Abstract

Abstract The interior elements designed in a specific theme are aimed to shape the character, perception and space atmosphere. In Bandung, culinary facilities that carry the theme of the old-style interior design of Dutch East Indies are quite popular. This study aims to contribute guidance in creating the quality of space by applying the selection of decoration and furniture elements (moveableinterior elements) and the arrangement of walls, floors and ceilings (unmoveableinterior elements).This study applies case study research methods, discussion analysis uses descriptive analysis method and direct observation to Indischetafel café. The result of this study is to examine aspects of interior element arrangement in the Indischetafel café in bringing the atmosphere of Bandung Tempo Dulu.Keywords: thematic interior, interior elements, Bandung space atmosphere First Tempo

Abstract

Development can be described as two sides of a coin, the first side provides benefits, but on the other side it turns out to have to sacrifice for some people. Jatigede Dam, located in Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, was built in 1998 and its construction resulted in 28 submerged villages. The communities whose areas are submerged must create new villages and switch professions that used to have a livelihood as an agrarian society must switch professions to become aquatic culture communities. This paper discusses experiences in the proposed (re)structuring activities of the Paku Alam Village area in Darmaraja District around the dam. The activity is carried out through the method of recalling the community collective memory, which is brought together with the context of changes in the livelihood culture and ritual culture that is still owned by the village community so that the changing area can be accepted as a "new village" for the community. The data is obtained through searching sites that are considered important by the community, ritual activities that are usually carried out, people's daily lives, and the bad memories of drowned villages, reconciled with the present and future context as part of the region's arrangement. The result is a regional proposal that is expected to meet people's expectations.

Abstract

Anak merupakan aset berharga yang memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam aspek tumbuh kembangnya. Orang tua memiliki kewajiban untuk mendidik, mengasuh, dan memberikan contoh yang baik bagi perkembangan anak. Namun, kesibukan orang tua pada masa kini sering kali menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan dalam tumbuh kembang anak. Keterlambatan ini dapat diatasi dengan cara memasukan anak ke dalam lembaga seperti Clubhouse atau Daycare, di mana anak dapat tetap mendapatkan perhatian yang baik sementara orang tua menjalankan aktivitas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan orang tua dalam memilih Clubhouse untuk anak secara keruangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup kepada orang tua yang memiliki kesibukan, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis distribusi dan analisis klaster. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa pertimbangan orang tua dalam memilih Clubhouse bervariasi, diantaranya  kualitas pendamping anak yang merupakan pertimbangan paling besar, kenyamanan anak, kelengkapan fasilitas, keamanan anak, kualitas program Clubhouse, lokasi dan biaya. Kesimpulannya, orang tua memilih Clubhouse bervariasi, bergantung pada usia anak dan sosiodemografi orang tua. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam merancang Clubhouse yang sesuai dengan preferensi orang tua dan dapat menjadi pilihan utama bagi mereka dalam menitipkan anak.
