Abstract

Evangelism is one of the fundamental aspects of Christian theology that aims to spread the good news of Christ. As the times evolve, evangelism faces various challenges, including secularization, social change, and technological developments that affect the way the church reaches the people. In this context, the theological understanding of evangelism and its impact on church growth is a relevant issue to be studied. This study aims to examine the theological review of evangelism and analyze how evangelism contributes to the growth of the church. In addition, the study also identifies evangelistic strategies that are relevant to the global context and challenges of the church today. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected from a variety of academic sources, including theological journals, missiology books, and Bible studies. The analytical techniques used are descriptive-qualitative, which aims to understand the relationship between evangelism and church growth based on relevant theological and empirical sources. The results of the study show that evangelism has a significant impact on the growth of the church, both in terms of the number of congregations and spiritual depth. The various evangelistic methods that have been applied in the history of the church, such as personal evangelism, mass evangelism, and the use of digital media, have different effectiveness depending on the social and cultural context. In addition, discipleship as part of evangelism has proven to be an important factor in maintaining the sustainability of church growth. This research contributes to the development of a more contextual and strong theology-based evangelistic strategy. The church in the modern era needs to adapt a more inclusive and digital-based approach to evangelism without eliminating its theological values.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry has a very large and rapidly growing group of companies in Indonesia. This industry is also one of the high-growth industries. The development of this branch is inseparable from the population of Indonesia which continues to grow every year. As the population grows, so does the demand for consumer products for puns. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the current ratio and profit per share on the company's stock price in the food and beverage industry. This type of research aims to analyze the causal relationship, namely the relationship between one variable and another. The population of this survey is all the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The annual financial statements of producers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020 are used as samples. Information analysis method was carried out according to the Monte Carlo method. As a result, the current ratio does not affect stock prices, but earnings per share have a large effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Narapidana sering menghadapi penolakan masyarakat setelah pembebasan karena stigma dan kurangnya persiapan untuk reintegrasi. Program pengembangan spiritual dan karakter sangat penting untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi program kolaborasi antara Lapas Kelas II A Cibinong dan STT Global Glow Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi moral, spiritual, dan sosial narapidana melalui pendidikan teologi dan kegiatan pembentukan karakter. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan interaksi sosial, penelitian ini menggabungkan wawancara kualitatif, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen untuk menilai efektivitas program. Program ini secara signifikan meningkatkan disiplin diri, empati, dan kesiapan narapidana untuk reintegrasi masyarakat, sekaligus mengurangi risiko residivisme. Tantangannya termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan durasi hukuman narapidana yang bervariasi. Studi ini menyoroti perlunya reformasi kebijakan untuk mendukung model rehabilitasi multidisiplin dan pendampingan pasca-pembebasan jangka panjang, menawarkan kerangka kerja yang dapat direplikasi untuk lembaga pemasyarakatan lainnya.
