Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of innovation in e-budgeting applications in providing services to the community as well as how to manage local finance effectively and efficiently so that there is transparency in the management of village funds. The method used is a literature review and research results show that the application of e-budgeting in the management of regional finances is very helpful in creating good and clean government. Electronic budgeting is an online innovation that can provide effective and transparent services. In this paper, we discuss how to manage innovation in a company by using theories from existing literature. This discussion includes an innovation framework, the impact of innovation in human services, the advantages and disadvantages of e-village budgeting. The results of this study are e-village budgeting innovation in government in providing services to the public is a new innovation that has advantages and still has weaknesses, therefore there is a need for improvement in electronic village budgeting innovation services.

Abstract

The training was held with the aim of providing direct insight into the community related to the use of oil palm frond waste as a productive product and has a sale value. The training carried out in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu Tengah Regency provided insight into the process and results of the utilization of palm oil waste. This training was given to PKK mothers in the village of Nakau, Bengkulu district, Bengkulu province. The training is carried out by providing a simulation of making products and continuing to design independently. Through this activity the community is expected to be able to utilize the waste and farmers have a solution to the waste of oil palm fronds.

Abstract

Dian Wundari Gustini, Sulisti Afriani; Analysis Of Risk Management in PT.Bank Bengkulu Office. This study aims to determine the Analysis Risk Management in PT . Bank Bengkulu Office. The type of is the study descriptive. In this study the samples used is the form of quality report application of risk management PT. Bank of Bengkulu in 2012. By the risk report can described the condition of PT. Bank Bengkulu and can be analyzed levels of application quality . For quantitative analysis using the inherent risk assessment , which is an assessment of the risks inherent Bank's business activities, both of which can be quantified or are not , and could potentially affect the financial position of the Bank. The qualitative analysis using indicators Quality Risk Management with the criteria and parameters that have been set by Bank Indonesia . This study showed an overview of the implementation of risk management at PT. Bank Bengkulu average value of 2.50 is in the interval from 1.81 to 2.60 with Satisfactory criteria is quality risk management of PT. Bank of Bengkulu in composite adequate , although there are minor flaws, but these flaws need to get the attention of the management of PT. Bank Bengkulu to make improvements. Assessment of the quality of risk management implementation in PT Bank Bengkulu can be traced from the stages of preparation of strategies, programs, policies, objectives, and implementation.

Abstract

Freddy  Firmansyah  Marpaung,  Sulisti  Afriani;  Method  of  data  collection  used  method  of questionnaire to distribute a list of questions to the respondent. Method of analysis used is SWOT that aims to identify factors internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) are then inserted into the SWOT matrix. From the results it obtained a score of 9.7 for strength and 6.51 for the opportunities that indicate the quadrant position PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Stock Point Gading Cempaka Non Pasar (SP. GCNP) Bengkulu is in quadrant 1 or quadrant taking a turn aggressive strategy that is very favorable situation for PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Stock Point Gading Cempaka Non Pasar (SP. GCNP) Bengkulu because it has enormous power that can take advantage of existing opportunities.Key Words: Marketing Strategy, SWOT

Abstract

Purpose of this study to determine the financial performance PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja. While the analysis using quantitative methods using financial ratios. The results showed that the financial performance PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja terms of liquidity (LDR) in 2013 with a ratio of 143.82% unwell and in 2014 with a ratio of 99.73% increased to be healthy. In terms of solvency (CAR) in 2013 with a ratio of 14.49% and 2014 with a ratio of 12.72% healthy. In terms of liquidity both ROA and BOPO healthy financial performance. Ratio ROA in 2013 with a ratio of 4.34% and in 2014 with a ratio of 2.58%. Ratio  BOPO in 2013 with a ratio of 51.43% and in 2014 with a ratio of 58.29%, because it can utilize existing assets to obtain maximum profit and cost efficiency well.  Key Words: Performance, Financial

