Abstract

Insurance is a financial institution that aims to provide protection against financial losses,caused by unforeseen events. To view the financial performance of a company, we can find outthrough the financial statements consisting of balance sheet and income statement and cash flowstatement.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the financial health of PT. AsuransiUmum Bumiputera Muda 1967 Bengkulu Branch. The analytical tool used in this research is to usethe solvency ratio, loss ratio, liquidity ratio and own retention ratio.The result showed that thefinancial condition of PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 Bengkulu Branch is healthy. Byresults of 2013 the solvency ratio amounted to 121%, 124.64% in 2014 and 2015 amounted to122.5%. The loss ratio in 2013 amounted to 38.4%, amounting to 29.95% in 2014 and 2015 amountedto 76.87%. Liquidity ratio in 2013 amounted to 268.9%, amounting to 368.9% in 2014 and 2015amounted to 323.8%. Own retention ratio in 2013 amounted to 99.34%, amounting to 99.58% in 2014and 2015 amounted to 99.64%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika siswa kelas V MI Asy-Syafi’iyah Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V MI Asy-Syafi’iyah Kendari dengan jumlah siswa 28 orang yang terdiri dari 15 orang perempuan dan 13 orang laki-laki. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2016/2017, sebanyak 2 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, evaluasi dan refleksi. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan dalam 2 kali pertemuan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknis tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari meningkatnya rata-rata kelas dan presentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 75%. Berdasarkan penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada siswa kelas V MI Asy-Syafi’iyah Kendari. Presentase keberhasilan belajar Matematika siswa kelas V sebelum tindakan mencapai 39,28% dengan nilai rata-rata 63,57. Setelah dilakukannya tindakan siklus I menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar, adapun presentase hasil belajar siswa siklus I yaitu 46,42% dengan nilai rata-rata 68,39. Namun belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu 75%, sehingga dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa meningkat dengan presentase mencapai 78,57% dengan nilai rata-rata 76,07 bahkan melebihi indikator yang telah ditetapkan.Kata kunci: hasil belajar siswa; Team Assisted Individualization.

Abstract

One of the technologies that is currently widely used is ChatGPT, a chatbot that utilizes AI in its operations. One of the impacts that needs to be considered is the decline in students' interest in reading. Students' interest in learning can decrease due to the convenience offered by ChatGPT through services that use natural human language. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of using ChatGPT on students' interest in learning and to identify other factors that can affect students' interest in learning. Overall, the use of Chat GPT technology in education has great potential to improve the quality of teaching and learning. However, the challenges associated with the use of this technology also need to be handled properly so that it can be used optimally and does not have a negative impact on the educational process. The use of Chat GPT can make it easier for users to understand and obtain information so that it helps learning activities, but on the other hand, the use of technology, in this case Chat GPT, needs to be used wisely in order to uphold the values ​​of honesty and originality in the academic world. Hopefully, more technology will be present as facilities that can help students' learning activities so that the presence of technology can have a positive effect on their interest in learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the implementation of differentiated strategies in learning Indonesian biographical text material for class X SMA. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to obtain research data in the form of information regarding the application of differentiated strategies in learning biographical text material. This research involved Indonesian language subject teachers as research respondents. Research data was obtained through observation and interviews with respondents. This research uses interview guides and observation guides as research instruments. The research results show that the implementation of differentiated strategies in learning biographical text material at Ta'allumul Huda Bumiayu Islamic High School has been implemented well. The application of differentiated learning that is carried out includes three components, including differentiation of content, process and product components. The implementation of differentiated learning has been proven to be able to increase students' motivation in participating in learning activities.
