Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and discipline on employee performance at the Kerinci district office with work motivation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 55 employees at the Kerinci District Head Office from 3 sub-district offices, namely the Keliling Danau, Sitinjau Laut and Gunung Raya sub-district offices. The sampling technique is full sampling. In this study, there are two stages of analysis that will be carried out, namely First, SEM analysis based on variance (Component based SEM) or Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of Visual software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0 then with Moderated Structural Equation analysis. Modeling (MSEM). The results showed that the value of the R-Square of performance was 0.543, which means that 54.3% of the variance of the performance variable can be explained by the variables of the physical work environment, discipline and work motivation. The value of the R-Square motivation of 0.219 can be interpreted that 21.9% of the variance of the work motivation variable can be explained by the physical work environment and discipline variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial perfomace of one of the islamic banks in Indonesia based on the profitability ratios before and during the covid-19 pandemic. As for the object in this study, namely PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk. In this study the authors manage all aspects of the research contained in the profitability ratios including return on asset, return on equity, operating costs, net profit margi and gross profit margin with the hope that the final result of the research can find out whether there is a profitability comparasion at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah before and during covid-19 or there is no comparasion of profitability at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah before and during covid-19. As for this type of research is a type of comparative descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data contained in this study is non-parametric data with the Wilxocon test analysis technique using SPSS. With the results of the study there is a comparasion of profitability at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk, before and during covid-19 on the ratio return on asset while in other research aspects such as retun on equity, operating costs,net profit margin and gross profit margin there is no comparasion of profitability at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk,before and during covid-19.

Abstract

The General Election Commission as an institution that is given a mandate based on realizing people's sovereignty, organizes general elections, to elect regional heads and people's representatives in the legislature. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze in depth the function of the general election commission in determining the verification of political parties participating in elections. For this reason, this research was conducted using a conceptual approach, statutory approach, historical approach and case approach. The results of the study show that the election result decisions issued by the KPU fall into the category of state administrative decisions because they fulfill the elements of a decision of a state administration official such as the KPU as an institution authorized to decide election results based on their duties and functions in holding general elections based on regulatory provisions. legislation and code of ethics of election organizers. The decision on the election results issued by the general election commission is concrete in nature and clearly stipulates. This decision creates legal consequences for a person or civil legal entity involved in the election administration. The process of validating and determining general election decisions is not solely based on the decision-making mechanism within the KPU institution itself but has been preceded by the process of holding elections in accordance with statutory regulations

Abstract

The rationale for village regulation is diversity, participation, genuine autonomy, democratization, and community empowerment. One of the main determinants of the above efforts' success is community participation in the entire village development process. This study aims to determine the organizational dimensions as a determinant of village apparatus knowledge sharing, impacting community participation in Kerinci Regency. We conducted this research in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. We Started the research from March 2020 to September 2020. The population in this study was the village apparatus in Kerinci Regency. This study's sampling method in this study was cluster sampling by grouping samples by region with a total sample size of 108 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data through interviews and a list of questions with a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using a structural equation model with the analytical tool used is using AMOS. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of Knowledge Sharing's influence could explain by the organizational dimension variables of organizational culture, organizational structure, and training is 9.4%. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for the magnitude of community participation's influence, which can be explained by the organization's variable dimensions of organizational culture, organizational structure, training, and knowledge sharing, is 33.7%. This study resulted from testing the hypothesis that training positively and significantly affects Knowledge Sharing. Organizational structure, training, organizational culture, and knowledge sharing influence community participation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : To determine and understand the role of Karang Taruna in the development of rural communities, To determine the strength and rules of Karang Taruna in youth empowerment, To determine and understand the function of Karang Taruna as a supporter of the welfare of rural. The Research Approach used in this study : Conceptual Approach, Statute Approach, Historis Approach and Case Approach. The location on this research in Lempur Mudik Village in Gunung Raya District Kerinci Regency. The type of research is normative juridical by studying various literature and legislation, as well as legal theories regarding the role and function of Karang Taruna in Lempur Mudik Village. The results of the study : Karang Taruna is a social community organization as a forum and means of developing every member of the community who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the younger generation in the village kelurahan area especially engaged in welfare. The growth and development of every qualified, skilled and intelligent member of society is innovative in overcoming social welfare problems, especially the younger generation. The role of Karang Taruna in Lempur Mudik Village has been running well but has not run optimally, this is due to various indicators, especially in making decisions, vision and mission of Karang Taruna
