Abstract

This experiment aims to know water content, ash, and crude fiber of  wafer of  various agricultural as feed and to know the best water content, ash, and crude fiber from wafer of various composition of agricutural waste.  This experiment was held Juny-July 2014 in Bandar Baru Village Sukau Subdistrick West Lampung Regency. This sample were analyzed in the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science, Department of Animal Husbandry, Lampung University.  The experimental design used in this research was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments and four replications.  The treatments were : A: sweet potato 8% + potato 3% + leaf couliflower 5% + china cabbage 10%  + carrot 50% + chayote 5% + tomato 15,99 % + molasses 3% + salt 0,01%; B: sweet potato 15% + potato 5% + leaf couliflower 10% + china cabbage 15% + carrot 40% + chayote 6% + tomato 5,99 % + molasses 3% + salt 0,01%; C: sweet potato 20% + potato 7% + leaf couliflower 15% + china cabbage 20% + carrot 23% + chayote 8% + tomato 3,99 % + molasses 3% + salt 0,01%.  The  data were analyzed by using variance analysis with significant level of 5% and or 1%, and will be followed by the Least Significant Difference test (LSD).  The results of this study showed that the composition of wafer with various agricultural wastes was not significant effect (P> 0.05) on water content, but significantly (P <0.05) of the crude fiber content and highly significant (P <0.01) against of the ash content. The best treatment on the wafer with various agricultural waste composition is wafer C (Keywords : Wafer, Agricultural Waste , Water Content, Ash Content, Crude Fiber Content)

Abstract

The current pandemic of Covid-19 causes many people to be afraid to go to the Public Health Centre because of requiring antigen/swab tests. Health Service Coverage data according to Minimum Service Standards (SPM) data at the health centre of Talang, people suspected of TB was still low, with a target of 386 cases in 2020. Based on the latest data in September 2021, it was found that the low coverage of pulmonary TB patients receiving treatment according to standards in Gunung Talang District was 19.83%. According to SPM (Minimum Service Standards), data on the coverage of suspected TB people at the Talang Health Center from January to September 2021 found 155 cases (40.15%), the lowest coverage in Nagari Jawi-Jawi was 17.72%. The cause of this data on the pulmonary TB problem is that several people hold too many programs, so the program is not monitored, and program holders do not focus on this problem. Meanwhile, when viewed from the perspective of society, many people do not understand the difference between pulmonary TB and Covid-19 infected—tuberculosis and Covid-19 attack the human respiratory tract both. Importance understanding the public about the differences between pulmonary TB and Covid-19 was needed.

Abstract

Tujuan_Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komitmen karyawan di perusahaan CV. Serayu Jaya. Desain/Metode_Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah metode deskriftif. Unit analisis dilakukan di CV. Serayu Jaya. Sumber data yang didapatkan berasal dari 15 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa hasil dari angket kuesioner yang diantaranya berisikan pertanyaan mengenai hal-hal komitmen, lalu jenis data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer. Temuan_Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, maka kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Komitmen Karyawan bagian Admin diperusahaan CV. Serayu Jaya dengan kategori sedang. Implikasi_Dari hasil penelitian dapat diberikan saran kepada perusahaan CV. Serayu Jaya banyak karyawan yang berfikir untuk pindah keperusahaan lain. Maka oleh karena itu perusahaan sebaiknya memberikan timbal balik terhadap loyalitas dan kerja keras karyawannya. Originalitas_Belum pernah dilakukan penelitian diunit analisis dengan topik yang sama. Tipe Penelitian_Studi Empiris

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya Teknik Pengumpulan Data Evaluasi Pendidikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Teori dan pemikiran yang tertuang dalam sumber pustaka digunakan sebagai dasar bagi peneliti untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis seputar Teknik Pengumpulan Data Evaluasi Pendidikan. Hasil analisis penulis menunjukkan bahwa teknik pengumpulan data dalam evaluasi pendidikan sangat bervariasi, mulai dari metode tradisional seperti observasi, wawancara, dan angket, hingga teknologi modern seperti platform survei daring, LMS, big data, dan aplikasi mobile. Setiap teknik memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya sendiri, sehingga pemilihan teknik yang tepat harus mempertimbangkan konteks evaluasi, jenis data yang diinginkan, serta sumber daya yang tersedia.

Abstract

Globalization has a fairly broad impact on investment and funding, both short term and long term funding. Investment and funding can make it easier for companies to get additional sources of capital for the company's operational activities. Stocks are the instrument that many investors choose because stocks are able to provide an attractive profit rate and by issuing shares is one of the company's choices when deciding to fund the company. Prospective investors need to pay attention to stock price developments or share profit rates as well as macroeconomic factors that affect stock prices in order to reduce the risk of loss in investment activities in the capital market. From the examination it can be seen that exchange rates, inflation, and interest each have their own influence on the prices of shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this study is the price of company shares in the property and real estate sector which are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the simultaneous test analysis show that there is a significant influence of inflation, the BI rate and the US dollar exchange rate simultaneously on the stock prices of property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is no significant effect partially on the inflation variable on company stock prices in the property and real estate sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is a partial significant effect of the BI rate on stock prices of property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is a significant effect partially on the exchange rate on stock prices of property and real estate sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
