Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompensasi Finansial, dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Koordinator Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 55 orang dengan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Variabel kompensasi finansial memberikan pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja yang disusul variabel komunikasi kemudian pelatihan. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis secara simultan melalui uji F disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan, kompensasi finansial dan komunikasi sebagai variabel bebas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebagai variabel terikat dengan nilai R² sebesar 75,1% dan sisanya sebesar 24,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, social intelligence on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population is 115 and the sample is 115 employees with total sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant effect between organizational citizenship behavior on performance seen from t count > t table with p = 0.000 < 0.025, which was 15.217 > 1.981 with sig 0.000 < 0.025, then there was significant effect of social intelligence on performance seen from the value (t count) of 4.288, with a t table of 1.981. So it can be said that the value of t arithmetic t table and significance 0.000 < 0.025. Then, simultaneously there is a significant effect between organizational citizenship behavior and social intelligence on performance seen from the coefficient value (R²) = 0.947 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, the contribution of organizational citizenship behavior and social intelligence to performance is 94.7%. These results are reinforced by the results of the F test where the calculated F value > F table is 998,377 > 3,077 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population is 115 and the sample is 115 employees with total sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant influence between organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior seen from the value of t count t table that is equal to 5.587 with t table of 1.981 and significance 0.000 0.025. Furthermore, there is a significant effect between job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior seen from the value of t count > t table that is 3.379 with t table 1.981 and significance 0.001 < 0.025. Lastly, simultaneously there is a significant influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior seen from the value of the determinant coefficient (R²) = 0.947 with p = 0.000 < 0.050 with the contribution of organizational culture and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior of 94.7%. These results are reinforced by the results of the F test where the calculated F value > F Table is equal to 1001,869 with an F table of 3,077 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.050

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate and career development directly on employee performance, to analyze the direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to analyze the indirect effect of organizational climate and career development on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses an associative approach method. The population and research sample are employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office in the Safey Riks Snd Quality Control Unit, totaling 42 people. In testing the hypothesis is done by using the Partial Least Square test. The results of this study indicate that directly organizational climate has no significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. While the test indirectly states that organizational climate and career development affect employee performance through employee job satisfaction at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees of the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 32 employees of the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, work has a significant effect on work motivation. And indirectly work motivation is able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance, work motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on performance through employee satisfaction at the DPRK Secretariat office in Subulussalam City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of communication and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Regional Representative Council Office of North Sumatra Province directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were all state civil servants at the Regional Representative Council office of North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used a sample of the Slovin formula totaling 52 state civil servants at the Regional Representative Council office of North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Processing data in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly communication, workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and indirectly communication and workload have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Regional Representative Council office of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, training, and compensation on the performance of the Labuhanbatu District Education Office employees. The population of this study was the employees of the Education Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency, totaling 43 employees. The data collection technique in this study is a list of questions (questionnaire), while the data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. From the t test There is an influence of Work Culture, Training, and Compensation on the Performance of Education Office Employees of North Labuhanbatu Regency. The F test obtained means that Work Culture, Training, and Compensation have a significant effect on performance. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained (R-Square) is 0.494 or 49.40%, indicating about 49.40% of the variable performance can be explained by the variables of Work Culture, Training, and Compensation. The rest is influenced by other variables not examined

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediating role of work stres on the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of nurses in the Covid-19 patient care room at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan in 2021. The research method used is quantitative research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples in this study were 80 nurses in the Covid-19 patient care room at the Dr. Pirngadi Medan. The data collection technique of this research is the study of documents and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results showed that (1) workload had a significant effect on the performance of nurses in Dr. RSUD. Pirngadi Medan. (2) Directly the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. (3) Directly work stres has a significant effect on the performance of nurses in RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. (4) Directly workload has a significant effect on work stres on nurses at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. (5) Directly the work environment has a significant effect on the work environment of nurses at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. (6) Indirectly the workload has a significant effect on the performance of nurses through work stres at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. (7) Indirectly the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of nurses through work stres in Dr. RSUD. Pirngadi Medan.

Abstract

Keberadaan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi tidak hanya memanfaatkan karyawan potensial, tetapi juga pada individu yang dapat berkomitmen untuk mencapai tingkat tanggung jawab yang lebih tinggi. Pelatihan dan pengembangan juga menjadi sangat berdampak terhadap kinerja, bila dari talenta karyawan yang paling diandalkan dalam suatu organisasi dengan melatih mereka dengan baik. Hasil kajian tehadap literatur yang meneliti pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan di berbagai sector industry, menegaskan bahwa kedua hal tersebut punya dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kompetensi serta kinerja karyawan, bahkan berpengaruh dalam peningkatan keduanya bila disertai dengan metode yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan individu setiap karyawan.
