Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompensasi Finansial, dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Koordinator Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 55 orang dengan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Variabel kompensasi finansial memberikan pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja yang disusul variabel komunikasi kemudian pelatihan. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis secara simultan melalui uji F disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan, kompensasi finansial dan komunikasi sebagai variabel bebas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebagai variabel terikat dengan nilai R² sebesar 75,1% dan sisanya sebesar 24,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. BPJS Employment at Binjai Branch. To find out and analyze the influence of communication on the performance of employees of PT. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at Binjai Branch. To find out and analyze the effect of work discipline and communication on the performance of employees of PT. BPJS Employment at Binjai Branch. From the above discussion, it can be concluded in this study are as follows: From the results of this study, the value of the discipline's significance based on the t test was obtained at 0.000 (Sig 0.000 <?0.05). thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion: there is a significant effect of discipline on performance. From the results of this study, it was found that the communication significance value based on the t test was obtained at 0.000 (Sig 0.002 <?0.05). thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan insentif terhadap kinerja guru pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam An-Najwa Medan-Marelan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh Guru Pada Yayasan tersebut. Populasi yang berjumlah 35 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh. Untuk uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis terdiri dari Uji t (uji parsial), Uji f (uji simultan), dan Koefesien Determinasi dengan bantuan software Statisctic SPSS. Bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif variable motivasi terhadap variable kinerja guru, terdapat pengaruh positif insentif terhadap variable kinerja guru mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam An-Najwa Medan-Marelan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze several things, namely the influence of emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the influence of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the influence of tional intelligence and transformational leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. This study uses an associative research type with a sample of 52 respondents who are permanent employees at the State Gas Company, Medan Branch Office. Data collection techniques use a list of statements such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques use Path Analysis and to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study using the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) application. The results of the study show that the influence of emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment is positive and significant, the influence of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on job satisfaction is positive and significant, the influence of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction is positive and significant.

Abstract

Activity devoted to the public international. This aim is to strengthen global awareness through the implementation of Cross-Border Community Engagement: University Social Action to Foster Global Awareness in Perlis, Malaysia. held on August 23, 2025, in Peta Faizuddin Centre of Educational Excellence (FCoEE –MAIPs), Perlis, Malaysia, and Muhammadiyah University Malaysia, as a form of collaboration between Doctoral Study Programs Management, Postgraduate Program of Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU), and FCoEE – MAIPs. The program focuses on raising awareness of the importance of education for poor children, strengthening social concern, and fostering international collaboration to empower communities. The method used is a participatory approach with stages of preparation, implementation, observation, and evaluation. Form activity covering provisioning to children, poor about the importance of education, perseverance, and patience in the face of life challenges, implementation of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the manager of FCoEE –MAIPs regarding concerns about social empowerment, as well as a visit to the field to learn and practice empowerment in the community that has been implemented by the institution partners. Data obtained through observation, participation, documentation, discussion, and reflection were then analysed using a descriptive qualitative approach. Results of the activities show that participants gain an understanding of the importance of education in building the future, create space to share knowledge and experience through FGDs between college students and international partners, and broaden their outlook on practice empowerment in community-based settings through field visits. Activities also strengthen the connection and partnership between the college and the institution, in terms of social implementation, devotion to the public, and cross-country. Implications activity. This shows that cross-border community engagement can be one approach to strengthening the role of social colleges, broadening global awareness, and advancing sustainable international collaborations in education, research, and community service for the public.
