Abstract

Actual Indonesia's inflation rate is higher than the government's inflation target. One of the reasons is that the dataset for calculating food group inflation is asymmetric due to incomplete supply and demand data. This study tries to overcome asymmetric data constraints by providing an enterprise system for strategic horticultural commodities (SHES). The research method used the first three Zachman Framework perspectives: the executive perspective contextual view, the business management perspective conceptual view, and the architect's perspective physical view, each evaluated using the Why and Who facets. Respectively, the result of the Why facet is about business drivers and motivation intention: vision, mission, and goals; strategic goals and the SHES model's entity goals/objectives; and system development rules, requirements, and functionality representation. The Who facets results are associated with responsibility assignments of farmers, merchants, sub-district data collectors, District Agriculture offices, developers, users, and managers (tested using high-fidelity prototypes/mockups). With SHES, data and information collection becomes systematic and holistic, immediately in the form of real-time data from farmers and traders. Access to SHES uses the farmer's/trader's mobile phone. Thus, data recapitulation, from village to sub-district, district, to provincial and national, will likely be based on reality/data facts in the field. Abstract

Directory of Indonesianist is one of the reference collections that a library must provide.  Only a few libraries provide it. The second fact is the directory of Indonesianist is an old publication that never has a new version. This directory is printed material and limited edition, it makes the library-user difficult to find the Indonesianist data. Until this time, there is no one of directory of Indonesianist administered online. This research purposed to build an online web based directory of Indonesianist database by using SLiMS Cendana. This research has five steps: (1) preliminary investigation; (2) choosing the sample of Indonesianist data and publication using googlescholar, scholarometer and googlebooks; (3) studying SLiMS, (4) making a prototipe based on study about SLiMS in the previous step; (5) examination of the recall and precision of the "search engine"  of the directory of Indonesianist database that has been created. The making of the application uses prototyping method by modifying SLiMS, the process prototyping using flowchart and data flow diagram (DFD), and the data prototyping using entity relationship diagram (ERD). The Indonesianists data can be presented by name, domicile, social sciences, topics research, areas of research, background of education, research titles, titles of journals, and the office where Indonesianis worked. This reserach succeed to build an online database directory Indonesianists can used in accordance with library-user needs.Keyword: directory, Indonesianist, database, recall, precision, SLiMS cendana

Abstract

The prices of strategic food commodities, namely rice, red chili, chicken, beef, shallots, eggs, sugar, and cooking oil, are monitored to measure Indonesia's inflation in the food category. This study intended to explore the chili agrosystems as an essential Indonesian daily cuisine due to its perishable nature and its variably supply chain. The state-of-the-art approach from various research databases was used and supplemented with secondary data gathered from the related enterprise. The study revealed that food strategic web-based information systems on production, consumption, and price are under different authorities. Concerning the chili case, even though there was a production surplus, price fluctuation increasing the risk of lowering motivation to plant. The number of actors involved itemizes eight chili's supply chain main patterns. In conclusion, chili trade and freight margins favoured supply chain actors but not the farmer itself. The welfare of the farmers is not good condition. It is characterized by proxy indicators, the majority of which are only slightly more than 100. The situation creates a new risk of decreasing motivation in farming. Further study using manageable chili enterprise systems is required to bring farmers closer to end consumers and improve their welfare. Abstract

The price data of the Strategic Food Price Information Center from May 2018 to May 2021 in 34 provinces show a fluctuated trend. Our study aimed to build predictive modeling of red chili and curly chili prices in West Java province using the Long Short Term Memory method. The red chili and curly chili prices prediction model in our study was successfully constructed and is considered very representative of predicting prices in traditional and modern markets in West Java Province. The best parameter model for red chili in the traditional market is a neuron value of 64 and a learning rate of 0.0005, and in the modern market, there are neuron values of 48 and a learning rate of 0,005. For curly chili, the best parameter model in traditional markets is a neuron value of 48 and a learning rate of 0.00075, and in the modern market, there are neuron values of 32 and a learning rate of 0,001. All models use the number of the epoch 100. The best prediction model for the price of red chili and curly red chili in traditional markets obtained the smallest root mean square error values on the test data of 2.57% and 2.07%, respectively. Meanwhile, the best price prediction model in the modern market obtained the smallest root mean square error values on the test data of 2.11% and 2.17%, respectively. Based on the root mean square error value obtained, the model is better than the other research method and shows that the variation in the value produced by a model is close to the variation in the actual value.
