Abstract

Service health in Puskesmas need the existence of support from various related/ relevant factor, one of them is well-held of medical record matching withstandard going into effect. Medical record represent legal document which contain stuffing which enough about patient identity, diagnosa, therapy and all that happened atpatient. And bind medical record also represent documentation network activity of medical service given by health institution to patient. Because medical record representthe part of the health system improved and either through medical and also judicially In this research of writer chosen Puskesmas Jayengan Surakarta as reseaarch place. Medical record information system take care of road street in this PuskesmasJayengan good for process medical record data of patient covering registration of patient, doctor data, officer data, medical record data This research aim to make efficient medical record information system and make its implementation in visual pemrograman language of basic 6.0. this formulawriting internal issue is how to make medical record information system in Puskesmas Jayengan ? Used by Methodologies writing is data method and method approach. Data writer method use like : bibliography, observation. Method approach of writer use like :analysis, scheme, test drive, implementation. From submitted/ sent writing can be taken by conclusion that existing implementation have earned to be used for the information system of medical record,but admit of to be developed for the data processing of other related to medical record information system.

Abstract

Simultaneous heat and mass (moisture and oil) transfer process that occured during the frying process is modeled mathematically using the basic principal heat and mass transfer processes. Heat transfer within material was predicted by Fourier’s law of the conduction heat transfer mechanism, while mass transfer within material was formulated with Fick’s law of diffusion mechanism. The objective of this study was to develop mathematical model of the heat, moisture and oil transfer that occur simultaneously on the starchy food during the frying process. Solution of the model with numerical analysis using implicit finite difference method of Crank-Nicolson. The simulation output the model was presented as temperature, moisture and oil profiles during frying process.. Slabs of dried dough corn powder were fried in the fresh coconut oil at 1800C during 36 minutes . Temperature of material was recorded with datalogger during frying process, and some of sampel were taken from deep fryer at certain time for being measured its moisture and oil content. The model was verified with experimental data of temperature, moisture and oil profiles. It was obtained from this research that the simulation output and the experimental data was in a good agreement. Key words : Frying process, mathematical model, heat and mass transfer

Abstract

Microwave heating is faster than the conventional way, therefore it is interesting to apply this technology for cocoa roasting. This research aimed to analyze the effect of microwave roasting of ground cocoa nib on the antioxidative properties of the crude polyphenol extract from the product.The results indicated that microwave roasting of ground cocoa nib for 5 min, adjusted at 20% of the full power (900W) gave no significant difference in the inhibition of linoleic acid oxidation and scavenging of DPPH radical activity of the crude polyphenol extract compared to that of the conventional roasting at 140 0C for 40 min. But the product showed higher reduction of ferric ion activity and lower chelating ferro ion activity. The crude polyphenol extract inhibited linoleic acid oxidation and scavenged DPPH free radical. The inhibition was lower than that of either BHT or a-tocoferol at concentrations lower than 400 ug/ml for linoleic acid oxidation and lower than 40 ug/ml for DPPH free radical scavenging. The crude polyphenol extract reduced ferric ion, though lower than BH.T Key words : Cocoa bean, microwave, roasting, polyphenol, antioxidant activity.

Abstract

The development of modern rapid detection techniques of fish freshness requires a new perspective of the importance of physical chemical characteristics during deterioration process of quality fishery products. Positive correlation between the changes of fish body and the electrical properties is a basic information for support the development of the detection modern techniques of fish freshness. Studies of the electrical properties become more relevant along with the increasing demand of fish fast food consumption and fish product from freshwater aquaculture, which have been less done until now. The objective of this study was to detect freshness of tilapia fillets using bioelectrical properties. The result showed that level of freshness of tilapia fillet can be detected by using bioelectrical which has correlation with TVB, TPC and pH. The level of freshness of tilapia fillet during 16 hours observation showed that impedance tend to decrease with the range of 44.34-6.30 Ω, while dielectric constant and the electrical conductivity tend to increase with range of 178,208 to 2,812,764 and 0.065 to 0.487 S/m.Key words: bioelectrical, fish freshness, tilapia fillet, quality deterioration

Abstract

Pneumokonioses adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh penimbunan debu-debu dalam paru-paru. Pneumokonioses yang terjadi pada pekerja pertambangan batu kapur adalah silicosis yang disebabkan oleh SiO2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pneumokonioses pada pekerja pertambangan batu kapur di desa Kedung Winong Sukolilo Kabupaten Pati. Jenis pendekatan penelitian secara cross sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 84  pada pekerja pertambangan batu kapur di desa Kedung Winong Sukolilo Kabupaten Pati. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel dengan menggunakan analisis bivariat chi square. Hasil pengukuran pencemaran debu batu kapur di depan alat giling 3,25mg/m3 dan di belakang alat giling 2,25mg/m3. Hasil analisis hubungan pencemaran debu batu kapur dengan kejadian pneumokonioses diperoleh nilai p value: 0,003 dan OR: 13; lama kerja diperoleh nilai p value: 0,007 dan OR: 1,28; dan pemakaian APD(masker) diperoleh nilai p value: 0,003 dan OR: 1,3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pencemaran debu batu kapur, lama kerja dan pemakaian APD(masker) dengan kejadian pneumokonioses pada pekerja di pertambangan batu kapur Desa Kedungwinong Sukolilo Pati. Its challenges is a competitiveness. So, It isneeded the service quality to the student for facing its competitiveness. This research is conducted toknow the influential of Lecturers' competencies and job motivation to the students' services.Analyses method uses regression analyses. Data collection uses questionaires which is given to64 lecturers as the respondents. They are chossen from 132 lecturers that is relevant as randomsampling.The result of research shows that (1) lecturers' competencies has significant influence to theservice quality for students, (2) teaching motivations is also significant influencial to the servicequality for students, (3) lecturers' competencies has relationship to the motivation for teaching and(4) lecturer's competencie and motivations simultaneously significant influence to the servive qualityfor the students.Keywords: competency, motivations, service quality, lecturers

