Abstract

Mutu pendidikan dalam suatu satuan pendidikan merupakan simbol adanya kualias tinggi atau masih rendah dar sekolah tersebut. Sebuah sistem manajemen sekolah (MBS) adalah bagian pembaharuan pendidikan, di mana perangkat sekolah keseluruhan memegang peran masing-masing. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan manajemen peserta didik melalui sikap kemandirian. Diterapkannya metode berbasis proyek untuk mengenalkan siswa mengenai proyek berupa mind mapping yang teridiri dari kegiatan keseharian. Dengan adanya proyek mind mapping berjudul “kegiatanku” siswa bisa meningkatkan dan melatih daya ingat, serta menumbuhkan sikap kemandirian agar dapat mengelola atau manajemen waktu secara terjadwal.

Abstract

A person's for creative expression in the form of work is called creativity. In order to ensure a brighter future, everyone must be able to work and produce work that is beneficial to both themselves and those around them. John W. Santrock defines character education as instruction that is delivered directly to students in order to instill moral values, educate students about moral knowledge, and make efforts to prevent inappropriate behavior. The easiest way for parents to teach their children to care about the environment is to teach them how to manage waste. Parents need to teach their children how to dispose of trash according to its type as well as where to put it. Start teaching children about the various types of waste and how to either manage or dispose of them. The simplest method is to include children in waste management. When you are sorting waste with your children, don't forget to talk about a few things, like the different kinds of waste, why it's important to separate waste so it doesn't pollute the environment, and the different effects on the environment that can happen if waste isn't handled properly.

Abstract

In the process of teaching and learning, one aspect that cannot be separated is the ability to read. Every student has a variety of reading interests, and reading is an entry point for knowledge-based information. The capacity to understand what is written and read is clearly influenced by this interest. To increase students' interest in reading, elementary school students must get used to it. The Literacy Corner in the classroom is an important component that cannot be separated from the activities used for teaching and learning. The second grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Mourky became the focus of this research. The method of collecting data through direct observation and documentation is the subject of research. The information obtained was then subjectively investigated, showing that, first, the proficiency angle is a serious emphasis on adjustment exercises that have just been carried out before teaching and learning exercises begin. Second, students can be more interested in reading if they have access to a literacy corner that they can use every day.

In the literacy tree, there are several motivational words for student learning so that they can be read by 3rd grade students. This literacy tree not only increases students' learning motivation but also increases students' interest in reading and students' creativity. Reading the motivational words that we made together with Grade 3 students will motivate students to learn, their interest in reading will increase and their creativity will increase through making literacy trees. The main purpose of this literacy tree is to increase student learning motivation in grade 3 students at SDN 2 Telaga Biru.

Abstract

The principal is a position that has great responsibility for determining the direction of school goals. The principal is expected to be able to carry out his responsibilities to carry out the vision and mission set by the school which is the main goal of establishing a school. In accordance with Permendiknas NO 13 of 2007 school principals have several competencies that must be possessed, one of which is entrepreneurial competency. So that the principal must be able to create entrepreneurship that can be applied and carried out by students at school. One type of entrepreneurship that can be applied to elementary school children is making kites as a tool for entrepreneurship. Besides being close to children, kite is a game that is close to all elements of society, from children to adults can play kites. Besides that, kites are also games that have cultural values, so they are very suitable to be used as a means of entrepreneurship for elementary school children to be able to foster a spirit of creativity and entrepreneurship.
