Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of age high risk with the incidence ofbleeding post partum in dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya hospital. This research is analytic with an approachof a sectional cross. The study population was all post partum mothers in the Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabayahospital in January 2016 to March 2017, which amounts to an average of 1840respondents while theresearch sample number 182. Measuring collection sheet data obtained by systematic random sampling.The Study was conducted Chi-Square test obtained mean count X2 (0,00) is less than á (0.05) thenH0 is rejected and H1 accepted it means that there is a relationship between the age of high risk withbleeding post partum. Conclusion, there is a relationship between the age of high risk with the incidenceof bleeding post partum in the Spaceof the Maternity room Dr. Moch. Soewandhie Surabayahospital.

Abstract

Early marriages occur in Indonesia and this still contributes to maternal and child mortality. Therefore, research is needed to find out the reasons why the incidence of early marriage can occur. This research was conducted in four sub-districts in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia, by taking respondents based on the technique of snowball sampling. After the interview, several factors had apparently contributed to this early marriage, among others, culture, economic level, level of education, and level of knowledge on marriage. This of course requires a program to increase the age of first marriage by a woman called maturing marriage age. It is hoped that the contributing factors to early marriage will not be repeated in the future when the perpetrators of the early marriage are given an explanation of the importance of delaying the age of marriage to adulthood.

Abstract

Post partum hemorrhage, one of the causes is weak uterine contraction or atonia, this may cause subinvolution, placental retention, infection and hamorrhage or HPP. Attempts to mediate by improving contraction, retraction and strong myometrous through massage effleurage or stimulating the release of oxytocin hormone by means of oxytocin massage and puerperal exercises are an important part of postpartum care. The purpose of this study proves the effect of massage effleurage model, massage of oxytocin and puerperal gymnastics on uterine uterine invitation of post partum mother at BPM Clinic of Lawang District. The research method is Quasy Experiment with Post Randomized Control Group Only Test Group. Population and sample in this research is post partum mother, with sample size 20 respondent, while sampling technique with Consecutive Rondom Sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire and observation sheet. The results of the uterine involution study were faster in all post partum mothers who performed massage effleurage and oxytocin massage, whereas in the postpartum gymnastics group almost all respondents, this is more than the group that did not intervene showed that the slow uterine involution most of the respondents. Tests of variables with Mann Whitney Test value of p is smaller than 0.05. That group of massage effleurage, massage of oxytocin p value 0.005 and pediatric gymnastic group p value 0.011, means there is effect of massage effleurage model, and postnatal gymnastics on the acceleration of involution in post mothersModels of massage effleurage, massage of oxytocin and gymnastics are non pharmacological therapy recommended some independent nursing intervention, does not require cost and side effects if done correctly on post partum mother to accelerate involution of the uterus so as to mediate bleeding and puerperal infections.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a disease caused by a hormonal disorder that affects insulin 5.7% of the total population of Indonesia, including teenagers. Is a big challenge for the health sector to do the step in anticipation of the complexity of health problems caused by diabetes mellitus in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the relationship of body mass index with risk of diabetes mellitus in adolescent high school in the city of Malang. This research is correlational research design, sampled in this study is partly a teenage high school class in Malang, city area drawn at random sampling with a large sample of 375 respondents. Research conducted at the high school SMU Negeri 6 and SMU Negeri 9 in the city of Malang, in May-August 2021. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and measurement of body mass index. Data analysis is descriptive and analytic Spearman Rho correlation with alpha 0.05 using computer. The results showed that there is a BMI (body mass index) related to findrisk of diabetes mellitus in adolescent high school in Malang with 0,000 p-values ??<? 0.05. Recommended for teens to pay attention to awake the ideal body weight, so avoid the risk of diabetes mellitus.

The results showed that there is waist circumference (central obesity) related to findrisk of diabetes mellitus in adolescent high school in Malang with 0,000 p-values ??< ? 0.05. Recommended for teens to pay attention to healthy eating and balanced, in order to awake the waist circumference are normal, so avoid the risk of diabetes mellitus.
