Abstract

The use of digital technology is now a necessity; one of its components is documents. Similarity detection can use a variety of methods, including the fingerprinting method. Fingerprint has a working principle using hashing techniques and K-gram. This research is focused on the detection model using Kgram using the winnowing algorithm and python as a programming language. The k-gram parsing test uses 5 k pieces, namely k = 2 k = 3 k = 4 k = 5 k = 6. As a result, the character parsing gets a larger percentage than the manual character percentage. The percentage of word parsing has the closest percentage of the manual percentage. while in sentences, the percentage is the lowest than the manual percentage.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengurus Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Ponorogo sebagai salah satu organisasi di bawah naungan Pengurus Pusat (PP) Muhammadiyah yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memberikan panduan dan fatwa dalam hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan agama Islam kepada umatnya. Putusan tarjih yang dikeluarkan oleh Majelis Tarjih dan Tajdid Pengurus Pusat Muhammadiyah memiliki peranan penting dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait isu-isu keagamaan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Pada halaman website PDM Ponorogo https://muhammadiyahponorogo.or.id/ belum ada himpunan putusan tarjih Muhammadiyah yang dapat dijadikan sumber rujukan warga muhammadiyah ponorogo untuk mencari dan membaca putusan tarjih muhammadiyah. Jumlah putusan tarjih PP Muhammadiyah terus bertambah semakin banyak seiring berjalannya waktu, hal tersebut menjadikan semakin sulit untuk mengelola dan mengakses putusan-putusan tersebut dengan efisien. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membangun dan sosialisasi sistem informasi putusan tarjih muhammadiyah di PDM Ponorogo berbasis website dan android dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis 09 Mei 2024, mayoritas masyarakat saat ini mempunyai smartphone android yang terkoneksi dengan internet sehingga putusan tarjih muhammadiyah akan lebih mudah, cepat diakses dan dibaca kapan saja dan dimana saja. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah sistem informasi putusan tarjih muhammadiyah berbasis website dan android, dari pengujian blackbox  dengan Skema pengujian, Aktifitas pengujian, Hasil yang diharapkan, Hasil pengujian dan keterangan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada sistem web dan android menunjukkan semua menu-menu yang ada di dalam sistem berfungsi dengan Valid sesuai perancangan. Sistem yang telah dibangun harus selalu di-update dan di-maintenance untuk menjadikan sistem terus bermanfaat. Kata kunci: sistem informasi; putusan tarjih muhammadiyah; muhammadiyah ponorogo; website; android. Abstract The Muhammadiyah Regional Board (PDM) Ponorogo is one of the organizations under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah Central Board (PP), which has the responsibility to provide guidance and fatwas to its people on matters related to Islam. The tarjih decisions issued by the Tarjih and Tajdid Councils of the Muhammadiyah Central Board have an important role in decision-making related to religious issues faced by the community. Residents of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo cannot search for and read Muhammadiyah tarjih decisions on the PDM Ponorogo website page, https://muhammadiyahponorogo.or.id/, as there is no collection of such decisions. The number of PP Muhammadiyah tarjih decisions continues to increase over time, making it increasingly difficult to manage and access these decisions efficiently. The aim of this service is to develop and disseminate the Muhammadiyah tarjih decision information system at PDM Ponorogo, which is based on the website and Android. This system will be implemented on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at PDM Ponorogo. Since the majority of people currently own Android smartphones are connected to the internet, it will be easier and faster to access and read Muhammadiyah tarjih decisions anytime and anywhere. This service has resulted in a Muhammadiyah Tarjih decision information system that utilizes both the website and Android platforms. Blackbox testing, which includes a Test Scheme, Test Activities, Expected Results, Test Results, and Test Descriptions, on both the web and Android systems, confirms that all menus in the system operate as intended. Abstract

The challenge of waste management lies not only in the volume but also in the increasingly complex characteristics of the waste and the limited processing facilities. The Regency Government has carried out management efforts through the construction of the Mrican TPST, the operation of several 3R TPS sites, as well as educational campaigns such as the SAMTAKU (Your Waste, My Responsibility) program. However, there are several structural issues, including low community participation in waste sorting and the suboptimal use of location-based management guidelines. This study can provide information related to ongoing waste management and help every passerby and newcomer to the Mrican landfill area to understand and comprehend the proper procedures for effective and environmentally friendly waste management by placing flow cards at each point that can be read by people entering the area, The results indicate that the information is very helpful for the village government in explaining the management of waste in their surrounding area
