Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali konsep sosialitas manusia dalam pemikiran Martin Buber dan berupaya melihat relvensi konsep tersebut terhadap nilai-nilai pancasila. Rumusan pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana konsep sosialitas manusia dalam perspektif filsafat Martin Buber?, dan  bagaimana relevansi konsep tersebut dalam kaitannya dengan nilai sila-sila pancasila?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber datanya adalah kepustakaan seperti jurnal, buku dan dokumen lain yang relevan. Data dianalisa dengan metode hermeneutic yang terdiri dari unsur deskripsi dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan (1) Martin Buber membagi relasi manusia menjadi tiag jenis yaitu, Aku-Itu, Aku-Dia dan Aku-Engkau. Relasi Aku-Engkau adalah model relasi yang tepat dalam pergaulan antar sesama karena dalam relasi jenis ini manusia saling mengadakan bukan sebaliknya. Relevansi konsep Martin Buber terhadap pancasila yaitu sebagai berikut: Pertama, Engkau bagi Martin Buber tidaknya hanya terbatas pada manusia namun juga mengacu kepada Tuhan. Konsep ini relevan dengan sila ketuhanan. Kedua, dalam relasi Aku-Engkau terefleksikan bahwa aku harus memperlakukan orang lain sebagaimana aku ingin diperlakukan. Kedua,  dalam hal ini berlaku sila ke-2 yaitu anti dehumanisasi. Ketiga, Aku-Engkau sebagai pasangan yang saling mengadakan adalah berbeda dalam kesatuan dan bersatu dalam perbedaan (Sila ke-3). Keempat, dialog yang berorientasi pada sikap saling memahami, tanpa memaksakan kehendak pribadi, win-win solution, adalah nilai sila ke-4 pancasila yang juga terkandung dalam pemikiran Martin Buber. Kelima, relasi Aku-Engkau mensyaratkan manusia untuk adil, yang berarti memberikan apa yang menjadi haknya, tanpa diskriminatif.

Abstract

This research is a research that measures harmony of religious harmony in Lubuklinggau City. In the context of the City of Lubuklinggau as a city that has a plurality of religions, this can actually be a capital in regional development. Then the study to be explored is How high is the religious harmony index of the city of Lubuklinggau in 2019? The quantitative research methods used in the study approach pattern with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics are used to explain the characteristics of the data which include, mode, mean and standard deviation of each variable. After the field survey and calculation are done, the results of the research, the 2019 Survey conducted by FKUB of Lubuklinggau City found that the harmony index of Lubuklinggau city in 2019 was at 5.52, this figure was 22 points higher than the STARA INSTITUT survey in 2017. This survey also rejects the null hypothesis (H0) at the 0.05 significance level. This means that H0: µ = 5.30 cannot be generalized to the population.

Abstract

This article describe axiologi issue in communication philosophy. The problems that will be answered in this study are: (1)What does the background which rise the debat on netralitiy of science?(2)What argumentation for those who have defferent perspective? (3) How this debat is overcome?. This research find that term of value free in science originate from Helyocentris Theory that finded by Nicolause Coverniccus. This opinion have contradiction with Christian doctrine.This debat proceeds until Enstein and Positivisme philosophy era. Some of the scientist regard that science should be netral because it is an objective activity, conversly some of expert declare that science must be unnetrality. Science should be developed considering morality. The synthesis of these debat are that netrality of science being on justification level only, however science is not netral when it is on methodology and research object choices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the underpinnings of Kant's doubts about metaphysics and its implications for epistemological problems. Some of the questions that will be answered in this study (1) What is the basis for Kant's doubts about metaphysical problems? (2) what are the implications of Kant's doubts on metaphysical questions? (3) How does religion provide answers to these answers? This research uses literature sources such as books, journals and relevant research reports. The analytical method uses hermeneutics which includes elements of description and interpretation. The result of this research is that Kant believes that every scientific decision comes from experience and reason. Meanwhile, nomena is a reality beyond the boundaries of knowledge. This view of Kant has implications for the search for new methods of approaching metaphysics. Religion is an alternative which needs to be considered as a method of understanding the nominal reality that Kant doubts. Religion has become a kind of epistemology for metaphysical problems.

Abstract

This research is done based on the importance testing of sampling technique before the real survey is done. The aim of this research is to test stratified cluster sampling technique in producing unbiased estimator of population. Based on theory, stratified cluster sampling technique is able to produce unbiased estimator. The reserch method used survey technique where the subjects are the whole the twelveth grade ofSenior High School in lubuklinggau and Musi Rawas. The calculation sample shows that the real number of population is 54,45 % whereas the result of sample is 55,5 %with sampling error 0,0464,therefore the samples have estimated parameter of population accuratly.

One variable of deciding nature of instruction is instructor's job. As a calling, educators are required have the option to develop and foster as per improvement of science and innovation. The improvement of science and innovation that quickly has a major effect on advancement of instruction so there are requests for expanded quality instructive administrations to understudies. In this manner doing educators proficient advancement in ceaseless and supported by the necessities of the educators, gatherings of educators and institutions is vital. To instructors can foster their expert, educators should be acquainted with different models of instructors proficient advancement so they can comprehend and carry out. Different models of instructors proficient improvement really has been concentrated by specialists of schooling that educators can have a wide information on the calling. Understanding educators on proficient advancement model is supposed to prod them become proficient educators in playing out their obligations. Abstract

Public relation is a form of public service, if poor public service practices by state officials result in the communitys needs not being met, which ultimately does not bring about general welfare. Poor public services occur because of the bad intentions of state administrators to abuse their power and authority, therefore there is a need for a strategy in building the identity of the Musi Rawas Police. The communication strategy developed by Musi Rawas Police Public not only in obtaining a good image, but also in how the positive image that has been built can be maintained. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with the approach regarding public relation. Data collection techniques use observation methods, interview methods, and documentation. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that the public Relations Communications Strategy in building the image of institutions in society will be maximized, because it is necessary to create good relations between the police and the community.
