Abstract

Abstract:The Covid-19 pandemic has so far been increasingly rampant and has had a bad impact on everyone and has made it more difficult for the church to develop, but this article discusses how to develop the church properly during this pandemic. The church can help each other by providing assistance, the church can also still carry out worship every week using social media and so on. This paper also tells every church servant to continue carrying out their duties even during the pandemic. This paper also explains how the church can maintain good communication with each congregation so that they can fellowship with each other again through online. and explain the use of technology for church services. The research method in this paper is a qualitative method. Keywords: church growth; church; pandemicAbstrak:Pandemi Covid-19 sampai sekarang semakin merajalela dan berdampak buruk bagi setiap orang dan semakin menyulitkan gereja untuk berkembang, namun dengan tulisan ini yang membahasas bagaimana cara mengembangkan gereja dengan baik pada masa pandami ini. Gereja dapat saling menolong dengan memberi bantuan, gereja juga tetap dapat menjalankan ibadah setiap minggu dengan menggunakan media sosial dan lain sebagainya. Dalam tulisan ini juga memberitahu kepada setiap pelayan gereja agar tetap menjalankan tugas walaupun sedang masa pandemi. Dalam tulisan ini juga di jelaskan bagaimana gereja dapat tetap menjalin komunikasi dengan baik terhadap setiap jemaat agar bisa saling bersekutu lagi melalui daring. serta menjelaskan pemanfaat teknologi untuk pelayanan gereja. Metode penelitian  dalam tulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif. Kata kunci: pertumbuhan gereja; gereja; pandemi

Abstract

Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal memiliki makna yang dalam, baik dari segi adat maupun agama, sehingga perlu dilestarikan untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang memiliki pedoman  dalam berperilaku dan bermasyarakat. Masyarakat Batak memiliki nilai-nilai Kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu dimana segala aktifitas adat Batak selalu berpatokan kepada filososi tersebut. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu dalam masyarakat Batak dan cara mempertahankannya dalam masyarakat yang mulai tergerus oleh arus perkembangan zaman dan globalisasi.  Kearifan lokal ini perlu disosialisasikan pada generasi penerus dengan mempelajarinya mulai tingkat dasar sampai perguruan tinggi sehingga tetap terjaga kelestariannya. Penanaman nilai-nilai social dan kemasyarakatan merupakan faktor dan cara utama dalam mempertahankan kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu. Dalam proses penulisan menggunakan metode study literature. Yaitu dengan melakukan proses pencarian daftar bacaan , dengan menggunakan media baca sebagai sumber data dan informasi.

Abstract

Social media often notifies that some teacher did praiseworthy deeds, especially actions that harmed students. Those behaviors were including rape, beatings, extortion in the field of material, and many other cases. Actually, a teacher is expected to be a role model by their words and behavior blessing students. Especially, the profession as a Christian religious education teacher is not same as other teachers. Christian religious education teachers have more difficult duties and responsibilities which not only providing information and knowledge to students, but they also bring students to experience a special meeting with Christ and have a new life in Christ. Therefore, to meet this main responsiblities, Christian religious education teacher must carry out evangelism.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Media sosial sering memberitakan tentang perbuatan dari beberapa guru yang tidak terpuji, khususnya perbuatan yang merugikan para muridnya sendiri. Baik itu tindakan pemerkosaan, pemukulan, pemerasan dalam bidang materi, dan masih banyak lagi kasus yang lain. Padahal seorang guru diharapkan menjadi teladan, baik dalam perkataan, tingkahlaku yang menjadi berkat bagi siswa. Terutama profesi sebagai guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) tidak sama dengan guru-guru umum lainnya, guru PAK memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang lebih berat, bukan hanya sekedar memberikan informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik tetapi yang paling utama adalah membawa peserta didik mengalami perjumpaan dengan Kristus dan memiliki hidup baru di dalam Kristus. Abstract

AbstractGenerally, missiology can be understood as the study of the Gospel messagespreading or what is better known as Sending. Thus, this Gospel spreading isconsidered as one of the main task or function of churchestht is to share the good news about Jesus Christ worldwide. Therefore, this comprehension cannot be taken wrong, however in the Old Testament, missiology has to be seen from the standpoint on “how God the Father called and sent his servants to carry out all the tasks assigned to them in order to turn the people of Israel from their stubborness so that they could be saved and not be perished in the punishment that were bounded to them’’ In the old Testament there is an obvious assignment to do the outreach mission to all nations all around the world. The main focus in the Old Testament is the choosing of Israel and its relations to the other nations.Key words: Mission, Old Testament

