Abstract

This development research was motivated by the information that the student's average score on the material for solving calculation problems, including those related to money, was still below the KKM (70). One of the reasons is that the teacher does not use the media to teach the material. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to develop media in accordance with the material. The data collection instrument in this study is a checklist sheet with observation and test techniques. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and descriptive qualitative data analysis. The development model for developing monopoly media refers to a development model with the ADDIE approach which includes 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the monopoly game media is declared valid after being revised by material experts and media experts with a score of 75% which belongs to the B criteria with the Good category The effectiveness of the media in increasing the ability to solve calculation problems, including those related to money, by using the development of monopoly games for grade III students of SDN 4 Cakranegara, Mataram

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of public awareness of the importance of affective aspects in the world of education, especially mathematics. In mathematics, a positive attitude towards mathematics which includes self-confidence, flexibility, persistence, curiosity and appreciation of the role of mathematics is called a mathematical disposition. One of the internal factors that influence the mathematical disposition is Advesity Quotient (AQ) which has three levels, namely climber, camper and quitter. The purpose of this study is describe the mathematical disposition of students with AQ climbers, campers and quitters. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive type. The instrument used is an aq questionnaire which is used to classify students' aq levels and an observation sheet which is used to determine students' mathematical dispositions. The research subjects were fifth grade students in the Mataram City area. The conclusions of this research are (1) Subjects with AQ climber have a mathematical disposition score of 90% can show all indicators of students' mathematical disposition, namely self-confidence, flexibility, persistence, curiosity and appreciation of the role of mathematics. (2) Subjects with AQ camper have a score of 57.5% mathematical disposition can show three indicators of students' mathematical disposition, namely self-confidence, curiosity and appreciation of the role of mathematics. (3) Subjects with AQ quitter have a mathematical disposition score of 41.5% that does not show a mathematical disposition at all.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan situasi pembelajaran dan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapi guru SDN Senurus selama masa pandemi yang memungkinkan terjadinya learning loss. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Kajian penelitian difokuskan pada proses pembelajaran selama pandemi dan tantangan belajar siswa berkesulitan belajar. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam kepada kepala sekolah dan guru-guru di SDN Senurus. Dari Aspek proses pembelajaran diperoleh kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan dengan Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR), selama pandemi guru tidak melakukan adaptasi rencana proses pembelajaran (RPP), kegiatan pembelajaran hanya berlangsung selama 30 menit efektif saat BDR dari 120 menit jam pelajaran, dan setiap kelas dijadwalkan datang ke sekolah untuk belajar tatap muka kecuali kelas 6 yang datang setiap hari, hasil belajar siswa selama pandemi mengalami penurunan, dan telah terjadi learning loss yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari berbagai pihak mulai dari kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, serta dinas pendidikan setempat.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep merupakan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Faktanya siswa sering kali merasa kesulitan untuk memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh guru di kelas. Seringkali siswa terkesan dipaksa oleh guru untuk memahami materi secara instan dengan mengesampingkan darimana dan bagaimana proses itu didapatkan. Sementara media di dalam proses pembelajaran dijadikan sebagai jembatan atau perantara oleh guru untuk menyampaikan materi kepada siswa ketersediaannya sangat terbatas sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran matematika khususnya media koin dan garis bilangan sebagai upaya meminimalisir miskonsepsi siswa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: persiapan workshop, menyiapkan alat dan bahan workshop, pelaksanaan workshop, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan workshop berjalan lancar sesuai jadwal yang telah direncanakan. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan, tim PKM memberikan soal Pretest dan Postest kepada peserta. Hasil skor pretest dan postest peserta mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase 100% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan workshop yang dilaksanakan berhasil. Untuk memperkuat hasil pre-post ini, tim PKM juga memberikan angket respon terkait pelaksanaan workshop yang sudah dilakukan dengan hasil respon peserta terhadap kegiatan workshop yang dilaksanakan sangat baik
