Keputusan investasi di pasar modal harus berdasarkan pada kegiatan analisis yang komperehnsif dalam rangka untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal dengan resiko kerugian yang minimal. Sehingga berbagai metode analisis dapat dilakukan agar oleh investor untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai nilai saham wajar perusahaan di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan valuasi nilai saham PT Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) melalui metode Discounted Cash Flow. Kegiatan analisis penghitungan dilakukan pada data keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) selama lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai wajar saham PT Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) berada pada kondisi harga Undervalued. Sehingga saham PT Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) menjadi saham yang potensial untuk dilakukan keputusan pembelian dengan asumsi harga saham tersebut akan mengalami kenaikan dimasa yang akan datang.

The role of local communities in the preservation of a community-based attraction is vital. This research focuses on the contribution of the community in preserving nature tourism and sustainable management efforts to increase the potential of the attraction. The search results are seven articles selected by Prisma Chart with the specified inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results show that the involvement of local communities in tourism development has a vital role in achieving the goal of sustainable tourism development. This research focuses on coordination and active participation between the government, tourism industry players and local communities. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the role of local communities in nature tourism preservation as well as the application of sound governance principles.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengalaman pengguna kursi roda dalam mengakses destinasi wisata alam di Kota Bandung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima informan penyandang disabilitas fisik yang menggunakan kursi roda dan memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam melakukan perjalanan wisata ke kawasan alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama terletak pada aspek aksesibilitas fisik, seperti jalur yang curam, berbatu, dan tidak memiliki ramp sesuai standar; transportasi umum yang belum ramah disabilitas; akomodasi yang minim fasilitas aksesibel; serta fasilitas pendukung yang seringkali tidak layak atau dialihfungsikan. Selain itu, hambatan psikologis juga ditemukan dalam bentuk intrapersonal (rasa takut, kekhawatiran merepotkan orang lain, beban biaya), interpersonal (diskriminasi, minimnya empati dan dukungan sosial), serta struktural (lemahnya implementasi regulasi dan minimnya pelibatan penyandang disabilitas dalam perencanaan wisata). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa wisata alam di Kota Bandung belum sepenuhnya inklusif, dan diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, pengelola wisata, serta komunitas penyandang disabilitas untuk mewujudkan pariwisata yang berkeadilan dan dapat diakses oleh semua pihak.

Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort is one of the popular tourist destinations in Indonesia. It is known for its natural hot springs and is located in the Subang region of West Java. These hot springs are formed from volcanic activity in the area. The mineral-rich hot water is believed to have various health benefits, making it an attraction for people seeking relaxation, relief from muscle pain, or simply a place to unwind. This study aims to determine the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort Subang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents, using validity tests, reliability tests, SEM AMOS, and hypothesis testing. This study's results indicate no significant influence between competence and employee performance at Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort. However, there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee performance at Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort. Furthermore, the simultaneous statistical test results show that competence and work discipline together impact employee performance at Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort

The study also emphasizes the growing role of technology in enhancing the travel experience for senior citizens. With the rapid digitalization of various industries, including the travel sector, the elderly population is increasingly using mobile applications to plan and book trips. However, older adults often face challenges in adapting to new technologies due to physical, cognitive, or sensory limitations. This study’s results underscore the importance of addressing these barriers in the design of travel applications for seniors. The ease of use and perceived usefulness of these applications are not just about functional features but also about how accessible and user-friendly the design is for older users. In addition to the perceived usefulness and ease of use, it is essential for developers to consider the specific needs and preferences of senior travelers, such as larger fonts, clear navigation, and easy-to-understand instructions. Ensuring that these features are incorporated can greatly enhance the adoption of travel applications among the elderly and improve their overall experience. The findings also suggest that fostering trust and confidence in technology among older users can increase their willingness to engage with digital platforms. Furthermore, future research could explore how other factors, such as social influence or experience with technology, interact with perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to further explain seniors’ behavioral intentions toward digital travel applications. By addressing these factors, developers can create more inclusive and accessible services that cater to an aging population. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, it is crucial to ensure that seniors are not left behind, and that they can enjoy the same convenience and benefits that digital travel services offer to younger generations.

