, aiming to reveal things as they are. The population and samples the subject of research is the physical education teacher who has been teaching physical education training TGFU approach (Teaching Games For Understanding) residing in the District of Karanganyar UPTD Education Department Pekalongan were 30 teachers. Techniques used in data collection is questionnaire . additionally also as an amplifier of data, also used a limited interview and observation techniques. Instrumen used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that physical education teachers in Karanganyar Pekalongan responded positively to the learning model TGFU, and 4 respondents (13.3%) were included in the category of Very Good in which the achievements of correct answers reached above 80%. In addition, there were 26 respondents (86.7%) fall into the category Good to achieving the correct answer between 61-80%.

Abstract

AbstractInstitutions of higher education is one of the rides at the shaper of human resources to prepare for and create a scholar who has a good quality. In the development of a science student who has obtained must have contribute to a broad audience, but all currently still encountered a student health physical education and recreation that can not apply the scholarship that has been gets, even a lot of scorn from the public about his friend even himself. Based on these problems then the servants give practical mentoring team application ability of students in the city of Semarang Freeday Car activities which aim to help students master the skills and knowledge the lecture material deployment techniques have been obtained to the community. From the IPTEKS in the program implemented for students PJKR FIK Unnes was well received by the partners and achieve the objectives previously planned as well as in aspects of the deployment capabilities of students can apply his ability to society with good and true, this indicates that the training delivery mentoring already quite well and students are able to master the material that has been given. Keywords:Training, implementation, skill-based. AbstrakLembaga Perguruan Tinggi merupakan salah satu wahana pembentuk sumber daya manusia untuk mempersiapkan dan menciptakan sarjana yang memiliki kualitas yang baik.Dalam perkembanganya seorang mahasiswa ilmu yang telah didapat harus mempunyai kontribusi bagi semua khalayak luas, namun saat ini masih banyak dijumpai mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi yang tidak dapat mengaplikasikan keilmuan yang telah didapatnya, bahkan banyak cibiran dari masyarakat sekitar bahkan temannya sendiri. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdi memberikanpembekalan basic knowledge melalui pelatihan softskillkemampuan mahasiswa kepada masyarakat di kegiatan Car Freeday Kota Semarang yang bertujuan untuk membantumahasiswa dapat menguasai keterampilan dan pengetahuanteknikpengaplikasian materi perkuliahan yang telah didapat kepada masyarakat. Dari program IPTEKS yang diimplementasikan bagi mahasiswa PJKR FIK Unnes diterima dengan baik oleh pihak mitra dan mencapai tujuan yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya serta secara aspek pengaplikasian kemampuan mahasiswa sudah dapat mengaplikasikan kemampuannya kepada masyarakat dengan baik dan benar, hal ini menandakan bahwa pemberian pelatihan pendampingan sudah cukup baik dan mahasiswa mampu menguasai materi yang telah diberikan. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, implementasi, skill-based.
