Abstract

In the process of accepting new employees, sometimes the problem that arises in the recruiter process is the large number of incoming spam email messages which becomes an obstacle for recruiters to find candidates according to the criteria requested by the company. However, it would be easy if there was a system that could help recruiters to help find new employees with the competencies possessed by prospective employees. With the design of this website-based e-recruitment application, it will make it easier for recruiters to validate files owned by prospective employees and the system development development method used in making this application is the prototype method which is a software development method that allows interaction between developers. System with system users, so as to overcome incompatibility between developers and users. The results of this research will be used by the HRD team of PT Lestari Abadi Sakti to carry out recruitment process activities with a Web-based application that has been created. So that the recruitment process activities will run more effectivel.

Abstract

Inspections are carried out to check objects to ensure that they meet certain standards. Laboratory officers have difficulty in the reporting process requested by the head of the section quickly, because officers must compare all gas detection device data. And laboratory officers sometimes leave the completeness of other supporting devices. So that each equipment officer has difficulty determining which units are damaged or repaired. Application research methods include literature study analysis, interviews, observations, while the development method used is the waterfall model. The design of the application displayed uses the android platform, the software used in building the application is android studio with the java programming language, while MySQL as a database. The purpose of this research is to provide information needed by PT Saka Tunggal Manadiri Jaya in improving product quality. The results achieved at the end of the study are the application of the gas detection device problem report in providing characteristic inspection information, making it easier for users to obtain inspection report information searches along with product items produced in accordance with the provisions and standards of inspection control of one very important component. By utilizing android-based technology through mobile devices. In order to find out the types of inspections in quality control either functional or tool change.

Efficiency cost to items that will purchased for fulfil need will the real stuff needed by shop buildings, and reduce work And power Work. Making system inventory based this website done through stage design, implementation and testing. Planning done with using UML, implementation done using HTML, PHP, website And MySql whereas stage testing system done use method white box And black box Testing. Based on testing carried out can concluded that results from study This can overcome problem previously and in accordance with what was expected.

Abstract

Advances in information technology require companies to have reliable network and server monitoring systems to ensure service availability. This research aims to implement a monitoring system using Linux-based Nagios at PT. Established to increase efficiency and responsiveness in detecting network and server disruptions. The research methods used include needs analysis, system configuration, as well as testing and evaluating the performance of the system that has been implemented. The research results show that the Nagios implementation is able to provide real-time notification of anomalies that occur, thereby speeding up the troubleshooting process and increasing system reliability. With this system, companies can optimize IT infrastructure management, reduce the potential for downtime, and improve the overall quality of IT services.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMP terhadap teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai bagian dari literasi teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui workshop yang difokuskan pada pemahaman dasar AI dan aplikasinya dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pendekatan interaktif dengan demonstrasi aplikasi AI, praktik langsung, serta diskusi kelompok untuk mendorong keterlibatan siswa. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi terhadap tingkat pemahaman siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa dapat memahami konsep dasar AI dan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap penerapan teknologi ini dalam pembelajaran. Kuesioner evaluasi mengungkapkan bahwa 90 persen siswa merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan teknologi berbasis AI setelah mengikuti workshop. Meskipun demikian, keterbatasan perangkat dan akses internet di beberapa bagian sekolah menjadi kendala yang perlu diperbaiki. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah workshop AI berhasil meningkatkan literasi teknologi siswa SMP YPUI Parung dan membangkitkan minat mereka terhadap teknologi. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk terus mengadakan workshop lanjutan dan meningkatkan fasilitas teknologi di sekolah guna mendukung pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The development of information technology that is developing creates not only to complement, but now it has become a necessity, one of which is in the world of animal husbandry, technology that has developed rapidly provides a wide variety of automatic device options that are created for personal and group convenience because they are assisted in launching professional activities or breeders' hobbies more efficient in managing their livestock. One of them is a fish feed system based on the Internet of Things. Challenges arise when the farm has to be left because the owner is busy and there is no time to feed the fish farm. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming problems with aquaculture managers who cannot provide feed directly to the cultivation site or provide feed at the right time due to having busy things to do. NodeMCU can be used as a device that accepts the input and output of a sensor and as a device to connect to the internet because NodeMCU is equipped with an ESP8266 chip, by adding a servo motor it can connect to the internet, feeding can be done remotely. Users can monitor using telegram bots with available features. With this system, it can overcome if the owner of the cultivation is busy outside and there is no time to provide feed directly, by utilizing the Internet of Things, the cultivation manager can feed remotely without having to visit the place of cultivation directly.

Abstract

Point of Sale (POS) is a system designed to assist human activities in the sales operations of each transaction process. The coffee shop is one of the business sectors engaged in the food and beverage sector. As well as putting forward a concept, taste and service that has existed for more or less 2 years. The facilities used by the Mokara coffee shop still use a conventional system for recording each employee's absences, sales and purchase transactions as well as recapitulating financial reports so that it runs ineffectively. Therefore we need an application system to simplify and improve the current system. The purpose of this study was to examine the operational system that runs at the Mokara coffee shop, identify existing problems, and develop a system for processing sales transactions and creating financial summary reports. The method used is extreme programming method.