This research aims to examine how the condition of tourism accessibility is based on the experience of People with visual impairment in Bandung City and Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative research design, utilizing in-depth interviews, to explore the experiences of five individuals with visual impairments during tourism activities and the obstacles they encounter. The results showed that physical aspects, such as special infrastructure, are not yet accessible, and their availability is not yet evenly distributed in every type of tourist destination. In addition, transportation and accommodation are not fully accessible for people with visual impairments. The lack of specialized infrastructure is the reason for the sector's inaccessibility. The next aspect that is already reasonably accessible is access to information; the availability of digital information can make it easier for visually impaired people to access information about tourist trips. However, visually impaired people are still constrained by social access, where many people with visual impairment still experience discrimination from staff and local communities. The solution to this problem is to increase the development of special infrastructure and provide training and education about the needs of visually impaired people. This will enable local community fund staff to create inclusive tourism.

Pekerja harian atau daily workers di sektor hospitality seringkali disebut sebagai tenaga kerja casual, yang umumnya didominasi oleh pelajar dari SMK dan mahasiswa diploma serta lulusan yang belum bekerja. Keberadaan tenaga kerja casual menjadi krusial untuk mengatasi kekosongan dalam industri hospitality yang sangat tergantung pada kondisi khusus, seperti event besar atau musim liburan. Pemilihan tenaga kerja casual menjadi preferensi karena tidak memberikan beban finansial dan manajerial yang berlebihan pada perusahaan sehingga efisien bagi industri hospitality. Untuk lebih mendorong daya serap tenaga kerja guna memenuhi kebutuhan industri hospitality, hadirlah CasualHub. Melalui aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat terbentuk suatu wadah yang memfasilitasi keterlibatan langsung antara perusahaan dan tenaga kerja casual, dengan basis layanan yang mirip dengan marketplace jasa. Seiring banyaknya aplikasi serupa yang diluncurkan tak jarang tidak sesuai harapan masyarakat baik dari segi kualitas pelayanan maupun dari kualitas sistem. Oleh karena itu untuk mengukur kualitas dari CasualHub perlu dilakukan evaluasi kualitas layanan dan kualitas sistem melalui kepuasan pengguna terhadap CasualHub. Model integrasi antara model e-GovQual dan model WebQual digunakan pada penelitian ini. Seharusnya model e-GovQual hanya digunakan untuk aplikasi pemerintahan, namun karena CasualHub ini merupakan aplikasi bagi masyarakat secara luas, maka dipilihlah model e-GovQual. Model e-GovQual dengan enam variable digunakan untuk evaluasi kualitas layanan e-government kemudian dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi keseluruhan pada kualitas sistem informasi e-government berdasarkan kepuasan pengguna menggunakan model WebQual dengan tiga variabel yakni kualitas layanan, kegunaan dan kualitas informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda sebagai analisis data yang menyimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Kota Bandung merasa puas terhadap kualitas CasualHub.

This study aims to describe the cultural value of cassava food as an attraction for tourists visiting the Cireundeu Traditional Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Research data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from research data obtained through observation activities, interviews, and documentation directly to the field, while secondary data are obtained through literature studies related to the study. The results showed that the cultural value of cassava food in Cireundeu Traditional Village was divided into 3 parts, including cultural values regarding symbols related to cassava food, behavior related to cassava food, and embedded beliefs related to cassava food. The results of the next study explained the attractiveness of cassava food in the Cireundeu Traditional Village through the point of view of its cultural uniqueness, then originality, authenticity and diversity. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide input for managers or all elements in the Ciruendeu Traditional Village in order to develop cassava food culture into a leading tourist attraction in Cimahi City.

This study aims to examine the influence of Social Media Marketing on the Visit Decision to tourism villages among Generation Z in West Java, with Travel Motivation as a mediating variable. The research is based on the rapid development of tourism villages and the dominance of Gen Z as active social media users who seek unique travel experiences. A quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Gen Z respondents from Bandung, Garut, and Sukabumi Regencies. The data analysis technique used path analysis and the Sobel test to examine the mediation effect. The results showed that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on both Travel Motivation and Visit Decision. Travel Motivation also significantly affects Visit Decision and mediates the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Visit Decision. Thus, social media-based marketing strategies are crucial in attracting Gen Z to visit tourism villages.
