Abstract

Perkembangan zaman di era globalisasi dan teknologi pada saat ini sangat berdampak pada kehidupan manusia. Banyak sekali lahir inovasi teknologi baru yang semuanya ditujukan untuk membantu dan mempermudah aktivitas manusia. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi itu melahirkan alat bantu yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingungan dengan membuang sampah pada tempatnya, karena di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid masih ada sebagian santri yang membuang sampah  sembarangan meskipum tempat sampah sudah disediakan. dan diperoleh trobosan baru dengan membuat “Prototype Temat Sampah Memakai penutup Otomatis Dengan QR Code  di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid”. Dengan adanya alat ini diharapkan mampu mningkatkan kesadaran santri akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Pada alat bank sampah ini memanfaatkan QR Code sebagai media pembuka tutup tempat sampah dengan data santri yang terdaftar di database dan mengkalkulasi atau mendata santri yang membuang sampah dengan tanggal dan jam yang valid ketika santri membuang sampah pada tempat sampah tersebut, data santri akan terecord dan tersimpan didalam database dengan menggunakan perangkat mysql (manajemen basis data SQL). Maka dapat disimpulan dari alat yang dibuat yaitu alat yang dirancang dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam menangani proses sistem membuka penutup tempat sampah secara otomatis menggunakan QR Code  dengan jarak terdeteksi pada jarak ±4cm sampai dengan  ±5cm dan dapat merecord data santri yang membuang sampah sesuai dengan jam dan tanggal, dan tempat sampah secara otomatis akan tertutup dan mengeluarkan suara “trimakasih sudah membuang sampah pada tempatnya.

Abstract

Slagging on boiler surfaces in power plants is still a serious problem to reduce thermodynamic efficiency and threaten the operation of generating units. In this study, an innovative slagging diagnosis method based on analysis of vibration signals from tube panels is proposed to monitor slagging conditions. We analyze boiler wall temperature under various slagging conditions and air velocity at PLTU Paiton unit 3. Root Mean Square (RMS) in the time domain and decomposition in the frequency domain are used to extract features from vibration signals and predict slagging conditions without turning them off in the future. It was found that the RMS value of the tube panel signal decreased with increasing slagging weight, especially at low air speeds. The relative signal energy at a certain frequency will experience significant changes. In order to verify the experimental results on changes in the tube panel vibration signal features under various slagging conditions, we have successfully demonstrated our laboratory results through analysis of the tube panel vibration signal. This indicates that the vibration signal of the tube panel between the heater and the furnace wall panel can be collected and used for the diagnosis of slagging in the walls of a coal boiler. Our study is promising for the prediction of slagging and further mitigating the risk caused by slagging of exchange panels in boilers

Abstract

The need for clean water has become a basic need that must be met every day. The community needs a lot of water consumption but sometimes a little. Due to the irregular use of water, it will result in the supply of water in the reservoir will quickly decrease which results in the volume of water in the tendon will run out.  Usually to monitor the water supply in the water storage tank (tower) using an ordinary pump, where humans fill the pump continuously or permanently. This has an impact on the reduction of water supply due to erratic usage. The author with the title "Pump Motor Control System Filling Water Tower (Tandon)" which aims if at the time of use of water expenditure is very much, the volume in the reservoir will quickly decrease. Then the pump motor will accelerate the automatic rotation so that it will quickly fill the volume of water in the reservoir. So that the tendon is not empty due to more use. And if at the time of using a small amount of water discharge, the volume in the reservoir will decrease slowly, the pump motor will automatically rotate slowly. This will be efficient and flexible due to the uncertainty of excessive usage so that the volume of water in the reservoir does not empty

