Abstract

The aimed of this research is to determine the relationship between work life balance and employee engagement with job satisfaction among the employees of PT Bank Central Asia Medan. The problem is focused on the work life balance and employee engagement by the company. Measuring tool use is work life balance scale, employee engagement scale, and job satisfaction scale to 92 employees of PT Bank Central Asia Medan and conducting quantitative data analysis with correlated method. The results obtained that there is a significant positive relationship between work life balance and employee engagement with job satisfaction. With the value of F = 4.16 and the value p = 0.000. Work life balance contributes to job satisfaction of 22%. Employee engagement contributes to job satisfaction  of 16.7%. work life balance  and employee engagement to job satisfaction as much as 38,7% this means there are still 61,3% other factors that can affect Job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to determine the effect of psychological wellbeing and climate organization with job satisfaction among the employees of Unit Kerja Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah III Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The problem is focused on the psychological wellbeing and climate organization by the company. Measuring tool use is psychological wellbeing scale, climate organization scale, and job satisfaction scale to 90 employees of Unit Kerja Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah III Provinsi Sumatera Utara and conducting quantitative data analysis with multiple linier regression method. The results obtained that there is a significant positive influence of psychological wellbeing and climate organization with job satisfaction. Thus it can be concluded that is an influence of psychological wellbeing and climate organization on employee job satisfaction. Psychological wellbeing  and climate organization to job satisfaction as much as 88.90% this means there are still 11.10% other factors that can affect Job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parenting and gender on AUD independence. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was 75 people and a sample of 75 people, the researchers used a total sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between parenting on independence seen from the coefficient value (r2) which had a value of 0.633 with p or significance 0.000 < 0.050 with the correlation of parenting to independence of 63.3%. Furthermore, it is known that there is a significant influence between gender on independence as seen from the coefficient value (R2) which has a value of 0.038 with p or a significance of 0.006 < 0.050, with the contribution of gender to independence only 3.8%. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between parenting and gender on independence as seen from the coefficient value (R2) which has a value of 0.796 with p or significance 0.000 < 0.050 with the contribution of parenting and gender to independence of 63.4%.
