Abstract

The theme of this study on the Role of Teachers in the Development of Religious Behavior in Adolescent Age: Qualitative Naturalistic Studies at SMA Muhammadiyah (Muhammadiyah High School) 09 in East Jakarta. From the study it can be concluded that the role of teachers in fostering religious behavior in adolescence that is giving good examples, cooperation with various parties, both personally and collectively through the elderly, the environment or to perform various religious activities are held such as the following activities: a) inter-school competitions, such as speech, calligraphy, and read verses from the Qur?an. b) Held regular weekly or monthly recitals as pesantren flash, etc. Muhammadiyah high school 09 teen behavior change may be formed as well. Contributing factor in the role of teachers in fostering religious behavior in adolescence is a spirit coaches, parent support, and complete facilities, as well as the inhibiting factor is the youth in the environment around the school

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia fabel berbasis Power Point pada materi satuan baku (berat dan panjang) di SDN Kuningan Barat 01 Pagi Jakarta yang layak/valid, menarik, dan efektif. Penelitian ini di buat dengan menggunakan metode research and development dengan model Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi yaitu: 1) Studi Pendahuluan; 2) perencanaan; 3) desain produk; 4) validasi produk; 5) uji coba produk; 6) produk akhir. Multimedia fabel berbasis Power Point pada materi satuan baku (berat dan panjang) di SDN Kuningan Barat 01 Pagi Jakarta ini memperoleh nilai dari ahli bahasa sebesar 80%, ahli media 82,6%, dan ahli materi 90%. Berdasarkan rata-rata skor tersebut maka produk dapat dikategorikan sangat layak untuk digunakan. Hasil penelitian yang diberikan kepada siswa berupa angket penilaian pada 3 tahap uji coba media dan pada uji coba skala besar mendapatkan hasil sebesar 85,6% yang dikategorikan sangat menarik.  Multimedia fabel berbasis PowerPoint pada materi satuan baku (berat dan panjang) di SDN Kuningan Barat 01 Pagi Jakarta terbukti memenuhi aspek kelayakan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan berhasil meningkatkan keefektifan belajar siswa dari peningkatan nilai siswa. Hasil penilaian siswa mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 0,59 % yaitu dari persentase nilai siswa sebelum menggunakan produk sebesar 63,6% dan persentase nilai siswa setelah menggunakan produk sebesar 85,3% dan seluruh siswa dinyatakan lulus KKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of location, price, and Word of mouth on purchasingdecisions at Pesenjama Coffee Medan. The background of this research is based on the increasinglyintense competition in the culinary business, particularly in the Marelan Raya area, as well as thedecline in Pesenjama Coffee’s sales during the 2020–2024 period. This research uses a quantitativemethod with an associative approach. The population consists of all Pesenjama Coffee consumers,while the sample was determined using data were collected through questionnaires and analyzedusing multiple linear regression with The assistance of SPSS.The results indicate that partially, thelocation variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The price variablealso has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Likewise, Word of Mouth has apositive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, location, price, and Wordof Mouth have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Pesenjama CoffeeMedan.It can be concluded that consumer purchasing decisions at Pesenjama Coffee are stronglyinfluenced by a strategic and accessible location, prices that are in line with quality and consumerpurchasing power, as well as positive word of mouth formed through customer experiences. Thisresearch is expected to serve as an evaluation material for Pesenjama Coffee’s management informulating more effective marketing strategies to increase consumer purchase intention.
