Abstract

Based on the results of data and interviews obtained in the field of execution shows the indication has not been implemented optimally the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the General Election Commission of Banten. The authors suspect that has not been implemented optimally the performance is influential with the existence of two factors: training and motivation.In conception the authors apply several theories and concepts related to research variables from some experts such as Ivancevich, Gibson, Fred Luthans, Paul.R Niven, Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton and other experts, to explain the effect of variables training and motivation with performance variables.The research method used sequential explanatory method, the data obtained based on observation, interview and answer questionnaire analyzed by statistical correlation technique product moment pearson to know the influence between independent variable that is training and motivation with dependent variable that is performance.In an effort to improve the performance of the staff of the Secretariat of the General Election Commission of Banten, the suggestions of this research are (i) The Election Commission should provide a variety of training so that employees can perform their main tasks and functions with the understanding and objectives desired by their own institutions and communities Banten Province in general. (ii) KPU should give encouragement or encouragement of employees either reward or reward in performing their duties and functions so that employees can socialize to the other employees so that the human resources of employees increases in accordance with the expectations of the organization. (iii) KPU should encourage employees through intensive training that can contribute well to their human resources, so as to support the performance of employees in performing their duties and functions in accordance with the objectives the organization expects.

Abstract

This study is to determine the factors that influence Service Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Akses Lintas Nusantara. The purpose of this study is to determine the Service Quality and Brand Image of the Purchasing Decision.   The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique used is the Incidental Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique based on coincidence, meaning that anyone who accidentally or incidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed by chance that people meet it, it is suitable as a source of data. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents who met the criteria in this study.   Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), observation and library studies. Testing of this study was carried out using an instrument test that is a validity test and a reliability test, a classic assumption test that is a multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, a coefficient of determination test, a normality test, a correlation coefficient test. Hypothesis testing is t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).   The results showed there was a significant influence between service quality variables on purchasing decisions, t test results on service quality obtained tcount> ttable (5,211> 1,660). the results showed there was a significant influence between brand image variables on purchasing decisions, t test results on brand image obtained tcount> ttable (3.075> 1,660).F test results show Fcount of 18.504 with a significant 0,000 and Ftable of 2.70. Because the value of Fcount> Ftable = 18.504> 2.70, it can be concluded that simultaneously service quality variables X1 and brand image X2 have a significant effect on purchasing decision variables (Y).

Abstract

Bank BRI Rangkasbitung is a work unit within the Lebak Regency Government with its reputation as a microbanking that has been rooted in the Indonesian community, BRI is constantly developing its services in accordance with the needs of the Indonesian people. This can be seen from BRI's efforts in aligning its business with the demographic development of the community that spreads to the urban area, which is marked by the emergence of new economic centers throughout Indonesia.This research has problem formulation : 1) What is the level of performance of outsourcing employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch? (2) How does the performance level of permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch? (3) Is there a difference in performance between outsourcing employees and permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch?This study has the objectives: (1) To determine the performance of outsourcing employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung branch (2) To find out how the performance of permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkas Branch count (3) To find out whether there are differences in performance between outsourcing employees and permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch.Based on the results of data processing on the reliability validity test, and normality, a significant test using Homogeneity test and independent t-test, all by using spss version 20 calculations. It is known that all outsourcing employee performance statements, and permanent employee performance produce t- test of 0, 594 which means greater than 0.05. So, it can be stated that Ha is rejected or not proven true. As seen from the section t-test for equality of means, the numbers in the column Difference mean 1.121 derived from the average method X test minus the average value of the method Y test (36,35-37,47) obtained said " There is no significant difference in the performance of Outsourcing employees towards the performance of permanent employees at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Rangkasbitung

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand values and brand preferences on parents' decisions on student registration at the Kun karima pandeglang Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is quantitative method with questionnaire data collection techniques, interviews,. The sample in this study were the guardians of class 1 MTs at Pondok Pesantre Kun Karima Pandeglang, totaling 35 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The statistical tests used were data normality tests, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) using the SPSS V 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Brand Value (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Parents' Decision on student enrollment (Y), Brand Preference (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Parents' Decision on Student Enrollment (Y), Brand Value (X1) and Brand Preference ( X2) has a positive effect on Parents' Decisions on Student Registration (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Luhai Industrial. In This Research, 344 Employees Of Pt. Industrial Luhai as a population. And the sample used was 77 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique. This analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS Version 20 software. This research proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training andcompetence of tourism managers on service quality at Tanjung Layar Sawarna beach tourist attraction, Lebak Banten Regency. The method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive research method. The sampling technique used was random, the sample in this study consisted of 36 managers at the Tanjung Layar Sawarna beach tourist attraction. And data collection techniques carried out using the distribution of questionnaires that meet the criteria in this study. Testing of this research was carried out using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, then analyzed by correlation tests and multiple linear regression tests using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) v.20 program. The results showed that there was a partial influence between Training on Service Quality, the results of the t test on Training obtained a significant value of 0.02 <0.05 and a tcount value of 3.319> t table 2.035 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of X1 on Y and significant on Y. The results showed that there was a partial influence between Competence on Service Quality, the results of the t test on Competence obtained 0.041 <0.05 and a tcount value of 2.128> 0.041 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that X2 has an influence and is significant on Y. The results of the F test menu are as follows.
