Abstract

The rate of growth and development delays at the preschool age is still quite high. This will pose risks at later stages of growth and development. At preschool age, it can be said as a period of child socialization. One of the factors that influence the social development of children is parenting. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting and social development of preschool-aged children (4-6 years). This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 38 respondents selected by simple random sampling. Collecting data on parenting variables using a structured questionnaire and social development using a Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS) questionnaire. Data analysis using Goodman and Kruskal Tau. The results showed that most parents applied democratic parenting (92.11%) and preschoolers had social development above the average (76.32%). The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between parenting patterns and children's social development (p-value of 0.001). Parents have an important role in nurturing and educating children to become socially mature individuals. Monitoring of children's social development needs to be done to diagnose developmental problems so that early treatment can be carried out and minimize the impact of delays in social development. Abstract

Post partum hemorrhage, one of the causes is weak uterine contraction or atonia, this may cause subinvolution, placental retention, infection and hamorrhage or HPP. Attempts to mediate by improving contraction, retraction and strong myometrous through massage effleurage or stimulating the release of oxytocin hormone by means of oxytocin massage and puerperal exercises are an important part of postpartum care. The purpose of this study proves the effect of massage effleurage model, massage of oxytocin and puerperal gymnastics on uterine uterine invitation of post partum mother at BPM Clinic of Lawang District. The research method is Quasy Experiment with Post Randomized Control Group Only Test Group. Population and sample in this research is post partum mother, with sample size 20 respondent, while sampling technique with Consecutive Rondom Sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire and observation sheet. The results of the uterine involution study were faster in all post partum mothers who performed massage effleurage and oxytocin massage, whereas in the postpartum gymnastics group almost all respondents, this is more than the group that did not intervene showed that the slow uterine involution most of the respondents. Tests of variables with Mann Whitney Test value of p is smaller than 0.05. That group of massage effleurage, massage of oxytocin p value 0.005 and pediatric gymnastic group p value 0.011, means there is effect of massage effleurage model, and postnatal gymnastics on the acceleration of involution in post mothersModels of massage effleurage, massage of oxytocin and gymnastics are non pharmacological therapy recommended some independent nursing intervention, does not require cost and side effects if done correctly on post partum mother to accelerate involution of the uterus so as to mediate bleeding and puerperal infections.

Abstract

Bronchial asthma is a reversible narrowing or inflammation of the bronchi characterized by wheezing, coughing and increased respiratory rate. Handling of asthma can be done with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of the non pharmacological therapies that can be done is diaphragmatic breathing exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administration of diaphragmatic breathing exercise on changes in the respiratory rate in asthma patients. The research design used is Quasy Experimental with the type of Non-Equivalent Control Group design. The large sample taken was 14 respondents with incidental sampling technique. This study uses an analysis of the difference in the Paired T Test which shows a decrease in the respiratory rate, as evidenced by the treatment group's p-value of 0.00. Furthermore, the results of the Independent T Test showed no difference between the treatment and control groups, but clinically there was an effect of diaphragmatic breathing exercise on the decrease in the respiratory rate in the treatment group of 3.571 times per minute greater than the control group of 2.714 timer per minute. Abstract

Kesiapan menjadi orang tua merupakan aspek penting bagi pasangan calon pengantin, namun masih banyak yang memasuki pernikahan tanpa pengetahuan dan keterampilan memadai untuk mengasuh anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kelas parenting terhadap kesiapan pasangan calon pengantin di KUA Kecamatan Kedungkandang Kota Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test and post-test. Sampel penelitian adalah 24 pasangan calon pengantin yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling pada periode 7 Juli–7 Agustus 2025 sesuai kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesiapan responden sebesar 45,83% setelah intervensi. Uji Wilcoxon signed-rank test menghasilkan p-value 0,029 (<0,05), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan kelas parenting terhadap kesiapan menjadi orang tua. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kelas parenting berpotensi diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di KUA sebagai strategi preventif dalam menghadapi permasalahan keluarga dan pengasuhan anak.