AbstractThis paper tells about mission which doing in the different condition. Thedifferent is explained in this paper are about race, gender, skin color,language and religion. Religious diversity is about how if the mission isstated in the sensitivity of different without give rise to problem and conflict. There is challenge when doing the Jesus‟s mission in Indonesia which have religious diversity. When we talk about the truth of Jesus, we preface to the condition of religion pluralism. Abstract

AbstrakMisi Kristen dalam perjalanannya selalu mengalami perkembangan dimana perkembangan tersebut seiring perkembangan paradigma teologi. Perkembangan paradigma teologi tersebut juga mengalami sentuhan dengan budaya-budaya yang mengakibatkan perubahan perkembangan misi Kristen. Orang Kristen di tanah Batak memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam menjalankan misi Kristen di tanah Batak karena misi tersebut dipahami sebagai inkulturasi budaya didalamnya dan budaya yang cocok adalah budaya kekerabatan orang Batak yaitu Dalihan Na Tolu.Kata Kunci : Inkulturasi, Dalihan na ToluAbstractThe Christian mission always has development progress in its journey, as a the development of the theological paradigm. Abstract

Abstrak:Guru sekolah minggu memiliki peran yang penting dalam pembinaan rohani anak. Melalui strategi pelayanan yang tepat, anak-anak akan dapat dibimbing bertumbuh dalam kehidupan rohaninya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji strategi pelayanan guru sekolah minggu yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu korelasional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Gereja HKBP Pardomuan Silangkitang Kecamatan Sipoholon Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelayanan guru sekolah minggu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan rohani anak. Melalui pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada anak dan mengajarkan Firman Tuhan secara kreatif berdampak bagi peningkatan dan pertumbuhan rohani anak.Kata kunci : Strategi Pelayanan, Guru Sekolah Minggu, Pertumbuhan Rohani.

Abstract

Abstract. The Koinonia ministry is one of the tri-duties of the church's vocation which at this time seems to have begun to weaken quite a number of churches due to the development of the times which requires that the koinonia strategy must be improved or in other words quality. Therefore, a quality Koinonia ministry is able to protect the congregation to remain faithful in fellowship. A good Koinonia is to divide certain categories to improve the quality of the congregation in its growth in quality and quantity. In this paper, I provide Koinonia services by dividing into five categories, namely: Child Category (Age 0-2, 2-5, 6-12), Youth Category (Age 15-35 years), Early Adult Category (Age 17- 22, 22-28, 28-33, 40-45 years), Middle Adult Category (45-65 years old), and Advanced Adult Category (over 60 years old). Each category has its own portion and needs according to their psychological condition and situation, which should be seen from the point of view of their age. This will make it easier for the church to improve or even improve the quality of Koinonia's service to the congregation, especially in today's churches that require an increase in their Koinonia.

Abstract

Technological developments that are currently happening have an impact on church planting, thus with digitalization it makes fulfillment of all aspects of human life, otherwise it will be left behind, and this acceleration is also triggered by the covid-19 virus, while the core problem that will be put forward is what Church Planting Strategy, what is the Success of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era, and seeing the Urgency of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to put forward strategies and successes for Christian youth to carry out ministry in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is data collection qualitative method. The strategy and success of planting this church also includes the role of the Holy Spirit in every believer so that they continue to fulfill God's call. Therefore, we need Christian youth who open their hearts to serve God, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the dualism of GPKB synod leadership on the ministry of pastors in District V Humbang. The research method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique for this research is using semi-structured interviews and documentation in the form of images. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the impact of dualism in leadership on the ministry of pastors in Humbang V District causes emotional pain or disappointment and makes it difficult to reach a point of peace between pastors. The dualism of leadership experienced by pastors and congregations is a bad influence on both pastors' services, where daily needs or salaries are unable to cover life's necessities, but this is triggered by commotion or misunderstanding between pastors which burdens the congregation and pastors. The impact of dual leadership in GPKB in Humbang District V includes sirang paradatan, moving churches, building new churches and so on. The impact of this dualism in leadership becomes an obstacle to the pastor's ministry because of disappointment in the hearts of the congregation. This problem has become an obstacle in the ministry of pastors in the V Humbang district, healing the emotional wounds of the congregation and the disappointment of the congregation, even though the pastor's salary or daily needs are not necessarily met, the pastor's loyalty to continuing to serve at GPKB never gives up because the spirit of service within the pastor is more important than status because what they do is shepherd, not be the government over the life of the congregation.
