Abstract

Equity earnings are often also referred to as Return On Equity (ROE), which is the ability of a company with its own capital to work on it to make a profit. Profit calculated to calculate the profitability of equity is the net profit after tax. While the capital are taken into account only their own capital contained in the company. So the profitability of own capital is the ratio between the amount of income available for owners of their own capital on the one hand by the amount of own capital on the other hand, are discussed in this study own capital generally rise and fall of their own capital in PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Occurs because the rise and fall of profits or proceeds from the sale of the products sold in the market by PT. Abstract

High participation of cooperative members in utilizing the services of all goods, services, available dikoperasi ultimately improve the quality and quantity of the best service and excellence by cooperative companies. Time Results of Operations (SHU) is important to be known by members of the cooperative. Because members are owner and user of cooperative services. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, the population in this study are the financial statements of the cooperative to get up and use the sample according to the cooperative's financial statements during the five (5) years ie from 2007 to 2011. The study found that the accepted hypothesis is the alternative hypothesis, that is to say there is influence between the granting of Business (SHU) The Member Participation Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Rise in Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of liquidity of the District Rural Regional Company (PD, PK) Rangkasbitung influenced by the rotation of working capital. Bank liquidation occurs when a bank is no longer able to meet its short-term obligations to depositors and it can lead to mistrust of the depositors of the bank so that it can reduce the level of the bank's credibility. The method used is quantitative method with a sample balance sheet and profit and loss of the company for 10 years. The results show there is influence between working capital turnover on the level of liquidity in the District Rangkasbitung Credit Local Company.

Abstract

Cooperative hold deposits with the aim that employees can save money, cooperatives can also provide loans to its members under management. This study aims to determine the effect of the efficient use of working capital to own capital profitability on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Sugri Rangkasbitung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. This sampling technique purposive sampling method. Based on the product moment correlation coefficient showed an even stronger association between the efficiency of working capital with their own capital profitability. With a coefficient of determination shows the profitability of own capital is affected by the efficiency of working capital. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is known that the efficiency of working capital partially significant effect on the profitability of own capital significance level the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Luhai Industrial. In This Research, 344 Employees Of Pt. Industrial Luhai as a population. And the sample used was 77 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique. This analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS Version 20 software. This research proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tourism is a driving force for the economy that is proven to be able to contribute to the prosperity of the region and the country. The easiest way to observe the success of tourism is the increase in tourist arrivals from period to period. However, the Covid 19 pandemic that occurred resulted in a decrease in the number of tourist visits to Lebak Regency. due to government regulations related to preventing the spread of the Covid 19 virus pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Tourism Ambassadors and Promotional Strategies at DISBUDPAR Lebak Regency before the pandemic and after or during the transition period of the Covid 19 pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods, with data analysis techniques according to Spradley. The results of this study are the differences in the role of tourism ambassadors and tourism promotion strategies before and after the pandemic or transition period. Where the role of tourism ambassadors is not only as a tourism promotion tool but also plays an active role in every activity outside tourism. Promotional strategies carried out before the pandemic were in the form of events and exhibitions as well as utilizing social media. After or during the pandemic transition, promotional strategies are carried out in a Hybrid manner by carrying out activities in the form of events, exhibitions and promotions with social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training andcompetence of tourism managers on service quality at Tanjung Layar Sawarna beach tourist attraction, Lebak Banten Regency. The method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive research method. The sampling technique used was random, the sample in this study consisted of 36 managers at the Tanjung Layar Sawarna beach tourist attraction. And data collection techniques carried out using the distribution of questionnaires that meet the criteria in this study. Testing of this research was carried out using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, then analyzed by correlation tests and multiple linear regression tests using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) v.20 program. The results showed that there was a partial influence between Training on Service Quality, the results of the t test on Training obtained a significant value of 0.02 <0.05 and a tcount value of 3.319> t table 2.035 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of X1 on Y and significant on Y. The results showed that there was a partial influence between Competence on Service Quality, the results of the t test on Competence obtained 0.041 <0.05 and a tcount value of 2.128> 0.041 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that X2 has an influence and is significant on Y. The results of the F test menu are as follows.

Abstract

Study aims to determine the effect of discipline and compensation on employee performance in the Department of Cooperatives and UKM, Lebak Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data used is primary data originating from distributing questionnaires to employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Lebak Regency, totaling 36 respondents. Data processing is carried out using SPSS 20 software. Based on multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. These results indicate that partially discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the tcount value of the discipline variable (X1) having a significant effect on performance employee (Y). With a tcount and ttable value of 4.506 > 2.034 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. The compensation variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a tcount and ttable value of 2.490 > 2.034 a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05. The discipline variable (X1) and compensation (X2) have a simultaneous effect, with Fcount and Ftable of 87.210 > 3.28. With a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.
