Abstract

Tujuan dari kegitan PKM ini adalah pelatihan pembuatan handsanitizer alami sebagai upaya mengatasi kelangkaan dimasa Pandemi covid 19. Mitra dalam kegiatan siswa SMK Bhakti Kencana Mataram. Metode trasfer pengetahuan dan trasfer teknologi dengan tahapan kegiatan 1) pembekalan materi, 2) praktik pembuatan, dan 3) evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) siswa dapat memahmi dengan baik teknik pembuatan handsanitizer dengan bahan alami hal ini terlihat dari indikator peningkatan kemampuan mencapai 56%, 2) adanya keterampilan membuat handsanitizer alami dari bahan alam, dan 3) tersedianya produk handsanitizer alami di lingkungan sekolah SMK Bhakti Kencana Mataram. Kegitan pelatihan pembuatan handsanitizer perlu dilakukan secara berkala dengan memanfaatkan bahan alam yang tersedia.Making Natural Hand sanitizer amid Efforts to Overcome Scarcity during the COVID-19 Pandemic at SMK Bhakti Kencana MataramAbstractThe purpose of this PKM activity is training in making natural handsanitizers as an effort to overcome scarcity during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Partners in the activities of students of SMK Bhakti Kencana Mataram. Methods of knowledge transfer and technology transfer with activity stages 1) material provision, 2) manufacturing practice, and 3) evaluation. The results of this activity are 1) students can understand well the technique of making handsanitizers with natural ingredients, this can be seen from the indicator of increasing their ability to reach 56%, 2) the ability to make natural handsanitizers from natural ingredients, and 3) the availability of natural handsanitizer products in the school environment. SMK Bhakti Kencana Mataram. Handsanitizer making training activities need to be carried out regularly by utilizing available natural ingredients.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the science process skills (KPS) through the application of the 5E Learning Cycle in students of Islamic Senior High School (MA) NW Lenek Lauq. The type of research is a quase experiment with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all MA NW Lenek Lauq students. The sample of this study was class X IPA-1 and X IPA-2 which were taken using purposive sampling technique. Class X IPA-1 numbered 27 people as an experimental class treated with the Learning Cycle 5E model and class X IPA 2 numbered 23 people as a control class treated with the conventional model. The research instrument used was a science process skills test, a KPS test in the form of pre-test and post-test and observation sheet of the implementation of learning. Data analysis in this study used the t-test to determine the effect of the 5E learning cycle on science process skills. The results obtained an average value of the experimental class 51.41 (pre-test) to 82.52 (post-test), while the control class from 49.74 (pre-test) to 65.22 (post-test). Based on the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test with the t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), which is that there is a significant effect of the Learning Cycle 5E model on KPS (H0 rejected). The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is an influence of the 5E learning cycle model on students' science process skills (KPS).

Abstract

Mangroves are one of the coastal vegetations that have ecological roles and benefits as disaster mitigation, one of which is the bioaccumulation of lead (Pb) heavy metal contamination. The purpose of this study was to determine the uptake ability of the heavy metal lead (Pb) by mangrove leaf and root tissues, and the potential storage capacity of the heavy metal lead (Pb) in the substrate of the mangrove ecosystem found under stands of each type of mangrove in the Rhizophoraceae family. The research was conducted on the mangrove ecosystem of the Lembar Bay of West Lombok Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using purposive random sampling method, which starts with taking samples of leaves and roots of each different species and taking samples of the substrate found under stands of mangrove species in the Rhizophoraceae family. Sample testing was carried out using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) method. The results showed that the heavy metal (Pb) content in the root tissue was greater than the test results on the leaf samples, namely the roots of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza of 7.23 ppm, the roots of Rhizophora stylosa of 2.84 ppm, and the roots of Ceriops decandra. of 2.84 ppm, while for Rhizophora stylosa leaves it was 4.23 ppm, for Bruguiera gymnorrhiza leaves it was 2.92 ppm, and for Ceriops decandra leaves it was 2.91 ppm. In addition, the content of heavy metal deposits found under the Bruguiera gymnorrhiza mangrove stands was 19.64 ppm, rhizophora stylosa substrate was 16.94 ppm, and 12.94 ppm ceriops decandra substrate. Meanwhile, based on the phytoremediation ability of mangrove species in the Rhizophoraceae family of the Sheet Bay mangrove ecosystem, it was found that the leaves of the type Rhizophora stylosa (- 1.24), were higher than those of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza (- 0.26), and Ceriops decandra (0.20). Similarly, the ability of root tissue as a phytoremediation agent was found to be greatest in Rhizophora stylosa (- 1.32).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran IPA berbasis aplikasi android PIPA (Pintar Ipa) menggunakan kondular serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran IPA pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia kelas VIII SMP.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Subjek ujicoba produk penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP NW Suralaga sebanyak 20 peserta didik. Instrument pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif dihasilkan dari penyebaran angket kepada para ahli, guru, dan siswa.Tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran diketahui dari hasil validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi didapatkan presentase nilai sebesar 84% dan 82% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Serta dilakukan penilaian respon guru dengan hasil 96% pada kategori sangat layak. Kemudian ujicoba terbatas pada peserta didik dengan presentase nilai rata-rata 85% pada kriteria sangat layak. Hasil yang telah diperoleh tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media berbasis aplikasi android PIPA menggunakan kodular dalam kelayakan sangat baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan salah satu media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a practicum based biology module  for class X SMA Tahfiz Al-Batthawi NWDI Kerongkong. In this development research refers to the ADDIE development model which is carried out through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed was validated and assessed by 1 material expert and 1 media expert. The limited trial in this study was given to 15 students of class X. The instruments in this study were a check list questionnaire and evaluation questions. Data analysis was carried out by scoring using a Likert scale, then calculating the average of each aspect. The results of the assessment of material experts are 85% and the results of the assessment of media experts are 93%. While the results of the student response questionnaire in the very feasible category, namely 85%. Thus, this module is suitable to be used as a teaching material in the biology learning process.
