Abstract

The objectives of this study was to develop a mathematics bulletin media based on a realistic approach to fourth-grade elementary school students and its feasibility for use. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The data collection technique in this study was conducted by interviewing questioner, test, and documentation. The instruments used in this research was media expert validation sheets, material experts, and teacher practitioners, practicality sheets for students and learning mastery test questions. The results of the research on the development of mathematical newsletter media based on a realistic approach are: 1) this research produces products in the form of mathematical newsletter media based on a realistic approach for grade IV elementary school students, 2) the results of the feasibility analysis of newsletter media based on a realistic approach are obtained from validation by two expert lecturers and classroom teachers. IV elementary schools obtained a mean score of 3.58 with the valid category, the results of the practicality of the product were fulfilled from the student response questionnaire got a score of 98% with very positive criteria, and the product effectiveness test was fulfilled from the learning completeness test with learning completeness reaching 100%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan (1) keaktifan dan hasil belajar matematika, (2) kemampuan ekonomi dan hasil belajar matematika, (3) keaktifan dan kemampuan ekonomi dengan hasil belajar matematika. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik uji regresi ganda menggunakan SPSS. Uji Prasyarat yang dilakukan yaitu Normalitas, Linieritas, dan Multikolinieritas. Populasi sebanyak 49 peserta didik dan sampel sebanyak 25 dari teknik sampel sistematis, dimana diambil berdasarkan nomor urut ganjil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, penyebaran angket, dan soal. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) tidak adanya hubungan antara keaktifan dan hasil belajar matematika dari nilai korelasi sebesar 0,272, (2) tidak adanya hubungan kemampuan ekonomi dan hasil belajar matematika dari nilai korelasi 0,249, (3) tidak adanya hubungan antara keaktifan dan kemampuan ekonomi dengan hasil belajar matematika dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 1,654 < Ftabel sebesar 3,44. Disimpulkan bahwa tinggi rendahnya hasil belajar matematika belum tentu disebabkan oleh faktor keaktifan dan kemampuan ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala dalam pembelajaran daring melalui whatsapp pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kutowinangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) terbuka dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan perhitungan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran matematika secara daring dapat menjadi kendala bagi: (1) siswa, (2) orang tua, dan (3) guru. Kendala siswa meliputi kebutuhan kuota, motivasi belajar, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi matematika. Kendala orang tua meliputi pendampinganbelajar matematika daring, kesiapan pembelajaran matematika, dan keterbatasan pemahaman materi matematika. Kendala guru meliputi interaksi guru dan siswa kurang efektif, kurangnya kesiapan guru dalam mengajar, pemilihan kebutuhan materi ajar, dan kesulitan dalam penilaian afektif (sikap).

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi menumbuhkan kepedulian siswa terhadap alam, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, mampu mengatasi permasalahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, memberikan pengalaman belajar secara langsung kepada siswa, dan menambah wawasan dan keilmuan bagi guru kelas maupun guru bidang studi. Metode yang dipakai dalam mencapai tujuan kegiatan pendampingan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis alam dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Bahasa Indonesia, dan Matematika. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai secara umum pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat menambah wawasan dalam variasi pembelajaran dengan terwujudnya pembelajaran kontekstual dalam tiga kegiatan secara langsung. Penggunaan media secara langsung dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar. Guru dapat menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual dalam pembelajaran, sehingga menambah pengalaman belajar secara langsung baik untuk siswa maupun guru. Tujuan pembelajaran yang diperoleh yakni menumbuhkan kepedulian siswa terhadap alam sekitar, dan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dalan kehidupan sehari-hari yang ditunjukkan melalui hasil kerja siswa. Partisipasi mitra dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi tiga hal. Pertama, penyediaan tempat dengan memberikan ijin berupa penggunaan gedung sekolah dasar Muhammadiyah Purworejo, pemancingan, dan tempat usaha Nata de coco. Kedua, penyediaan fasilitas yang mitra lakukan kepada tim pendamping berupa kendaraan dan jamuan makanan. Ketiga, pemandu dalam penyampaian informasi sangat membantu dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan.

Abstract

The problem in this research is based on the problem of the absence of accompanying teaching materials, the absence of project-based learning media, the lack of application of the Pancasila student profile character, the lack of understanding of the material riches of Indonesian culture. This research aims to: 1) Produce a product in the form of an Integrated Project Based Learning Magazine based on Pancasila Student Profiles Material on Indonesian Cultural Wealth for Class IV Elementary School Students which is in accordance with development procedures. 2) Knowing the feasibility of the Integrated Project Based Learning Magazine based on the Pancasila Student Profile. The type of research used in this research is research and development using the Borg and Gall model which consists of 10 stages. The research subjects were students in class IV of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 34 students. Data was collected using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of research into the development of an Integrated Project Based Learning Magazine, Pancasila Student Profile Material on Indonesian Cultural Wealth are: 1) this research produces a product in the form of an Integrated Project Based Learning Magazine, Pancasila Student Profile Material on Indonesian Cultural Wealth for Class Students IV Elementary School, 2) Product validity results obtained an average score of 96% in the very valid category, practicality results obtained an average score of 86% in the very practical category. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the Integrated Project Based Learning Magazine, Pancasila Student Profile, Indonesian Cultural Wealth Material for Class IV Elementary School Students is suitable for use as learning media or accompanying teaching materials in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research discusses factors in the low reading and writing abilities of class II students at SD Negeri 2 Mranti. This research aims to determine the factors of low reading ability and writing ability in class II students at SD Negeri 2 Mranti. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by explaining and presenting the results of the research that has been carried out. This research describes the factors behind the low reading and writing ability of class II students at SD Negeri 2 Mranti. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires and documentation. The research results show that the factors behind students' low reading ability and writing ability are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors for low reading ability are interest, talent and health. External factors for low reading ability are family environmental factors and school environmental factors. Meanwhile, the internal factors of low writing ability are physical factors, physical health and spiritual factors include motivation, interest, talent of students. External factors for low writing ability are family factors and school factors.

Abstract

The data obtained are the results of educators' activities in each cycle, the results of students' activities in each cycle, and the results of students' learning. Data analysis by calculating the overall score obtained is divided by the maximum score multiplied by 100%. The results of research on the application of the Problem Based Instruction model are: 1) increasing the application of the Problem Based Instruction model can improve learning outcomes for Science Theme 6 concerning Heat and its Transfer. The increase in the application of the Problem Based Instruction model can be seen from the overall average for the first cycle for educators, namely 89.85% of very good criteria, while the second cycle for educators is 93.99% of very good criteria. The increase in the application of the Problem Based Instruction model can also be seen from the overall average of cycle I for students, namely 92.06%, very good criteria, while cycle II for students, namely 94.90%, very good criteria. 2) the increase in student learning outcomes can be seen in each cycle, as evidenced by the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in the first learning session in cycle I, namely 37.93%, the criteria are very poor and it increases in the second lesson, namely 41.38%, the criteria are less, at the second meeting of the first learning cycle I, it was 51.72%, the criteria were insufficient and it increased in the second learning, namely 58.62%, the criteria were sufficient. Meanwhile, at the first learning meeting in cycle II, it was 62.07%, sufficient criteria and increased in the second learning, namely 68.97%, good criteria, at the second meeting, the first learning in cycle II was 79.31%, good criteria and increased in the second learning, namely 86 .21% very good criteria.
