Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer service and trust on increasing local revenue in the Covid-19 pandemic era at the Blitar Regency Regional Revenue Agency simultaneously and partially. The population in this study are all people who are submitting changes to the SPPT, either mutations, splits and objections at the Service Counter. The sample used in this study was 99 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that 1) There is an effect of service and trust on increasing Regional Original Income in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Regional Revenue Agency of Blitar Regency simultaneously; 2) There is no effect of service on increasing Regional Original Income in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era at the Blitar Regency Regional Revenue Agency partially. The lack of PAD revenue is still considered an obstacle and this must immediately be seriously evaluated by each local government in an effort to improve services and facilitation to the community. In fact, the lack of effective and efficient targets to achieve the reality of meeting community needs is one of the things that has become the root of the problem of the lack of achievement of regional income so far; 3) There is a partial effect of trust in increasing Regional Original Income in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era at the Regional Revenue Agency of Blitar Regency.

Abstract

The never-ending COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the global realm. All industrial and office sectors in Indonesia also feel the influence. Especially in the management of human resources clearly has a great importance in this era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like the judiciary in Indonesia, which is in a dilemma, on the one hand, it must obey dynamic government regulations in order to accelerate the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, but on the other hand, it must maintain loyalty as human resources who are involved in judicial institutions with demands for implementation. (eight) main values of the supreme court. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at how and what factors can affect the increase in the loyalty of an employee within the judiciary of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the completion of path analysis. The results obtained in this study are concrete evidence that shows a direct influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, but this study did not succeed in proving an indirect effect through the mediating variable.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a nightmare for everyone. How can this pandemic still continue to spread and it is not known with certainty the end of COVID-19. Various sectors, both business and office sectors, are feeling the impact of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia. Government regulations related to the rules for implementing work from home are pros and cons in various parties, for example in Sanankulon District, Blitar Regency where the area is not too wide but is still required to be able to manage human resources in it well. Evidence of the success of human resource management is by observing whether or not there is an increase in work stress in the Sanankulon District, Blitar Regency, especially for village officials who are married and are female, of course this needs special attention. In fact, women who have multiple roles are more at risk of experiencing work stress. For this reason, this research was conducted to observe what has an impact on work stress. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the completion of multiple linear regression analysis. This study resulted in the finding of a positive influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

UPT Pelatihan Pertanian Lawang Kabupaten Malang merupakan salah satu UPT yang bertugas di bidang Pelatihan, bimbingan dan konsultasi, penelitian/kajian untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia di bidang pertanian, tugas katatausahaan dan pelayanan masyarakat. Belum optimalnya daya serap hasil lulusan Pelatihan Pertanian menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi UPT Pelatihan Pertanian untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas lulusannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Program Pelatihan Pertanian, kelebihan Program Pelatihan, kelemahan Program Pelatihan Pertanian dan untuk menganalisis Strategi Pelatihan Pertanian dalam rangka peningkatan mutu sumberdaya manusia di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pelatihan Pertanian Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, Penyajian data dan Verifikasi/Penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 8 jenis Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di Unit Pelaksana Teknik Pelatihan Pertanian Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang yang dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan mutu generasi petani yang handal dan berkualitas. Kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, Widyaiswara, kuatnya dukungan institusi dan bidang kompetensi Pelatihan Pertanian disiapkan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi lulusan Pelatihan Pertanian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis realisasi kredit properti di Bank Jatim Cabang Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank Jatim Cabang Kediri menyalurkan menyalurkan realisasi kredit properti. Dimana hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran kredit properti yang berfluktuasi dari tahun ke tahun dengan penyaluran kredit investasi mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Abstract

This research was carried out by The Crown Clinic Aesthetic & Beauty Care Kediri and focuses on digital marketing, service quality, and price. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of digital marketing, service quality, and pricing on customer satisfaction at The Crown Clinic Aesthetic & Beauty Care Kediri, with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research by involving exogenous or independent variables, notably digital Marketing, Pricing, and Service Quality. The subject of this research is a customer or member who receives treatment at The Crown Clinic Aesthetic & Beauty Care by having A total of 94 respondents will be selected using Accidental Sampling techniques. This research utilizes data collecting methods. Path analysis is the data analysis employed. The results of this study indicate that; (1) there is an effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions, (2) service quality directly has an influence on purchasing decisions, (3) prices have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, (4) digital marketing does not have a positive and significant influence on satisfaction customers, (5) service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (6) price does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (7) digital marketing indirectly influences customer breadth, (8) service quality indirectly has an influence on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions and (9) prices indirectly have a major influence on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic and financial viability of the herbal drink tamarind, soybean juice, and pineapple juice from the practice of APHP subjects at SMKN 1 Plosoklaten Kediri. The method in this study uses 3 analyzes, namely marketing aspects, HR and operational aspects, and financial aspects. The results of this study are based on the marketing aspect, SMKN 1 Plosoklaten has potential related to herbal drinks that have been produced by its students. SMKN 1 Plosoklaten needs to make the latest strategies related to the marketing of herbal beverage products so that the market reach is wider, based on HR and operational aspects, the students of SMKN 1 Plosoklaten have skills in making herbal drinks because they get assistance from professional teachers. The production of herbal drinks must be more continuous and scheduled so that sales can also be carried out continuously. Based on the financial aspect, the one with the most profitable business feasibility potential is the herbal drink with pineapple juice, while the one with the least profit is the soybean juice drink. SMKN 1 Plosoklaten needs to focus on the production of one of its herbal drinks so that it can carry out production and marketing continuously

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di IAIN Kediri”. Metode penelitian ini berjenis penelitian asosiatif dan menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dan sampel penelitian ini sebesar 52 responden dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, Terdapat pengaruh positif Kompetensi (X1) terhadap Kinerja (Y) yaitu, Y=15,594+0,585X1. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y)” yaitu, Y=12,397+0,712X2. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y)” yaitu, Y=11,924+0,713X3. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Kompetensi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y)”, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil persamaan regresi berganda adalah Y = 2,203 + 0,109(X1) + 0,428(X2) + 0,510(X3).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pegawai Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kediri”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasaan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi mediator hubungan antara kepemimpinan transaksioanal dan kinerja, serta untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi mediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan IAIN Kediri. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang pegawai IAIN Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, diprediksi dapat meningkatkan kepuasaan kerja karyawan di IAIN Kediri. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. Artinya dengan adanya kepuasaan kerja yang dialami pegawai di IAIN Kediri, diprediksi akan meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai yang berkerja di IAIN Kediri. Sebagai variabel intervening, kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi mediator antar gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kinerja karyawan. Pada hasil penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kepempimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi penuh hubungan antara Transformasional dan Kinerja. Dengan kata lain, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional yang diterapkan dengan baik oleh pemimpin akan memberikan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Namun, jika gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional belum maksimal yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin akan memberikan kepuasan kerja yang kurang dan tentu juga akan menurunkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Every company expects its employees to perform well. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, motivation, and work stress together on the performance of Employees of Kantor Pajak Pelayanan Kediri. This type of research is quantitative. Free variables (X) of organizational culture, compensation, motivation, and work stress and bonded variables (Y) of employee performance are used as research objects. The research instrument uses questionnaire questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include instrument trials, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, and hypothesis tests. Research results: (1) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri. (2) Work compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri. (3) Work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri. (4) Work stress has no significant effect on employee performance at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kediri.
