Abstract

MTs Mambaul Ulum that has been founded in academic year of 2019/ 2020 should be responsive and adaptive towards the development dynamics of Education field. The use of information technology in Education field has to be anticipated and prepared by teachers, students, and educational workers. The key of success in accommodating the advancement of the era is determined by strong motivation from all components especially teachers. Therefore, the goal of the service program is directed to grow the motivation of teachers in the effort to improve Education quality in Mts Mambaul Ulum. The program implementation was conducted in stages, namely problem identification, program socialization, motivation seminar for students, teachers, parents/ guardian, leaders of the Foundation, and school environment. The result of the social service activity is the growing of strong motivation in all components, and stakeholders can build the relation harmonization among all components towards quality Education in the digital era.

Abstract

Perusahaan dalam menjalankan usahanya, ada beberapa tujuan yang harus dicapai yang salah satunya adalah memaksimalkan keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya. Keuntungan yang diperoleh tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi pemilik usaha dan dapat dipergunakan untuk kebutuhan operasi selanjutnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian adalah menggunakan porposive sample dengan menggunakan data primer yaitu membagikan kuesioner pada pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Platihan Kidul Kec. Siman. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh modal sendiri (X1) dan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (X2) terhadap Pendapatan Usaha pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa modal sendiri dan KUR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha disektor UMKM. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai uji T-statistik berada dibawah 0,5. Dengan demikian besar kecilnya modal usaha, sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha. Dimana penggunaan modal kredit sangat membantu para pelaku usaha untuk menambah modal usahannya.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu pilar dakwah persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. Ibarat kata menjadi primadona bagi masyarakat jika membicarakan pendidikan Muhamamadiyah. Karena tak sedikit sekolah/Madrasah Muhammadiyah yang mampu menceatak alumni dengan kualitas yang baik sehingga kebermanfaatanya sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Namun demikian, tidak semua sekolah/madrasah Muhammadiyah mampu menjadi lembaga pendidikan Islam yang unggul, melainkan banyak diantaranya yang dalam ekeadaan memprihatinkan. Muhammadiyah Ponorogo setidaknya memiliki 8 (delapan) madrasah tsanawiyah (MTs) atau setingkat dengan sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Delapan MTs yang ada tersebut secara kuantitas siswa mayoritas tidak mencapai 100 siswa dalam satu sekolah. Hanya satu sekolah yang jumlah muridnya lebih dari 100 siswa yaitu MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Jenangan Ponorogo. Hal tersebut menjadi menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian bagaimana model pembinaan AIK guru yang ada di lembaga-lembaga tersebut mengingat bahwa maju mundurnya lembaga pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalamnya. Sedangkan sebagai lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah Mengingat bahwa Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) merupakan menjadi indickator utama bagi kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi socsial bagi guru yang ada di sumber daya manusia yang ada di lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis model pembinaan Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) guru di MTs Muhammadiyah yang berada di Ponorogo. Dengan Selain mengetahui model pembinaan AIK para guru juga akan dapat disimpulkan silabus dangambaran materi pembinaan AIK yang diterapkan di bagi guru SMP dan MTs Muhammadiyah se-Ponorogo sehingga yang mampudapat menjadi referensi bagi seluruh pengembangan Sekolah/Madrasah Muhammadiyah yang jugadalam mengemban misi dakwah Muhammadiyah mewujudkan masyarakat Islam yang sebenar-benarnya.

