PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN LABA Ida Yusnita

This research aimed to determine the influence of: (1) Current ratio (2) Net Profit Margin And (3) Profit growth on PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk The research period was 2009- 2019. This research was classified as ex post facto research, causal associative, and quantitative approach. The result of the research showed that: (1) Current ratio had no effect to Firm Value with regression with significance 0.159>0,05 and Current ratio variable t-count 1,1553 (2) Net Profit Margin had positive effect to Profit growth with significance 0,09 Net Profit Margin variable t-count 3,481 in 2009-2019 with F-count 3,299and significance 0,035The result of the adjusted R2 test in this study obtained a value of 0.068. This showed that the profit growth was influenced by current ratio and net profit margin of 68%,while the rest of 32% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value of PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. For the period 2011-2020, partially and simultaneously, this study explains the factors that affect Firm Value. These factors are Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely Summary of Financial Statement data obtained from the financial statements of PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out on all data obtained, it can be concluded as follows:1) Profitability using (ROE) has a partial and insignificant effect on firm value as evidenced by the value of sig = 0.285 > 0.05 and -tcount > -ttable (-1.172 > -2.447) so that the hypothesis I acceptable.2) Liquidity using (CR) does not have a partial and significant effect on firm value as evidenced by the value of sig = 0.956 > 0.05 and tcount ttable (0.057 < 2.447) so that hypothesis II cannot be accepted. 3) Leverage using (DER) has no partial and insignificant effect on firm value as evidenced by the value of sig = 0.964 <0.05 and tcount ttable (0.048 < 2,447) so that the third hypothesis is not accepted. 4) Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage have no simultaneous effect on Firm Value, as evidenced by the value of sig = 0.287 > 0.05 and fcount ftable (1.59 ? 4.76) so that hypothesis IV cannot be accepted

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and discipline on employee performance at the Kerinci district office with work motivation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 55 employees at the Kerinci District Head Office from 3 sub-district offices, namely the Keliling Danau, Sitinjau Laut and Gunung Raya sub-district offices. The sampling technique is full sampling. In this study, there are two stages of analysis that will be carried out, namely First, SEM analysis based on variance (Component based SEM) or Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of Visual software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0 then with Moderated Structural Equation analysis. Modeling (MSEM). The results showed that the value of the R-Square of performance was 0.543, which means that 54.3% of the variance of the performance variable can be explained by the variables of the physical work environment, discipline and work motivation. The value of the R-Square motivation of 0.219 can be interpreted that 21.9% of the variance of the work motivation variable can be explained by the physical work environment and discipline variables

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity Ratio on Profitability of Pt. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. In 2011-2020, partially and simultaneously, this study explains the factors that affect profitability. These factors are the influence of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity Ratio. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely Summary of Financial Statement data obtained from the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2020. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out on all data obtained, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Liquidity has no partial and insignificant effect. It is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (0.396 < 2,447) with a value of sig = 0.706 > 0.05 so that hypothesis I cannot be accepted. 2) Solvency has no partial and insignificant effect. It is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (-1.562 < -2.447) with a value of sig = 0.169 > 0.05 so that hypothesis II cannot be accepted. 3) Activities have a partial and significant effect on profitability. It is proven by the value of tcount > ttable (6.398 > 2,447) with a value of sig =0.001 <0.05 so that the third hypothesis can be accepted. 4) Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity have a simultaneous effect on Profitability, as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable or 19.656 > 4.76, and with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05 so that hypothesis IV can be accepted. 5) The magnitude of the influence of each The independent variables on the dependent variable are Liquidity, Solvency and Activity on Profitability at PT. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. The 2011-2020 period is 90.8%. While the rest (100%-90.8%) which is equal to 9.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

UMKM atau Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah merupakan usaha ekonomi produktif yang dimiliki oleh perorangan atau badan usaha yang bukan merupakan anak atau cabang perusahaan besar. UMKM dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pendapatan khususnya di daerah pedesaan dan rumah tangga yang berpendapatan rendah. Disisi lain, UMKM juga mampu meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat dalam mengembangkan dan mempertahankan usaha didalam ketidakpastian pasar melalui manajemen usaha yang baik. Namun pada umumnya kegiatan usaha kecil menengah tidak memperhatikan beberapa aspek fungsional perusahaan seperti manajemen SDM, manajemen keuangan, manajemen produksi serta manajemen pemasaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang sasarannya dibidang ekonomi dalam pengolahan pisang menjadi banana stick di Desa Suko Pangkat Kabupaten Kerinci melalui analisis dan observasi lapangan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa : tahap awal kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi dan survey lokasi, acara penyuluhan dengan judul optimalisasi manajemen usaha desa suko pangkat. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah penyuluhan pemasaran dan pembukuan secara sederhana, pengemasan produk, promosi.

The rationale for village regulation is diversity, participation, genuine autonomy, democratization, and community empowerment. One of the main determinants of the above efforts' success is community participation in the entire village development process. This study aims to determine the organizational dimensions as a determinant of village apparatus knowledge sharing, impacting community participation in Kerinci Regency. We conducted this research in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. We Started the research from March 2020 to September 2020. The population in this study was the village apparatus in Kerinci Regency. This study's sampling method in this study was cluster sampling by grouping samples by region with a total sample size of 108 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data through interviews and a list of questions with a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using a structural equation model with the analytical tool used is using AMOS. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of Knowledge Sharing's influence could explain by the organizational dimension variables of organizational culture, organizational structure, and training is 9.4%. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for the magnitude of community participation's influence, which can be explained by the organization's variable dimensions of organizational culture, organizational structure, training, and knowledge sharing, is 33.7%. This study resulted from testing the hypothesis that training positively and significantly affects Knowledge Sharing. Organizational structure, training, organizational culture, and knowledge sharing influence community participation.