Abstract

Loker merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang terkait penyimpanan dan keamanan. Peminjaman loker pada suatu tempat seperti pusat perbelanjaan, sekolah, atau pun perpustakaan sangatlah diperlukan agar pengujung yang datang tidak perlu membawa masuk seluruh barang bawaannya. Sebagai contoh pada sistem penitipan barang konvensional, proses untuk memperoleh kunci loker umumnya dimulai dengan menyewa atau meminjam kunci loker yang akan digunakan untuk selanjutnya mencari loker yang sesuai. Adapun pada sistem konvensional ini masih menggunakan bentuk kunci seperti kunci pintu atau lemari biasa pada umumnya. Cara seperti itu sudah tentu membutuhkan proses seperti menemukan loker yang sesuai dengan kunci, memasukkan kunci, membuka kunci loker, dan melakukan proses sebaliknya saat menutup dan mengunciloker. Response time dari sistem yang dihasilkan melalui akses dengan kode kombinasi adalah sekitar 2,2 – 2,3 detik dan pada penelitian yang menggunakan pesan singkat singkat (SMS) adalah sekitar 2,1 – 2,2 detik. Kamera Raspberry Pi dapat membaca qr code pada jarak 4cm sampai 5cm dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat berjalan sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Rats are rodents that bring harm, both at home and industry. Rats running around the house (Rattus rattus, Rattus tanezumi and other types) are quite annoying for many people. However, with the current development of science and technology, especially in the field of electronics, there is one system that is offered to repel mice, namely ultrasonic sound technology, therefore this study aims to design a mouse mouse mouse using ultrasonic waves based on the internet of things. The method used in this study is the observation method in the form of an experiment from a prototype rat repellent to be designed, besides that this research will also use a literature study method by reading journals as a reference to get the best method used/combined in designing a prototype rat repellent device with the use of waves. ultrasonic internet of things (IoT) based. From the series of tests carried out, see the success rate of achieving the test criteria. So it can be concluded that this tool is sufficient to repel rat pests with ultrasonic sound. However, the application of rat expulsion using ultrasonic sound does not have an impact on rat pests directly, because based on the tests carried out, it takes some time for rats to be affected or disturbed by ultrasonic sound. The design of a prototype mouse repellent device using ultrasonic waves has been successfully carried out using a PIR sensor as a mouse movement detector, a sensor as an input that is read by a microcontroller which is then processed and sent to Blynk via internet connectivity. The results of the ultrasonic sound generator test show that it is able to make mice disturbed with a few seconds of delay. The relay response to respond to commands from Blynk is 1 second.

Abstract

Water spinach (Ipomoea aquatic) is a vegetable plant that is needed by the community to meet their daily needs. In addition to the cheap price, kale is also good for health, especially preventing diabetes, overcoming anemia, preventing dehydration as well as increasing the immune system. Therefore, water spinach requires automatic watering and fertilizer application to help hydroponic kale farmers in good and efficient care. It can use a control system tool that can run water irrigation and automatic liquid fertilizer application. The tools used are microcontroller, flow sensor, Wemos D1, Soil Moisture Sensor, Real Time Clock, Relay, LCD 1602, and Servo Motor. In addition, using telegram bots as a final notification to hydroponic kale farmers that watering and fertilizer application has been completed, this is synchronized with the control system tool which provides input on the performance of the tool being late. So with the problems above, the author gives the title "Implementation of Control System for Water Sprinkling and Automatic Fertilizer Provision for Hydroponic Water spinach (Ipomoea Aquatic) Plants").

Abstract

The simple additive weighting method is a decision support system method for various decision selection problems. Many research topics use the SAW method as a reference method in a decision support system. The street lighting control system is very useful for residents of the village of Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo. This lighting is the main spotlight for residents' activities at the village office. Such as August competitions, routine monthly recitations, competitions to commemorate Isra' Mi'raj and the Prophet's birthday. There are many types of lamps in stores. The criteria for lamps are that they have high light illumination, long-lasting light, large bulb size, so that they can help village residents carry out activities at night. This lamp also uses photovoltaic as an additional source of electrical energy so it can save electricity costs to PLN. The solar panel measures 550 x 360 x 25 mm, 20 volts and has a peak power of 20 watts

Abstract

Abstrak— Pengeringan bawang merupakan proses penting dalam industri pertanian untuk memperpanjang masa simpan dan menjaga kualitas produk. Namun, proses pengeringan yang tidak optimal dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas, seperti perubahan warna, tekstur, dan kadar air yang tidak sesuai standar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pengering Bawang Otomatis Berbasis Mikrokontroler dengan pemilihan jenis bawang menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), sementara mikrokontroler berfungsi sebagai unit kendali utama untuk mengatur suhu dan durasi pengeringan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan optimal dengan pengeringan atara 4-6 jam dengan beban berat bawang 5 kilo, serta alternative yang terpilih sebagai alternative jenis bawang yaitu bawang merah. Karena jumlah peminat bawang merah sangat tinggi di desa sekarkare kecamatan dringu kabupaten probolinggo..