Abstract

The life of the nation has not shown maximum results. Therefore the generation that was produced experienced a decline in adab, morality, and nationalism. This causes much juvenile delinquency such as students against teachers, fights between students, free sex (free sex), drug use, etc. This shows that education in Indonesia is problematic. The solution, there must be an integrated system in the components contained in the teaching and learning process. This unified system includes an intra or extra curriculum, in this text will be discussed further and in detail.Kehidupan bangsa belum menunjukkan hasil yang maksimal. Karenanya generasi yang dihasilkan mengalami kemerosotan adab, moral dan nasionalisme. Hal tersebut menyebabkan banyaknya terjadi kenakalan remaja seperti murid melawan guru, perkelahian antar pelajar, pergaulan bebas (free sex), penggunaan narkoba, dsb. Ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan di Indonesia bermasalah. Solusi, harus adanya sistem integrated dalam komponen-komponen yang termuat dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sistem integrated ini meliputi kurikulum intra ataupun ekstra, dalam naskah ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut dan detail.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has not yet ended, its existence has directly changed human traditions and culture. The education sector has also been affected by this pandemic. At least in the 2020/2021 academic year, educational institutions in Indonesia in particular cannot carry out face-to-face learning processes in schools as usual. Learning is carried out online or online, this results in the learning process for elementary age children (MI) being very dependent on their parents. The condition of parents and teachers of MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Ponorogo students is very varied, some do not have online communication tools (do not have cellphones/computers), some are busy working, some are unable to meet their daily quota and some complain because they are no longer able to accompany them. children learn. Departing from these problems, we were moved to contribute to helping MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Ponorogo to provide solutions by assisting guardians so that they can follow the learning that has been set by the madrasa. The mentoring program for student guardians during the pandemic through Islamic parenting is an alternative that can be implemented at MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Ponorogo considering that the school is currently implementing the adab and al-Qur'an school program which makes adab in Islamic teachings and tahfidz al-Qur'an education as a program. main madrasa. The task of educating teachers at school should be carried out at home, this requires good communication and cooperation between teachers at school and parents at home so that educational goals can be achieved. Islamic parenting that is carried out provides great benefits because as a medium of communication and coordination between the madrasa and the home, Islamic parenting also provides opportunities for counseling so that it can provide solutions for parents while accompanying children to study at home. From Islamic parenting and counseling that has been carried out, many problems have been inventoried by madrasas so that they become material for consideration for educational programs in the future. The solution to the guardian's problem can be resolved during parenting and there are also those who require follow-up assistance.

Abstract

Community relations are an important pillar in the development of institutions, including the development of madrasas. Public relations management is needed as an effort to create harmonious relations between institutions and the community. Various models of public relations that have been put forward by experts include the Press Agentry model, Public Information and the Two-way Asymmetrical Model which are models that are often used in building institutional and community relations. Through qualitative research with a case study approach and data collection carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of data on community relations were processed using data and source triangulation. The results obtained from this study are that MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran applies a public relations model through the press agentry model with various forms of programs and activities including routine recitations, year-end activities, performing arts and others. These programs and activities are carried out by MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran in order to strengthen relations with the community.

Abstract

Financial management in Qur'an educational institutions is still not optimal because the management of the institution has not implemented good management in the process of its activities. This attracts the author to conduct qualitative-descriptive research by taking the object of one of the Qur'anic educational institutions that has developed with the number of students as many as 90 children. Through participant observation in the process of LPQ Darul Muttaqin Nglegok's activities, in-depth interviews with the head of the institution, ustadz-ustadz and guardians of students and documentation used as a method of extracting data, as well as using substantive descriptive data analysis. This study shows a finding that applicatively the financial management process has been applied in the Darul Muttaqin Nglegok Qur'an educational institution substantively covering the process of planning for the procurement of funds through work meetings at the beginning of the year, and the preparation of program and activity plans. The process of utilization through the implementation of programs and activities as well as accountability includes activities through weekly monitoring and evaluation, student guardian meetings as a substantive form of management implementation.

Abstract

Kisah atau cerita memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk pribadi seseorang, atau untuk mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku seseorang, terutama untuk usia anak. Kisah banyak diambil dari Al Quran, mulai dari cerita tentang manusia, binatang dan alam raya. Banyak guru belum menguasai teori maupun praktik berkisah. Padahal ini ini sangat penting dalam menunjang pembejaran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru TPA Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dengan Pelatihan Berkisah, baik secara teoritis maupun praktis. Metode dalam pengabdian meliputi beberapa tahapan seperti observasi, diskusi (penawaran solusi), menyiapkan meteri, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 November 2022 dengan jumlah peserta 64. Hasilnya adalah peserta dapat memahami teori berkisah dengan baik seperti olah vokal, gesture, blocking, serta peserta mampu berkisah dengan baik dibuktikan dengan dipilih secara random untuk praktik berkisah dihadapan peserta lain, mereka bisa menyampaikan kisah dengan baik, membangkitkan rasa percaya diri, dan lebih menguasai strategi dalam berkisah sehingga pendengar tidak merasa bosanStories or stories have a very important role in shaping a person's personality or influencing a person's attitude and behaviour, especially for children. Many stories are taken from the Holy Qurán, starting from stories about humans, animals and the universe. Many teachers have not mastered the theory or practice of storytelling. Even though this is very important in supporting learning. This service aims to equip TPA Muhammadiyah Ponorogo teachers with theory and practice storytelling training. Service methods include several stages such as observation, discussion (offering solution), preparing material, training and evaluation. This implementation was held on November 23, 2022, with 64 participants. The result was that participants could understand storytelling theory well, such as vocal processing, gestures, and blocking. Participants were able to tell stories well, as evidenced by being randomly selected to practice storytelling in front of other participants, they could tell the story well, inspire self-confidence, and master strategies in storytelling so listeners don't feel bored.
