Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesegaran jasmani peserta didik Lingkungan Lahan Basah Pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bunipah 2 di Kecamatan Aluh-aluh dengan rentang usia 10-12 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi (mixed method) dengan teknik pengambilan data tes pengukuran, wawancara, dan obeservasi. Populasi dalam  penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Lingkungan Lahan Basah  Pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bunipah 2 di Kecamatan Aluh-aluh Kabupaten Banjar  tahun  ajaran  2018/2019 yang berjumlah 87 orang peserta didik, Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 29 orang  peserta didik dengan rentang usia 10-12 tahun, yang terdiri dari 13 orang putra dan 16 orang putri. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan membandingkan frekuensi tingkat kesegaran jasmani dengan keseluruhan sampel. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah tingkat kesegaran jasmani peserta didik Lingkungan Lahan Basah Pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bunipah 2 di Kecamatan Aluh-aluh dengan rentang usia 10-12 tahun berada pada kategori kurang. Kata Kunci : Analisis, Kesegaran Jasmani, peserta didik sekolah dasar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between the principal's transformational leadership, work culture, and organizational commitment to teacher performance in North Banjarmasin District Public Middle Schools. The method used is quantitative descriptive research using a correlational path analysis model to analyze the relationship patterns between variables. The research population was 258 teachers from 8 Public Middle Schools in North Banjarmasin District and 157 respondents as iresearch isamples using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnairei instruments and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumptioni itesting, hypothesisi itesting, and ipath ianalysis. The results of this research show that the variable regression coefficient values ​​are positive numbers, such as the principal's transformational leadership variable (X1) with teacher performance (Y) of 0,197, work culture variable (X2) with teacher performance (Y) of 0,414, organizational commitment variable (Z) with teacher performance (Y) of 0,236, principal transformational leadership variable (X1) with organizational commitment (Z) of 0,510, work culture variable (X2) with organizational commitment (Z) of 0,544, the principal's transformational leadership variable (X1) with teacher performance (Y) through organizational commitment (Z) of 0,120, and the work culture variable (X2) with teacher performance (Y) through organizational commitment (Z) of 0,128. The conclusion of this research is that the relationship between the principal's transformational leadership variables, work culture, organizational commitment, and teacher performance at SMPN Negeri Banjarmasin Utara District obtained significant results. There is a partial direct relationship between the principal's transformational leadership, work culture, organizational commitment, and teacher performance. There is an indirect relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and work culture with teacher performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research analyzes the direct and indirect influence of the principal's instructional leadership, work environment, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMAN Kota Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational, using a path analysis model to analyze the influence between variables. The research population was 163 teachers from 4 high schools in the Banjarbaru area, and 116 respondents were taken as research samples using the Slovin formula with the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments, and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, inferential tests, and path analysis. The results of the study of the regression coefficient values ​​of the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance were 0.327, the work environment variable on teacher performance was 0.334, the job satisfaction variable on teacher performance was 0.331, the principal's instructional leadership variable on the work environment was 0.876, the principal's instructional leadership variable on job satisfaction of 0.858, the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance through the work environment is 0.293 and the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance through job satisfaction is 0.284. In conclusion, there is a direct or partial influence of the principal's instructional leadership variables, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of high school teachers, and there is an indirect influence of the principal's instructional leadership on the performance of teachers in high school through intermediary media, either work environment or job satisfaction. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe student management including student admission planning, student development and student evaluation at SDN Paringin Selatan 1 and SD IT Darul Fikri, Balangan Regency. This research is qualitative research in the form of case studies at 2 sites, namely SDN Paringin Selatan 1 and SD IT Darul Fikri. The research data sources are school principals and teachers. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation and then analyzed using within-site data analysis, individual site analysis and cross-case data analysis. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by source triangulation. The research results from 2 research sites illustrate that student admission planning includes stages starting from analyzing student needs, such as planning the number of students who will be accepted, forming a new student admissions committee and holding promotions and outreach, implementing the School Environment Introduction Period (MPLS). Developing students by creating a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere, integrating the general curriculum with character and religious education values. Organizing extracurricular activities as a means of channeling students' talents and potential. Student evaluations, attitude competency evaluations, knowledge competency and skill competency evaluations are all contained in evaluation reports in the form of student report cards, remedial implementation and teacher performance evaluations. The conclusion of this research is that student recruitment planning includes: analysis of student needs, student recruitment planning, student selection, student orientation and reporting of new student data. Student development includes coaching in the learning process, coaching in extracurricular activities and coaching students in discipline. Student evaluation includes the development of children's knowledge, reports on children's learning outcomes, remedial activities and evaluation of teacher performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of quality management and the obstacles faced in its implementation, as well as the efforts to follow up on the challenges faced in two superior public high schools in Banjarmasin. This qualitative research uses descriptive methods like interviews, observation, and documentation. Apart from that, the subjects of this research were the leadership, the quality assurance department, the deputy head, and several teachers. The research results show that the implementation of quality management at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin and SMAN 7 Banjarmasin has been carried out based on the five pillars of quality schools: customer focus, total participation, measurements, commitment, and continuous improvement. Furthermore, the obstacles faced in implementing superior school quality management by SMAN 1 Banjarmasin are related to student input and limited funds to carry out student activities. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by SMAN 7 Banjarmasin are related to limited funds, lack of student participation in class, and the need to increase teacher motivation in developing competence. Furthermore, efforts were made to follow up on the obstacles faced in implementing school quality management, especially in increasing teacher competency, and encourage teachers to participate in training activities to improve their competency. In conclusion, quality management at SMAN 1 Banjarmasin and SMAN 7 Banjarmasin has been implemented based on five pillars of quality schools: customer focus, total participation, measurements, commitment, and continuous improvement. Abstract

This research aims to describe the principal's transformational leadership, work climate, work commitment, and teacher performance and then analyze their influence directly and indirectly. The research population was 390 teachers from 14 schools, and 198 respondents were taken as research samples using a proportionate random sampling technique. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The research results show there is a direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the work climate; There is no direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on work commitment; There is a direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance; There is a direct influence of work climate on teacher performance; There is no direct effect of work commitment on teacher performance; There is an indirect influence of the principal's transformational leadership through work climate on teacher performance; There is no indirect influence of the principal's transformational leadership through work commitment on teacher performance.