Abstract

Insurance is a financial institution that aims to provide protection against financial losses,caused by unforeseen events. To view the financial performance of a company, we can find outthrough the financial statements consisting of balance sheet and income statement and cash flowstatement.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the financial health of PT. AsuransiUmum Bumiputera Muda 1967 Bengkulu Branch. The analytical tool used in this research is to usethe solvency ratio, loss ratio, liquidity ratio and own retention ratio.The result showed that thefinancial condition of PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 Bengkulu Branch is healthy. Byresults of 2013 the solvency ratio amounted to 121%, 124.64% in 2014 and 2015 amounted to122.5%. The loss ratio in 2013 amounted to 38.4%, amounting to 29.95% in 2014 and 2015 amountedto 76.87%. Liquidity ratio in 2013 amounted to 268.9%, amounting to 368.9% in 2014 and 2015amounted to 323.8%. Own retention ratio in 2013 amounted to 99.34%, amounting to 99.58% in 2014and 2015 amounted to 99.64%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan, kesadaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keinginan membaayar pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap keinginan membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kota Bengkulu dengan hasil uji tsig  sebesar 0,021 (<0,05). Kesadaran bepengaruh terhadap keinginan membayar pajak bumi dan bangungan di Kota Bengkulu dengan hasil uji thitung sebesar 1,589 dengan tingkat segnifikan 0, 023 (>5%). Kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap keinginan membayar pajak bumi dan bangungan di Kota Bengkulu dengan hasil uji thitung sebesar 0,763 nilai  dan  tingkat signifikan 0, 042 (<5%). Pada tabel di atas yang diperoleh besarnya nilai F dengan  taraf signifikan 0,043 (>0,05),   artinya pendapatan (X1), kesadaran (X2) dan kualitas layanan (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keinginan membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kota Bengkulu (Y). Nilai R berkisar antara 0 sampai 1, jika mendekati 1 maka hubungan semakin erat tetapi jika mendekati 0 maka hubungan semakin lemah dengan nilai  Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,553. Nilai ini mempunyai arti bahwa variabel independen secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan sebesar 55,3% dalam mempengaruhi variabel dependen dengan kriteria sedang. Kunci: Kesadaran, Pendapatan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keinginan Membayar Pajak

Abstract

Generally, public service problems can be seen from the low skills of the apparatus and the lack of work equipment, causing uncertain and imprecise service schedules and impacting community satisfaction in public services. Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the methods used to determine the quality of public services through public perceptions. This study aims to determine the index of community satisfaction with health services at the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) of Central Bengkulu Regency. The analytical method used is the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) with 9 service elements in accordance with Permenpan and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017. Samples in this study were 226 respondents. The results showed that the service satisfaction of the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) of Central Bengkulu Regency was good, this can be seen from the high IKM score of 84.398 which is included in the service quality category is "B", which means service quality is already good. From the nine elements of service used. Fees/tariffs are a service element with the highest index value with an IKM value of 3.91 with an IKM conversion value of 97.68 in the very good performance category. While the element with the lowest index value is implementing competency with an IKM value of 3.14 and an IKM conversion value of 78.43 in the good category..

Abstract

Performance is a measure of employees in carrying out the tasks targeted to be completed. Efforts to conduct performance assessments are important by knowing the right performance measurements. To improve the performance must pay attention to work discipline, motivation and education. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and education on Civil Servants performance at BAPPEDA of Kaur Regency. This type of research is quantitative, the sample in this study were 44 of Civil Servants at BAPPEDA of Kaur Regency. Data collection used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the regression equation is 1.338 + 0.224X1 + 0.411 X2 + 0.344X3 + 4.297 (e). the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.831. This means that X1 (work discipline), X2 (motivation), X3 (education) have a contribution to performance (Y) of 83.1% while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The test results for variable X1 (work discipline) show a significant value of 0.007<0.05. This means that X1 (work discipline) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). X2 variable (Motivation) shows a significant value of 0.000<0.05. This means that X2 (Motivation) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). The variable X3 (education) shows a significant value of 0.001<0.05. This means that X3 (education) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). The results of the simultaneous hypothesis calculations show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that together X1 (work discipline), X2 (motivation), X3 (education) have a positive and significant effect on performance (Y ).

Abstract

In achieving organizational goals, every organization needs resources to achieve them. These resources include natural resources, financial resources, scientific and technological resources, and human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and leadership style on employee performance at the Family Planning and Women's Empowerment Agency in Kaur Regency. The results of the study indicate a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 3.751 + 0.364X1 + 0.721 X2. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Family Planning and Women Empowerment Agency of Kaur Regency because the significant value is 0.004 which is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that work motivation possessed by employees is able to improve employee performance. v Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at the Family Planning and Women Empowerment Agency of Kaur Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that the better the leadership style, the employee's performance will also increase.