Abstract

Banyaknya pelajar yang mengendarai sepeda motor ditambah lagi kecelakaan lalu lintas semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya menyebabkan cedera, luka-luka, bahkan meninggal dunia. Helm diperlukan untuk mencegah terjadinya cedera kepala. Tujuan penelitian ini agar diketahuinya hubungan faktor-faktor perilaku pemakaian helm pengendara sepeda motor pada pelajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi cross sectional yang bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dansampel penelitian ini adalah pengendara sepeda motor kelas X (sepuluh) di SMK Pesona Dywantara. Responden didapat dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Issac & Michael. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan chi square diketahui variabel yang berhubungan adalah pengetahuan (p-value 0,023), kondisi lingkungan (p-value 0,012), dan pengaruh sosial (p-value 0,026). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah sikap (p-value 0,125), dan persepsi (pvalue 0,957). Saran bagi pelajar tingkatkan kesadaran memakai alat keselamatan berkendara salah satunya helm, segera membuat SIM C jika sudah cukup umur, dan selalu menjaga keselamatandijalan.

Abstract

Kebakaran merupakan suatu bencana yang sering terjadi dan mengakibatkan kerugian, baik kerugian korban jiwa maupun kerugian materi. Bencana kebakaran dapat terjadi di bangunan gedung sepertigedung rumah sakit, salah satunya IGD RSUD Leuwiliang Bogor sehingga perlu pemeriksaan keandalan sistem proteksi kebakaran. dengan menggunakan pedoman pemeriksaan kesalamatan banagunan yang memeriksa 4 komponen yang terdiri dari kelengkapan tapak, sistem proteksi aktifkebarakan, sistem proteksi pasif kebakaran dan sarana penyelamaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kauntitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yangdidapat melalui observasi, telaah dokumen dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat keandalan sistem proteksi kebakaran gedung IGD RSUD Leuwiliang Bogor berada dalam kategori cukup yaitu 60,1% dari nilai maksimal 100% dengan rincian sebagai berikut: nilai kondisi kelengkapan tapak 16,75% dari nilai maksimal 25%; nilai kondisi sistem proteksi aktif adalah 12,02%dari nilai maksimal 24%; nilai kondisi sistem proteksi pasif adalah 9,98% dari nilai maksimal 26%; dan nilai kondisi sarana penyelamatan adalah 21,35% dari nilai mkasimal 25%. Peneliti merekomendasikan pihak RSUD Leuwiliang Bogor untuk melengkapi sub komponen proteksi kebakaran yang tidak tersedia serta melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan secara berkala terhadap subkomponen yang sudah tersedia di gedung IGD RSUD Leuwiliang Bogor.

Abstract

Paparan tekanan panas dapat terjadi pada masyarakat yang bekerja di lingkungan pelabuhan dapat menimbulkan gejala tekanan panas seperti peningkatan suhu tubuh dan denyut nadi. Tujuan penelitianini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tekanan panas dengan peningkatan suhu tubuh dan denyut nadi pada masyarakat yang bekerja di Pelabuhan Tradisional Desa Eretan Wetan, Kecamatan Kandarhaur,Kabupaten Indramayu Tahun 2018. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan studi cross sectional dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan responden sebanyak 90 orang yang bekerja di pelabuhan tradisional Desa Eretan Wetan. Pengambilan data akan menggunakan kuesioner dan alat Wet BulbGlobe Temperature untuk mengukur suhu lingkungan kerja, mengukur suhu tubuh menggunakan termometer dan menggunakan jam tangan sebagai waaktu perhitungan denyut nadi manual. Analisis dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaada hubungan antara panas lingkungan kerja dengan suhu tubuh p-value 0,000 dan denyut nadi pvalue 0,000, ada hubungan antara laju metabolik dengan suhu tubuh p-value 0,002 dan denyut nadi p-value 0,000. Sedangkan variabel umur, lama kerja, pakaian kerja tidak ada hubungan denganpeningkatan suhu tubuh dan denyut nadi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah semakin kondisi lingkungan kerja dan semakin banyak aktifitas kerja maka semakin meningkat suhu tubuh dan denyut nadi pekerja. Disarankan kepada para pekerja menggunakan pakaian yang dapat menutupi seluruhtubuh dan memakai penutup kepala guna meminimalisir paparan matahari langsung.
