Pengaruh Piutang terhadap Likuiditas pada Perusahaan Dagang Pangan Sejahtera Kota Sukabumi Reka Ardian Purnama

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh piutang terhadap likuiditas pada PD. Pangan Sejahtera Kota Sukabumi selama 5 tahun, dengan Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampel berupa data laporan keuangan dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan 2012 menggunakan tabel piutang dan likuiditas koperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan dan pengaruh antara piutang dan likuiditas pada PD. Pangan Sejahtera Kota Sukabumi. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode expose the facto, metode pengumpulan data bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi, determinasi, regresi dan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan pengaruh piutang terhadap likuiditas diperlihatkan oleh nilai r = 0.888, artinya piutang memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap likuiditas. Sifat hubungannya positif, artinya jika nilai piutang koperasi semakin tinggi maka likuiditas akan semakin tinggi. Sebaliknya jika nilai piutang semakin menurun maka likuiditas akan semakin menurun. Besarnya pengaruh piutang terhadap likuiditas ditunjukan oleh nilai R Square / Koefisien Determinasi 0.789 atau 78.9% dengan demikian maka piutang memiliki pengaruh sebesar 78.9% terhadap likuiditas koperasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, bahwa t hitung = 3.347 sedangkan t tabel = 3.182 artinya t hitung > t tabel. Berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Terdapat pengaruh antara piutang terhadap likuiditas pada PD. Pangan Sejahtera Kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work stress on employee turnover in nursing unit of hospital X. The design in this study uses descriptive research methods and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in nursing unit of hospital X with a population of 226 employees so that using the Yamane formula was finally obtained, the sample used was 144 respondents. . To test the analysis of research instruments used validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test, then for statistical analysis tests and analysis of relationships and effects used Pearson product moment correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used the T test and F test.Based on the results of the T test research that has been carried out, it can be seen that partially indirect compensation has a positive effect on employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X. The results of the T test show partially. The results also show that work stress has a positive effect on employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X. The results of the study also said that simultaneously through the results of the F test, it showed that compensation and work stress simultaneously had a positive effect on employee turnover in the employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X. The amount of contribution (Determination Coefficient Value) of the effect of compensation and work stress on employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X, seen from the results of R Squra is 20.0%, while the remaining 80% is influenced by other variables not studied. Such as work discipline, motivation, work experience, work environment, workload, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Contribution to improving the quality of the brand is an important factor in determining the product. Only in this way can the level of consumer satisfaction be maintained in the brand's brand equity, which automatically brings the level of consumer satisfaction with the brand's products to the level. As one of the Brands sold by PT Selamat Lestari Mandiri Sukabumi, as one of the high quality products, consumers like the Honda Beat brand, which is a very popular motorcycle brand. However, the competition in the field of motorcycle sales is very fierce. Therefore, needs, which is the precise strategic method of and can maintain levels of customer satisfaction. Uses methods to increase the brand equity of Honda Beat. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method, with objectives, capable of observing and explaining descriptions of each independent variable listed in this study. The survey method was used for data collection purposes. The results show that brand equity quality and service improvement have a significant impact on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Feature Display Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of food supermarket products. This study uses an associative quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with purposive sampling technique that has criteria as consumers of yogya Ciranjang department stores. The instrument testing in this study used validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, used the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing (t test and F test). ) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Featature Display Product has a positive effect on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products, as evidenced by the t value of 2.129 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.149; (2) Price Discount has a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the t count value of 4.471 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.315; and (3) Product Display and Price Discounts have a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the F count result of 27.425 with a significance of 0.000. (4) The magnitude of the effect of Feature Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products is evidenced by the adjusted R square value of 0.348 indicating that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this research model.

Abstract

Adanya kemampuan beradaptasi, transformasi model bisnis dan adopsi inovasi berkelanjutan, diantaranya memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat sistem manajemen yang lebih baik, telah menunjukkan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan konsumennya dan pihak berkepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalsis hubungan pemberdayaan dengan kinerja usaha, juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemberdayaan organisasi sebagai instrumen untuk memprediksikan dan mempengaruhi peningkatkan kinerja usaha. Jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 49 responden menggunakan teknik sensus. Sumber data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan kombinasi uji frekuensi dan deskriptif statistik, analisis statistik menggunakan analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi (r2), dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa instrumen pemberdayaan organisasi tepat digunakan, juga dapat diketahui pemberdayaan organisasi yang dilakukan selama ini sudah baik berdasarkan kecenderangan jawaban responden, demikian juga kinerja usaha. Pemberdayaan organisasi dengan kinerja usaha memiliki keeratan hubungan sangat kuat. Pemberdayaan organisasi memiliki kontribusi yang mampu memprediksikan dan mempengaruhi kinerja usaha toko-toko yang menjadi mitra binaan. Variasi pemberdayaan organisasi baik digunakan sebagai instrumen penting untuk peningkatan kinerja usaha dengan adanya partisipasi dan hubungan yang bersinergi dalam skema kerjasama berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, berbagai faktor eksternal diluar area kerjasama tidak dijelaskan tetapi sangat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan skema kerjasama antar mitra dan binaan, masih memerlukan penyelidikan dan penjelasan

Abstract

The success of an organization in industry 4.0 towards the era of society 5.0, not separated from thestrength and clarity of organizational culture and work discipline rules, because these two factors can trigger employee motivation, focus and be able to maximize abilities so that they can achieve their best performance. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the mediating role of motivation (Mv) in the relationship between organizational culture (OC) and work discipline (WD) in influencing employee performance (EP). Purposive sampling technique was chosen, primary data obtained from the responses of 48 Respondents processed using SPSS v26. Analysis method with simple path analysis model. The findings of the study, structural I showed that OC and WD had a significant positive effect on Mv. Structural II, shows that OC and WD have a significant positive effect on EP both directly and indirectly through Mv. Mv has been shown to have a mediating effect on the relationship of OC and WD in influencing EP. Indirect effect OC to EP through Mv is greater than direct effect OC to EP, as well as indirect WD to EP through Mv so that the total effect of all lines in the model becomes greater on EP. Modification and development of OC as a form of innovation and adaptation of the organization's journey potentially needs to be done to find alignment of employee behavior in the organization towards a better EP in line with work challenges in industry 4.0. This still requires investigation.
