Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten is one of government company that provides and distribute electricity. System quality and information quality is one important thing that company must see because this will make an impact on user satisfaction of Aplikasi Pelayanan Pelanggan Terpusat (AP2T). the purpose of this research is to know how system quality, information quality and user satisfaction in a company and how much the influence of system quality and information quality toward user satisfaction in PT. PLN (Persero) Bandung and Cimahi Area. The research method which is used is descriptive analysis, classic assumption, multiple correlations, multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research as much as 101 respondents. In the data collection is using questionnaire with Likert scale and also interview. Based on the result of data processing, system quality currently in the good category, it can be seen from the ease of use, flexibility, response time, reliability and convenience. Then, information quality also currently on good category, it can be seen from completeness, understandability, accessibility, relevance timeliness and accuracy. The last one is user satisfaction also currently on good category, it can be seen from system satisfaction, information satisfaction, and overall satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is there’s an influence of system quality dan information quality toward user satisfaction amounted 9%.

Abstract

In running business poultry broiler, Rancamaya Farm faces many obstacles. Especially is not being able to meet all demand that there are (excess demand). The demand for chicken broiler currently reached 400.783, can be met by Rancamaya Farm is a 288.194. Along with the high education and people's income, then the demand for chicken broiler will progressively increase. This led to opportunities developed farms will increase anyway. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external factors Rancamaya Farm as well as formulate strategies in developing his business. This research uses the qualitative method, as for the quantitative of with regard to internal factors (IFE) matrix, external factors (EFE) Matrix and internal-external (IE). After that, it was back in the analysis using the matrix Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) and architecture strategy. Respondents used in these studies amounted to 7 persons, with consideration of the respondents understand the external and internal condition of the company. The results of this research indicate that the position is located in Rancamaya Farm II which gives recommendations to grow and develop. The strategy that best suits your Rancamaya Farm is a strategy of intensive (market penetration, market development, and product development) or integrative (integration, integration of the back, and the horizontal integration). The results of the SWOT analysis produces 8 business strategic alternatives for Rancamaya Farm which is then poured into 18 work program needs to be done within a period of five years.

Abstract

Introduction:Labor pain can affect maternal physiology by increasing blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and muscle tension, which may interfere with concentration during childbirth. The rebozo technique is a non-pharmacological method used to reduce labor pain, yet its implementation in midwifery education remains limited. Methods: This quasi-experimental study employed a two-group pretest-posttest control design, involving 76 seventh-semester midwifery students randomly assigned to either an intervention group (n = 38), which used D’ Multikom interactive multimedia, or a control group (n = 38), which used a conventional practical guidebook. Skills were assessed before and after the intervention using a checklist. The Mann-Whitney test was used for data analysis, and effectiveness was evaluated using the WebQual 4.0 instrument. Results:The results showed a statistically significant improvement in rebozo technique skills in the intervention group compared to the control group (p = 0.001). The effectiveness score of D’ Multikom reached 89.84%, categorized as highly effective. Conclusion: D’ Multikom is more effective than traditional guidebooks in improving midwifery students’ practical skills in the rebozo technique and is recommended as an innovative learning tool in midwifery education.

Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan berbagai dampak negatif, seperti peningkatan risiko kematian ibu, bayi lahir prematur, berat badan bayi lahir rendah, dan perkembangan janin yang tidak optimal. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk menurunkan angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil, masih banyak ibu yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang rendah mengenai kondisi ini. Kurangnya pemahaman ini berpengaruh terhadap sikap dan perilaku ibu hamil dalam mencegah serta menangani anemia, seperti konsumsi makanan bergizi, kepatuhan dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah dan melakukan pengawasan anemia selama kehamilan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan anemia kit terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku ibu hamil tentang anemia di puskesmas tajur kabupaten bogor tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasy eksperimental one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 65 responden ibu hamil dengan teknik sampling consecutive sampling didapatkan 40 ibu hamil. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan Uji-T (T-Test). Simpulan menunjukkan anemia kit efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku (p < 0,05) ibu hamil terhadap anemia. Penggunaan Anemia Kit dapat menjadi media alternatif yang efektif dan aplikatif dalam penanganan anemia pada ibu hamil.
