Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model latihan Passing sepakbola untuk peningkatan latihan dimasa pandemi covid-19. Selain itu, penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang pengembangan dan penerapan model passing sepakbola di provinsi Lampung dan mengetahui efektivitas, efisiensi serta daya tarik anak terhadap model yang dibuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Research & Development (R & D) dari Borg and Gall dengan subjek penelitian adalah Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) di Provisi Lampung.Pencapaian yang akan dihasilkan yaitu bagaimana olahraga cabang sepakbola  bisa memperbaiki kualitas atlet dari sedini mungkin dan prestasi semakin maksimal dimasa pandemi covid-19. Hasilnya adalah mendapatkan Model latihan passing sepak bola yang terdiri 30 model passing sepak bola dapat dipergunakan sebagai model pengembangan latihan passing sepak bola pada masa pandemi.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of uchikomi movement exercise using kettler rubber to improve male judoka's physical abilities. This study uses an experimental method. A total of 22 male judoka participated as study samples and were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (21.8±1.78 years, 1.70±0.06 m, 71.1±13.5 kg) and control group (21.4±2.30 years, 1.72±0.05 m, 67.4±7.76 kg). The exercise program was carried out for 8 weeks with a frequency of 3 times/week. After warming up and before core judo training, the experimental group was treated with uchikomi movement training using kettler rubber. Meanwhile, the control group continued regular judo training. The statistical analysis procedure used an ANOVA test to determine the difference and comparison of pre-test and post-test mean values in experimental and control groups with a significance level (p<0.05). The results showed that parameter difference in the average value of experimental and control groups was significant on the performance of leg power and VO2Max endurance. In comparison, no significant differences occur in handgrip strength, flexibility, and speed. This study concludes that uchikomi seoi-nage movement exercise using a Kettler rubber produces changes in the performance of judoka physical abilities. However, a significant difference occurred in the performance of leg power and VO2Max endurance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa-siswi SMPN 37 Bandar Lampung dimasa era new normal. Penelitian ini didasari karena belum adanya penelitian kebugaran jasmani siswa-siswi SMPN 37 Bandar Lampung, metode yang digunakan survei langsung dilapangan terhadap subjek penelitian yaitu siswa-siswi SMPN 37 Bandar Lampung kelas 7 dan 8, sebanyak 50 siswa dan 50 siswi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen TKJI 2020 yang terdiri dari 5 instrumen yaitu:  lari 50 meter, angkat badan (pull up), baring duduk (sit up), loncat tegak (vertical jump), dan lari 1200meter siswa atau 800meter siswi. Hasil penelitian dari keseluruhan instrumen yang diuji menunjukan bahwa klasifikasi baik = 1%; sedang = 36%; kurang = 85%; dan kurang sekali = 8%.  Rendahnya kebugaran jasmani siswa-siswi SMPN 37 Bandar Lampung pada era new normal ini dikarena rendahnya aktifitas fisik siswa-siswa atau kegiatan olah raga yang dilakukan. Hal ini disebabkan pembatasan kegiatan belajar secara offline. Kata Kunci: kebugaran fisik, periode new normal, siswa kelas 7 dan 8

Abstract

Sports nutrition is a science that studies the relationship between the management of nutritional needs with performance that is beneficial for health, fitness, growth, and fostering sports achievement. The purpose of this PkM activity is to expand the knowledge and understanding of sports, increase competence and develop skills in compiling the need for good nutritional intake for sports through activities. The method used in this PkM activity uses a lecture approach, discussion, guided practice, and evaluation. Furthermore, this PkM activity provides valuable results and conclusions. It positively impacts various knowledge and understanding of the critical role of sports nutrition for the audience of athletes, sports coaches, and physical education teachers, as well as developing skills in formulating appropriate nutritional intake needs in sports activities.
