Abstract

Meski barang-barang di Kelurahan Sayur Matinggi Kecamatan Batang Onang Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara masih perlu dikembangkan, namun Kelurahan Sayur Matinggi mempunyai kapasitas untuk menghasilkan barang-barang bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Di Desa Sayur Matinggi Kecamatan Batang Onang Padang Lawas Utara, penelitian ini berupaya mengetahui perluasan UMKM. Melalui proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Kepala desa di Kelurahan Sayur Matinggi Kecamatan Batang Onang Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, pelaku UMKM, dan pemerhati UMKM menjadi kelompok informan yang dijadikan sebagai sumber data. Tiga hari dihabiskan untuk melakukan penelitian.Hasil dari penelitian ini, kelurahan Sayur Matinggi belum bisa mendapatkan predikat khusus karena UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif sulit mengembangkan usahanya dan memiliki keterbatasan keterampilan. Bahan baku dan penggunaan perlengkapan dasar pembuatan, kurangnya pusat UMKM, UMKM di Kelurahan Sayur Matinggi Kecamatan Batang Onang Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara menghadapi permasalahan seperti kurangnya pendidikan tenaga kerja dan permasalahan pendaftaran hak cipta.

Abstract

Hadith is anything in the form of words, actions, tacit approval, or characteristics (self-description) that is attributed to the Prophet Muhammad. What is meant by the nature (self-description) of the Prophet in this definition is the physical description and morals of the Prophet as reported by the narrators, such as his body being strong, his chest broad, he was a polite person and so on. Muhammad al-Ghazali was a famous scholar who was born in al-Buhairah, Egypt, precisely in Nakla Inab, a village which gave birth to many prominent Islamic figures of his time such as Muhammad 'Abduh, Mahmud Syaltut, Hasan alBana and Muhammad al-Madani, Yusuf Al -Qardhawi. He was born in the village of Shaft Turab in the middle of the Nile River Delta, Mahallah al-Kubra area, he already memorized the Koran. Completing his education at Ma'had Thantha and Ma'had Tsanawi, Qaradawi continued on to al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, at the Ushuluddin Faculty, majoring in religious studies and graduating in 1952 where he received the shahadah 'aliyah. Then he continued his Arabic language studies for two years and graduated with the best achievement among five hundred students. These people have an understanding of hadith, then in this research we discuss the Understanding of Contemporary Hadith According to Yusuf Al-Qardhawi and Al-Ghazali. In this research, the qualitative approach used by researchers is library research, namely. activities related to library data collection methods. In terms of Hadith material, according to Yusuf Al-Qardhawi and Muhammad Ghazali: Related to current problems. As an effort to reinterpret the hadith in accordance with the current context.

Abstract

This research is conducted to address the controversy surrounding the thalaq hadith that circulates widely in society. Various opinions are spread about this hadith without properly delving into the quality of the hadith and solely relying on a single narration. However, thalaq (divorce) is a very sensitive matter, and misunderstanding a hadith without a proper understanding can lead to incorrect beliefs. Using a qualitative approach in the form of literature review, this study aims to explore a correct understanding of the controversial thalaq hadith. The findings of this research indicate that the controversy in society arises due to a lack of in-depth understanding of the origin of the hadith and a failure to comprehend the hadith comprehensively. There are other narrations that strengthen and clarify the thalaq hadith, making it evident that the hadith can be utilized as long as there are no conflicting narrations. Through this research, it is hoped that answers to the controversies circulating in society can be provided.
