Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai fokus tentang perilaku pemilih golput dalam pilgub Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Coblong adalah wilayah perkotaan yang tingkat golputnya cukup signifikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok golput yang terjadi di Kecamatan Coblong didominasi oleh para kaum intelektual yang mempunyai pendidikan cukup dan berpikir idealis. Makna golput yang ditemukan di Kecamatan Coblong adalah mereka yang dengan sengaja tidak menggunakan hak pilih dan dapat dilihat dari surat suara yang tidak sah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih golput di Kecamatan Coblong dapat dilihat dari faktor teknis yang berasal dari pemilih, sikap apatis dan kurangnya sosialisasi Pilgub Jawa Barat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu yang menjadi kelompok golput di Kecamatan Coblong adalah para pendatang seperti mahasiswa dan pedagang. Makna golput yang terjadi di Kecamatan Coblong adalah sekelompok orang yang tidak memberikan aspirasi kepada ketiga kandidat. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan perilaku pemilih golput di Kecamatan Coblong dalam pilgub Jabar 2008 adalah faktor teknis seperti administratif dan sikap politis serta sosialisasi Pilgub Jawa Barat yang kurang maksimal.

Abstract

Bandung is one of the destinations of tourist in Indonesia, especially in the Heritage area which is a historical touristdestination. Jalan Braga has an important role in the development of the city of Bandung, since the Dutch occupation inIndonesia, Jalan Braga has been used as a protocol road in the city of Bandung. It makes the Jalan Braga sidewalkhave an important role for the satisfaction of pedestrian, especially domestic and foreign tourists. The purpose of thisstudy is to find out how the level of pedestrian satisfaction is based on a comparison between the value of perceptionsand expectations of the quality of the elements forming the sidewalks of Jalan Braga, Bandung. This research is adescriptive study with a quantitative approach and uses the Accidential Sampling method in selecting respondents. Themain data of collection method is done by the intercept method. The benefits of this research are to gain knowledgeabout the sidewalk-forming elements that can provide value for comfort and satisfaction for pedestrians. Therefore theGovernment of Bandung City can provide optimal facilities for pedestrians. This can encourage and increase thenumber of pedestrians in the city of Bandung, especially on Jalan Braga which is used as a tourist destination

Abstract

Abstract. This research is aimed to know the report of the effectiveness of Teachers’ Performance Assessment Program (Penilaian Kinerja Guru/PKG) online through web-site www.padamu.siap.web .id on the Education Affairs of Tangeran, Banten Province. Generally, in this implementation, there are many obstacles such as lack of information/promotion relates this program and less of communities’ satisfaction to the managing staff toward the report of the effectiveness of Teachers’ Work Assessment Program through website www.padamu.siap.web .id.This research uses the theory of David Krech, Richard S. Cruthfied and Egerton L. Ballachey. Those theories state that several consid-erable factors to get the effectiveness, there are results’ number, level of satisfactions, creative products and achieved intensity. This research is a descriptive research through qualitative approach. Method of collecting data in this research is interview, observation non participant, literature study and documentation. Then, the considerable technique of information is purposive to the government staff and accidental to the community and school’s staff. The results of this research show that the report of the effectiveness of Teachers’ Work Assessment Program (Penilaian Kinerja Guru/PKG) online through website www.padamu.siap.web .id on the Education Affairs of Tangeran, Banten Prov-ince is not effective enough. It can be seen from the numbers and results which are issued by Educational Affairs considered the effort and nowdays’ achievement. Satisfaction’s level on this program (PKG) is not maximal enough, because many communities and schools are not satisfied to the managing staff of the website. The creative product in this program does not seem good enough. Emotional intensity of the staff in managing web-site www.padamu.siap.web.id is not controlled well.Keywords: Effectiveness, Program Penilian Kinerja Guru Online (Teachers’ Work AssessmentAbstrak. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaporan program penilaian kiner-ja guru (PKG) online melalui website www.padamu.siap.web.id pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang Propinsi Banten. Pelaksanaannya masih banyak mengalami berbagai hambatan mulai dari kurangnya sosialisasi pada pelaksanaan program, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat yang belum puas terhadap aparatur pada pelaporan program penilaian kinerja guru online melalui website www.padamu.siap.web.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari David Krech, Richard S. Cruthfied dan Egerton L. Ballachey. Teori ini. menyebutkan beberapa faktor yang harus diperhitungkan dalam efektivitas yaitu jumlah hasil, tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh, produk kreatif, intensitas yang akan dicapai. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kulitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi non partisipan, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik penentuan informannya purposive untuk aparatur, accidental untuk masyarakat dan pihak sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanpenilaian kinerja guru online melalui website www.padamu.siap.web.id, pada Dinas Pen-didikan Kota Tangerang belum efektif dilihat dari jumlah dan hasil yang dikeluarkan Dinas Pendidikan mempertimbangkan usaha dan hasil pencapaian saat ini. Tingkat kepuasan pada program PKG ini belum maksimal karena masih banyak masyarakat dan sekolah yang be-lum puas terhadap kinerja aparatur pengelola website. Produk kreatif pada pelaksanaan pro-gram PKG belum cukup baik. Intensitas emosi aparatur dalam penanganan website www.padamu.siap.web.id belum terkontrol dengan baik.Kata kunci : Efektivitas, Program Penilian Kinerja Guru Online, Website www.padamu.siap.web.id

Abstract

Bisnis kecil tentunya membutuhkan upaya untuk membangun citra merek; Hal ini dianggap penting karena akan meningkatkan citra usaha kecil tersebut dan mempengaruhi eksistensinya di mata masyarakat. Upaya ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan teknologi pemasaran digital dalam membangun citra merek untuk usaha kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha kecil dalam membangun cira merek akan memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi seperti media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dll. Media tersebut dapat mendukung proses optimasi untuk mengenalkan dan meninggikan brand name suatu usaha. Dengan adanya pengelolaan media tersebut dapat meminimalkan waktu, biaya, dan ketajaman data yang dapat dikumpulkan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan teknologi digital marketing dengan memanfaatkan berbagai platform media di era digital ini dapat memudahkan para pelaku bisnis untuk membangun cira merek yang di keluarkan baik dimata masyarakat eksternal maupun internal. publik. Sedangkan manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi bagaimana teknik pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dapat mempengaruhi usaha kecil.

