Abstract

This study The purpose of this study is to find out how the BI Rate affects the mudharabah financing income, how the profit-sharing rate affects mudharabah financing income, and how to BI Rate and profit-sharing rate affect mudharabah financing income. This type of research is quantitative research, the method used in this study is associative research (relationship) supported by a document analysis approach, the place which is the object of research is PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, the sample used is the monthly financial statement off PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2011 period 2015 by using the purposive sampling method. The variables in this study are two variables: the independent variable (free) and the dependent variable (bound). There are two independent variables, namely BI Rate (X1) and Profit Sharing (X2) while independent while the dependent variable is Mudharabah Financing Income (Y). The type of data used secondary data obtained from the financial report published by BI, OJK, and through the official website of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Data analysis shows that partially the BI Rate and Profit-Sharing Rate (TBH) have a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah Financing Income, as evidenced by the value of BI Rate variable 0,0024 0.05 and the prob value of the Rate of Sharing 0,0000 0,05. Taken together, the BI Rate and Profit Sharing variables have a significant influence on Mudharabah Financing Income, and this is evidenced by the value of prob F statistic 0,000, which is smaller than 0,05. The variable BI Rate and Profit Sharing Level has a contribution to explain Mudharabah Financing Income of 83,3% while the remaining 16,7% (100%-83,3%) is explained by other variables not examined or not included in this research model

Abstract

Sharia-based financial institutions are being developed in Indonesia, especially in Islamic banking and Islamic capital market institutions. The role of financial institutions in economic growth in Indonesia is defined as financial deepening. This study examines the variables of third party-funds, state Sukuk, and corporate Sukuk towards financial deepening. The used research method in this research was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is Islamic banking and Islamic capital markets, which are registered at the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The sampling technique was saturation sampling. The used method in this research was the descriptive-explanatory method with multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent variable in this study is financial deepening. While, the independent variable in this study is the third-party funds, corporate Sukuk, and state Sukuk. The results show that third-party funds affect financial deepening, state Sukuk affects financial deepening, and corporate Sukuk does not affect financial deepening.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah atau sering disebut UMKM adalah salah satu pertahanan dari perekonomian negara Indonesia.  Hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan data dari Kementerian Koperasi, Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah (KUKM) pada tahun 2018, jumlah pelaku UMKM sebanyak 64,2 juta atau 99,99% dari jumlah pelaku usaha di Indonesia. pada tahun 2019 terdapat 64 juta unit usaha, akan tetapi kini hanya tersisa setengahnya atau sekitar 34 juta UMKM, 30 juta UMKM mengalami kebangkrutan akibat wabah Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran serta pengaruh dari tingkat e-marketing, dan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM kerajinan kulit terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat religiositas dalam mempengaruhi e-marketing, dan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode uji hipotesis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu SmartPLS dengan metode analisis ialah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM kerajinan kulit sukaregang Kabupaten Garut dengan jumlah sampel 141 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat e-marketing dan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM yang tinggi terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM kerajinan kulit. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat religiositas pelaku UMKM tidak memoderasi pengaruh e-marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM kerajinan kulit.

Abstract

This research aims for finding the strategy of development the food and beverages industry in the Regency of Tasikmalaya with provide problems and solutions which are relevant and valid. Then, the method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process with Superdecision as an analysis tool. The subject in this present research is the experts who are relevant to the research’s purpose governor, academics, and practitioners. There are seven experts who are collected by the researcher. The results of the research indicate that the most problem in the aspect’s dimension is regulation, on the other side, the most problem in the indicator dimension is that producers of food and beverages are less halal awareness and lack the capacity for halalness products. And then, the highest solution priority is the infrastructure aspect and there are two the highest solution priority in indicators which are Training and Socialization from Governor to Halal Food Beverages Industry and Sharia Bank is act for promoting on Food and Beverages Industry about credit of shariah which is acceptable.

Abstract

This study emphasizes the importance of focusing on the sustainability and alignment of Sharia compliance disclosures in the context of Islamic Financial Institutions. Sustainability reporting is becoming increasingly crucial in the financial sector due to growing awareness of global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. The initiative encourages Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) to increase transparency and accountability in their sustainability practices. This study tries explicitly to compare the Sustainability Report Analysis between Bank Syariah Indonesia and Maybank Islamic Berhad for 2019-2022. In this way, the study provides a deeper understanding of how these two institutions manage sustainability and disclosure of Sharia compliance. By aligning Sharia compliance with sustainability goals, IFIS can actively create a more responsible and ethical financial sector. This will contribute to broader sustainable development efforts, including sustainable economic growth, environmental protection, and Social Empowerment. This kind of research is essential to ensure that IFIs and other financial institutions understand and adhere to sustainability and Sharia compliance in a balanced manner to balance financial, ethical, and sustainability goals in their services to society.

Abstract

This research examines the sustainability reporting procedures of three Islamic banks located in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam. The research methodology employs a comprehensive and dependable descriptive approach, utilising a content analysis framework grounded in established sustainable practices and prior studies. This led to an extensive examination of 302 elements, encompassing environmental, socioeconomic, governance, and sharia compliance dimensions. The findings indicate that all three Islamic banks exhibit a commendable level of transparency and are dedicated to adopting sustainable practices. This signifies substantial transparency regarding governance and minimal disclosure concerning sharia compliance, reflecting the ethical identity of the IBs. Bank Syariah Indonesia has the highest degree of disclosure among all sampled banks. This study examines ESG disclosure in Islamic banks and paves the way for future research to broaden its coverage by include more factors. This may result in a more thorough investigation and further insights in the domain. The study's conclusions and suggestions could substantially influence Islamic banks, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the determinant factors in decision making to become a Muslimpreneur by conducting a survey at the Indonesia Islamic Business Forum, Bandung City. By using the causality method with a quantitative approach, this research analyzed 236 respondents who were members of IIBF Kota Bandung. To prove the hypothesis, the collected data was analyzed using the toolPatrial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS application. This research shows that the variables of interest and level of religiosity influence the decision making to become a Muslimpreneur. This finding confirms that the factors of interest and level of religiosity are very important in encouraging the growth of Islamic entrepreneurship. In order to increase entrepreneurs and Muslimpreneurs in Indonesia, the role of the government and the Muslimpreneur community will be very necessary in socializing and re-promoting the concept of Muslimpreneurs or Islamic Entrepreneurship on various platforms optimally, such as social media, seminars, workshops and several other media. This study is the first in testing the determinant factors of decision making to become a Muslimpreneur in IIBF Bandung City members. This study successfully revealed the strengths and weaknesses of interest factors and levels of religiosity in influencing decision making to become a Muslimpreneur.
