Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kekuatan otot lengan, koordinasi mata tangan, dan rasa percaya diri dengan keterampilan smash pada ekstrakulikuler permainan bola voli SMPN 3 tirtajaya karawang. Sample berjumlah 40 orang seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ektrakulikuler bola voli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan rancangan korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, variabel (Y) dipengaruhi oleh (X1) r = 58,7%, besarnya perubahan variabel (Y)  r2 = 34,4% dipengaruhi X1, sisanya 65,6%. Pengujian Fhitung 19.934 > Ftabel 4,091, maka variabel X1 mempunyai kontribusi terhadap variabel Y. Kedua, variabel (Y) dipengaruhi oleh (X2) r = 56,2%,  besarnya perubahan variabel (X2),  r2 = 31,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel (Y)  sedang sisanya 68,5%. Pengujian Fhitung 17.503 > Ftabel 4,091, maka variabel (X2) mempunyai kontribusi terhadap variabel (Y). Ketiga, variabel (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel (X3) r = 48,2%, besarnya perubahan r2 =  27,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel (Y)  sedang sisanya 72,1%. Pengujian Fhitung 3.271 > Ftabel  4,091, maka variabel (X2) mempunyai kontribusi terhadap variabel (Y).  Keempat, hasil Uji – t, untuk menguji signifikansi konstanta dari tiga variabel independent. Bahwa (X1) =0,059, (X2) =0,026 dan (X3) =0,006, model regresi sudah layak untuk memprediksi kontribusi variabel (X1), (X2), dan (X3) terhadap variabel (Y) signifikan, pengujian model linieritas ganda dari thitung 8,524  > ttabel 4,091dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Konstanta 8,524 menunjukan jika tidak ada faktor variabel (X1), (X2), dan (X3), maka nilai variabel (Y) sebesar 8,524. Sedangkan jika ada peningkatan faktor (X1), (X2), dan (X3) bertambah satu point, maka akan meningkatkan  variabel (Y) bertambah point pula. Jika variabel X1, X2, dan X3 secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan satu point, maka akan terjadi peningkatan pada variabel Y sebesar 0,939. Fhitung adalah 9,873 > Ftabel 4,091, signifikan 0,05, maka dapat diambil keputusan bahwa kontribusi variabel X1, X2, dan X3 signifikan terhadap vareiabel Y.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are tangible skills that can be measured in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes as active interactions between subjects and learning objects during the learning process to achieve learning outcomes. One important factor is how much effectiveness the implementation of classroom-based assessment and teacher competence in improving student learning outcomes. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and survey methods using questionnaires and interviews. The population is 135 people, a sample of 60 people in the Bandung Regency Cluster 8 Middle School teachers fill out a questionnaire. There is a significant influence of variable (X1) on variable (Y) of r = 0.784, and r2 = 0.614. Shows that the variable (X1) determinant factors to the variable (Y) gives a positive influence so that changes in the variable (Y), influenced by other factors. There is a significant influence of variable (X2) on variable (Y) r = 0.493, and r2 = 0.243. This shows that the variable (X2) determinant factors to the variable (Y) gives a positive effect so that changes in the variable (Y) are influenced by other factors. There is a significant influence between variable (X1) and variable (X2) with variable (Y) r = 0.787, and r2 = 0.620, regression equation: Y = 41.164 + 0.427 X2. Containing a significant understanding is to be expected, if an increase in variable (X1) and variable (X2) is one point, there will be a change in variable (Y) of 0.427 points. To achieve quality schools, the improvement in student learning outcomes is positively influenced by two determinant factors together, the effectiveness of classroom-based assessments and teacher competency where the improvement in student learning outcomes is subjected to the creation of quality schools. Based on the conclusions and it is recommended that the effectiveness of classroom-based assessments and teacher competencies should be further improved in the ability (ability) to manage the class, so that student learning outcomes will increase and quality in accordance with the objectives of national education. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student motivation to learn aerobic exercise through audiovisual media. The method used in this research is experimental research. The total respondents who participated were 89 students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok who were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The research design used a pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument used is a research questionnaire (learning motivation and perception of audio-visual media), Cooper test. and aerobic exercise. The results of this study are the average learning motivation of the experimental class increased by 10.98% while the control class only increased by 6.25%. The average perception of audio-visual media in the experimental class increased by 7.03% while the control class only increased by 3.04%. The average Cooper test in the experimental class increased by 11% while the control class only increased by 0.29%. The average result of the experimental class aerobic exercise increased by 6.35% while the control class only increased by 5.21%. The conclusion of this research is that there are differences in learning motivation, perception of audio-visual media, cooper test, and aerobic exercise learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the skill level of Grade VII students of West Karawang Public Junior High School 5 (SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat) for the 2021/2022 academic year in performing floor exercises for forwarding roll movement during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using a cross-sectional survey design. The population in this study was all seventh graders at SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat which consisted of 11 classes with 440 students. Sample in this study amounted to 81 students using Simple Random Sampling as a sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a forward roll skill test. As well as data analysis in this study using descriptive statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that the level of forwarding rolling skills in grade VII students at SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat, there are 1 student (1%) in the very skilled category, 50 students (62%) in the skilled category, 17 students (21%) in the less skilled category, and 13 students (16%) in the very less skilled category. The highest frequency in the skilled category is 50 students with a percentage of 62%

Abstract

 In carrying out their main duties and functions, school principals still receive critical issues from various circles in the educational ecosystem because they have yet to fully contribute optimally to increasing teacher professionalism. The literature review research aims to identify and analyze several models of good practice implemented by school principals in developing the basic abilities of teachers in elementary school education units. The research findings state that the school principal's good practice model consists of two activities/actions: the Principal as a learning leader and the Principal acting as the creator of the learning environment. The key role of the Principal as a learning leader consists of a servant, role model, expert and instructional leader. Meanwhile, the Principal as the creator of the learning environment is related to his role as a communicator, supporter and manager. These good practices can create a professional, vital teacher profile and construction consisting of passion, vigour, facility, and satisfaction to achieve more productive and competitive learning goals in the educational unit. Keywords: good practice; principal’s; basic teacher abilities

Abstract

This research study aimed to examine the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance at SDN in Korsatpen Banyumanik Semarang City by making career satisfaction a mediating variable. This research study utilized all PNS teachers at the SDN in the Korsatpen area as a population. For the research study, only 60.17 per cent were taken as a sample of a total of 231 teachers. The research method uses a descriptive approach by applying explanatory research. The study results showed that achievement motivation and teacher competence substantially influence elementary school teachers' performance in the Banyumanik Korsatpen, Semarang, which is mediated by career satisfaction. In this context, career satisfaction is a teacher's perception, mindset and behaviour that can indirectly affect performance achievement. In this connection, career satisfaction will focus on the characteristics of a teacher, which can help the teacher produce good performance on the main tasks and functions for which they are responsible. Ultimately, career satisfaction can function as attraction, retention and development indirectly from achievement motivation and teacher competence to improve teacher performance.Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Competence, Career Satisfaction, Teacher Performance.
