Abstract

Kurangnya kreatifitas guru dalam membuat media yang bisa memadukan antar mata pelajaran sehingga guru hanya menggunakan buku siswa sebagai alternatif untuk menunjang pembelajaran. Media boneka jari merupakan media yang terbuat dari kain flanel yang dibentuk sesuai dengan gambar yang diinginkan. Bentuk media yang menarik dapat membuat suasana yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media boneka jari serta mengetahui penilaian dari empat ahli yang terdiri dari dua ahli materi dan dua ahli media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model Addie yang disederhanakan menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu (Analysis, Design, Development). Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi dan ahli desain untuk menguji kevalidan. Jenis data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian adalah data kualitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa data angka dan diinterpretasikan dengan pedoman kriteria penilaian untuk menentukan kualitas produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menghasilkan produk media boneka jari yang telah memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata dari ahli materi 95,6 % dan ahli desain 97,7 % dengan kriteria sangat valid. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kriteria yang diperoleh media boneka jari yakni sangat valid, sehingga dapat digunakan pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar sebagai media pembelajaran peserta didik.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the scaling up of bionsecticide production from Bacillus thuringiensisvar. israelensisusing onggok (a cassava by-product) as a carbon source. The insecticide produced was used to eradicate Aedes aegypti larvae. The product was a crystal protein produced during bacterial sporulation. Scaling up from laboratory to pilot plant scale was done using two methods, i.e. constant agitation power per unit volume (Pg/V) and constant oxygen transfer coefficient (kLa). The results showed that yield of product per substrate (Yp/s) of Pg/V based product with the value of 3.52 ± 0.02 spora per gram substrates was higher than Yp/s of  kLa based product with the value of 2.96 spora per gram substrate.  Logarithmic value of viable spore count (log of VSC) was also higher, i.e. 7.23 ± 0.30 for Pg/V based product as compared to 7.17 ± 0.20 for kLa based product. Substrate efficiency was also higher in Pg/V based (92.47%) than kLa based (64.87%). LC50 of Pg/V based product was lower (0.49 μg/ml) meaning that it was more toxic than kLa based product (0.62 μg/ml). Amino acid content of Pg/V based product was also higher than kLa based product. Constant Pg/V method was suggested as a based on the scaling up of bioinsecticide production of B. thuringiensis israe/ensison industrial scale. Abstract

Online marketing has sparked consumers' interest to make purchases to satisfy their various needs, including food and beverages. Several factors are believed to strongly influence consumers’ buying interest in online marketing, including: price, advertising and product quality and payment security. This study aims to provide suggestions and recommendations for online marketing strategies to MSMEs in the food and beverage sector to further increase consumer buying interest. The research is conducted by identifying consumer behavior and analyzing the influence of 4P marketing variables, i.e., price, sales promotion and product quality and payment security for consumers purchasing MSME food and beverage products online. Data collection was done through questionnaire and interviews with 106 food and beverage consumers and 40 MSMEs located in Bogor city, using purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis can be summarized as follows: First, product, price, promotion and payment security variables have a significant influence on the variable of consumer buying interest in food and beverages. Second, variables that influence online purchase interest include: promotions, products, and payment security, while prices do not really influence consumers’ purchase interest in online marketing. The results of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat (SWOT) of the most appropriate strategy that can be applied is S-O (Strength-Opportunity). The results of the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis achieved the highest Total Attractive Score (TAS) score by innovating products based on consumer needs on the basis of consumer desires and also in accordance with people's purchasing power.

Abstract

Controlled/slow-release fertilizers (CSRF) continue to be developed because of the need to increase agricultural productivity and reduce the economic, social, and environmental impacts of conventional fertilizers leaching into nature. Additionally, the use of biodegradable polymers as CSRF materials continues to be a priority in CSRF development. Therefore, this review synthesizes the current research on lignin- and polysaccharide-based CSRFs and emphasize their compatibility and performance in agricultural applications. Lignin, an abundant and renewable biopolymer, was evaluated for its effectiveness as a slow-release agent in CSRF. Studies have demonstrated the potential of lignin to improve nutrient release profiles and environmental sustainability when used alone or in combination with other polymers. Polysaccharides, which are known for their biocompatibility and biodegradability, have also been explored. The incorporation of lignin into polysaccharide-based CSRFs has been highlighted, particularly in starch, cellulose, chitosan, and sodium alginate matrices. These composites offer improved mechanical properties, controlled nutrient release, and enhanced soil water retention. The challenges and future directions regarding lignin- and polysaccharide-based CSRF are also reviewed. These findings underscore the importance of developing sustainable fertilizer technologies to meet future food demands while mitigating environmental impacts.
