Abstract

The importance of a tourist destination in promoting cultural heritage and indeed its contribution to the tourism industry as a whole. Diversity in culture must be seen as a strength in the marketing of food tourism. The impact of culinary tourism is huge and can improve the overall economy of any country. Tourists are more inclined to continue to demand more traditional food because this allows access to cultural and historical heritage of various cultures to make it more authentic. Culinary arts is one of the attractions for tourists who are traveling with the aim of enjoying various types of food typical of places that are headed. Culinary tourism is part of agribusiness that focuses specifically on searching for, and enjoying, preparing food and drinks. Several goals have taken the concept of sustainability to a new level and have begun to offer food and beverage oriented. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with data processing in this study carried out qualitatively and quantitatively, with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used as a tool to determine which strategies should be prioritized by the Kerinci Regency to support the marketing activities of Culinary Tourism.

Abstract

In the context of realizing national development goals, the government is paying maximum attention to rural development. The great attention to the countryside is based on the fact that the village is home to a large part of the Indonesian people. The position of the village and the village community is the basis of the life of the nation and state of Indonesia. Intellectual capital is the main strength in an organization, which includes information, technical practitioners, expertise, intellectual property. Village assistance is carried out by village assistants whose job is to assist villages in the implementation of village development and village community empowerment. The objectives of village assistance include: 1) increasing the capacity, effectiveness and accountability of village governance and village development; 2) increase the initiative, awareness and participation of the village community in participatory village development; 3) increase the synergy of inter-sectoral Village development programs; and 4) optimizing village local assets in an emancipatory manner

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendapatkan hasil dari pengaruh reward terhadap knowledge sharing perangkat desa berdampak terhadap peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat. Reward pada penelitian ini terbagi atas Extrinsic Rewards dan Intrinsic Rewards. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kerinci dengan Perangkat desa sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juni 2020 - September 2020. Perangkat Desa di Kabupaten Kerinci merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel adalah Cluster Sampling dengan mengelompokkan sampel didasari wilayah dengan jumlah sampel adalah 108 responden. Sumber data didapatkan dari wawancara (interview) serta daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Structural Equation Models (SEM) serta menggunakan AMOS sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian didapatkan koefisien determinasi besar pengaruh knowledge sharing yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel extrinsic rewards dan intrinsic rewards sebesar 17%. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi persamaan Partisipasi Masyarakat sebesar 20,2%. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan dari pengujian hipotesis bahwa extrinsic rewards dan intrinsic rewards memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing dan intrinsic rewards berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat sedangkan extrinsic rewards berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Knowledge Sharing dalam penelitian ini bukan merupakan variabel intervening karena pengaruh langsung extrinsic rewards terhadap partisipasi masyarakat lebih besar dari pada pengaruh tidak langsung melalui knowledge sharing dan pengaruh langsung intrinsic rewards terhadap partisipasi masyarakat juga lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap partisipasi masyarakat melalui knowledge sharing. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris sebagai panduan bagi pemerintahan dan perangkat desa untuk menetapkan strategi yang tepat dalam knowledge sharing dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat termasuk dampak terhadap pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

The phenomenon of development development is in rural areas. In order to realize national development goals, the government pays the greatest attention to development in the countryside. So that the spearhead of the village is one of them is the Village Device is required to improve the quality of self reflected in human capital, social capital, Intelectual capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research aims to find out the Influence of human capital and social capital on Intelectual capital Village Devices With Organizational Citizenship Behaviour as a Mediation Variable on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency. Respondents in this study were Village Devices in Kerinci Regency by taking samples of village devices located in Gunung Raya and Bukit Kerman districts so that 174 respondents were obtained. The Model Testing Technique in this study used the Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Human capital and social capital had an effect of 98.1% on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency and Human capital, social capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had an effect of 15% on Intelectual Capital on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