Abstract

Bisnis Elektronik atau E-business adalah kegiatan transaksi, jual beli, bisnis yang dilakukan melalui perangkat elektronik atau internet untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan, pemasok, dan reaktor bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada studi literatur dengan referensi dari buku-buku yang membahas tentang e-business, baik buku teks, e-book, maupun dari diskusi terbuka tentang e-business di Internet. Tahap perancangan konseptual dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu Information, Fungsional, dan Pemodelan Navigasi. Pemodelan informasi mengamati jenis informasi yang dibutuhkan, pemodelan fungsional mengamati fungsi-fungsi tersebut, dan pemodelan navigasi dianggap navigasi global melalui informasi dan fungsionalitas. Rata-rata orang memilih untuk menyetujui penggunaan teknologi e-business sebagai strategi baru bagi wirausahawan. Hasil penelitian pertama membuktikan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kewirausahaan wanita yang menggunakan teknologi e-business di Bandung. Variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kewirausahaan perempuan melalui teknologi e-business di Bandung.

Abstract

Menciptakan inovasi teknologi dalam lingkungan masyarakat saat ini dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan kualitas jasa perusahaan. Teknologi tersebut berupa aplikasi mobile dikhususkan untuk pemesanan jasa travel Krakaline. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, maka kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan penerapan teknologi informasi berupa aplikasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada 2 lingkungan, yaitu lingkungan perusahaaan yaitu Krakaline dan lingkungan masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa travel krakaline tersebut. Penerapan teknologi ini menggunakan metode pendekatan dua arah, yaitu mengajak pihak perusahaan dan masyarakat untuk berdiskusi/berdialog, bersama-sama membuat solusi yang terbaik, dan tim melakukan evaluasi teknologi dan memperbaharui teknologi yang berjalan saat ini untuk digantikan dengan penerapan aplikasi mobile. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka akan mempermudah bagi perusahaan dan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi baik untuk pemesanan jasa travel, pembayaran dan laporan transaksi. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada penggunaan teknologi khususnya penggunan aplikasi booking online.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the increase in product sales using social media advertising. The research was conducted using literature study method and questionnaires that distributed to sellers who used social media advertising in marketing their products. The results show that selling products on social media using advertisements can generate more sales and cunsomers. With social media advertising, sellers can choose the type of potential customers according to the product being sold. The sellers can determine the type of prospective customer based on thier age, residence, and/or hobbies to it easier for the seller to divert the sale of their product. Therefore, social media advertising helps sellers who market their products to generate more sales.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of community participation and transparency of public policy on the quality of regional budget (APBD) in the South Coastal District Health Office. factors tested in this study are Community Participation and Public Policy Transparency as independent variables. While the quality of APBD as a dependent variable. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study is all employees of the Sub Division of Finance and Sub Division of Programs and Budget of the South Coast District Health Office. The sampling technique used is using census method (saturated sample), so that the number of samples used is 36 sample data. The data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Sub Division of Finance and the Program and Budget Sub-Section of the South Coastal District Health Office. The results showed that the Implementation of Community Participation and Transparency of Public Policy on the Quality of APBD in the South Coastal District Health Office is quite good but not fully optimal, where there is still a lack of participation and transparency carried out. Abstract

The mobile service of birth certificate is a new service which is done by the Population and Civil Registration Agency. Instead, this service is still non optimal because of long service and nontransparent services shown by the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Bandung. The theory used in this research can be seen from the aspect of performance evaluation, which are quality services and responsibilities. This theory is based on Agus Dwiyanto. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Then, the techniques used in collecting data in this research were literature studies, field studies and observation, and also interview. The informant of this research were apparatus of the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Bandung who give mobile service of the birth certificate. The purposive and accidental techniques were used to determine the informant. Based on the result of the research, apparatus performances of Population and Civil Registration Agency of Bandung who give mobile service of the birth certificate is good. Then, the creating process of the birth certificate runs well enough. Those can be seen from the quality services and well-guaranteed responsibilities. The apparatus attitude in working is normative. The public response show that the apparatus of the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Bandung work well enough.

Abstract

Community Service activities (PKM) are aimed at opening wider knowledge about legislation among cadres, getting young cadres who are knowledgeable, reliable and understand the legislative developments that are developing in the Indonesian government and to grow future leaders who are good and right in the legislature. The method used is a lecture through a webinar by providing material on the Democratic Legislative Process with participants. The results of this PkM activity for participants can increase knowledge about legislation, raise awareness about the importance of legislative institutions and develop a mindset in legislative matters for the progress of the Indonesian nation. For universities, in this case UNIKOM can collaborate in various fields with the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of Bandung Regency, especially in the Governance Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. In addition, it can establish relations between institutions and the community can also convey their aspirations to the young cadres of the DPD Golkar Party, Bandung Regency. Young DPD cadres of the Golkar Party know better and increase their knowledge regarding the legislative process. This is known from several questions asked by several participants and the answers given by the participants were quite satisfactory