The existence of MSMEs is essential to encourage the wheels of the nation's economy, so the government has to participate in the progress of SMEs. The fact found is that most of the MSMEs still do their financial records traditionally, and the level of awareness still needs to be higher on the importance of business financial statements. They are only armed with the knowledge and expertise they have, so they are still untouched by the media (application) tools in financial management. Likewise, with the implementation of marketing at the MSE. This activity aims to improve the ability of Batik Incung Subala SMEs actors to apply SI-APIK in managing financial reports and using digital marketing to promote their products. This activity resulted in that Batik Incung Subala can application the SI-APIK application in business financial management with continuous assistance and guidance and promoting products using digital marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the application of the servant leadership dimension of the village head improves the performance of the village apparatus in Kerinci Regency. Novelty in this study: to develop and formulate a model of the dimension of servant leadership of village heads to improve the performance of village apparatus. The research was conducted in Kerinci District, Jambi Province. This study used quantitative research methods. To obtain valid data and information, researchers use interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation techniques. Model Testing Techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The population is the entire village apparatus in Kerinci Regency. The sampling technique is an accidental sampling method, with the number of samples representing the population with a total of 103 responses. For the Servant leadership equation of 0,998 which means the factors that affect the variability of Servant leadership can be explained by the variables Altruistic calling, Emotional healing, Wisdom, Persuasive mapping, Organizational stewardship, Humility, Vision, and Service of 99,8%. The coefficient of determination of the Village Apparatus Performance equation is 0,972 or the Village Apparatus Performance variable which can be explained by the variability of Servant leadership of 97,2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the The influence of transformational leadership and religiosity on performance of village apparatus in Sungai Penuh City with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. The research was conducted in Sungai Penuh City in Jambi Province. This study used quantitative research methods. To obtain valid data and information, researchers use interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation techniques. Model Testing Techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The population is the entire village apparatus in Sungai Penuh City. The sampling technique is an accidental sampling method, with the number of samples representing the population with a total of 115 responses. The result of the research that R-square value of exogenous latent variables to endogenous latent variables is: The magnitude of the influence of Religiosity, Transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior on performance was 0.522 or 52.2%. That is, religiosity, transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior have an influence of 52.2%. While the magnitude of the influence of organizational citizenship behavior is 0.357 or 35.7%. That is, religiosity and transformational leadership have an influence of 35.7. Meanwhile, the remaining 64.3% was explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

The rationale for village regulation is diversity, participation, genuine autonomy, democratization, and community empowerment. One of the main determinants of the above efforts' success is community participation in the entire village development process. This study aims to determine the organizational dimensions as a determinant of village apparatus knowledge sharing, impacting community participation in Kerinci Regency. We conducted this research in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. We Started the research from March 2020 to September 2020. The population in this study was the village apparatus in Kerinci Regency. This study's sampling method in this study was cluster sampling by grouping samples by region with a total sample size of 108 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data through interviews and a list of questions with a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using a structural equation model with the analytical tool used is using AMOS. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of Knowledge Sharing's influence could explain by the organizational dimension variables of organizational culture, organizational structure, and training is 9.4%. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for the magnitude of community participation's influence, which can be explained by the organization's variable dimensions of organizational culture, organizational structure, training, and knowledge sharing, is 33.7%. This study resulted from testing the hypothesis that training positively and significantly affects Knowledge Sharing. Organizational structure, training, organizational culture, and knowledge sharing influence community participation.

Abstract

One of the Tri Dharma College activities is community service which provides learning and working experiences in activities to increase potential for the community. The purpose of community service is to implement a product downstream strategy in overcoming abundant production for orange plants in Lolo Hilir Village, Bukit Kerman District, Kerinci Regency. The methods used are field observation, interviews and delivering material. The target population is the community in Lolo Hilir Village. The results of community service in the form of implementing assistance to the community to understand product downstream strategies in overcoming abundant production for orange plants, helping the preparation of supporting facilities for downstream oranges into processed products. Through this activity, the community feels a change in the form of increasing knowledge, and community income can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in tourists in tourism areas in Kerinci Regency and to analyze the development of Digital Tourism with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in tourism areas in Kerinci Regency. This research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Total sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study were primary data through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses a structural equation model with the analysis tool used is to use AMOS. The results of the study : the Structural Equation Model (SEM) obtained from this study, it can be concluded from hypothesis testing. Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease Of Use and Perceived Usefulness have a positive and significant effect on Intention to use tourism aplication in Kerinci Regency. while the Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease Of Use and Intention to use tourism aplication have a positive and significant effect on Tourism Digital. But Perceived Usefulness has a negative and no significant effect on Tourism Digital.The Intention To Use Tourism Aplication can be explained by the variables Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease Of Use and Perceived Usefulness of 25,2%. While Tourism Digital can be explained by the variability of Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Intention To Use Tourism Aplication is 64,4%
