Abstract

Pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi pada toko bangunan “X” dibuat secara online karena memiliki tujuan untuk memasarkan toko agar lebih luas. Pencatatan transaksi dan laporan yang otomatis dan terstruktur akan membantu pemilik tokolebih mudah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada aplikasi ini juga disediakan hak akses untuk masing-masing pengguna menurut keperluannya. Untuk pengguna yang berstatus supplier dan customer memiliki hak istimewa karena disediakan halamankhusus untuk supplier melaksanakan hak aksesnya.

Abstract

Dalam suatu percakapan seorang pembicara tidak dapat terlepas dari penggunaan deiksis, dimana bahasa digunakan untuk menunjuk suatu entitas. Deiksis persona, yang merupakan salah satu jenis deiksis memiliki peranan amat besar dalam komunikasi karena tak hanya dapat menunjuk orang yang dimaksud, namun deiksis ini juga dapat mencerminkan strategi pembicara. Hal ini juga terjadi dalam percakapan di sebuah program talk show, Mata Najwa, yang menyajikan situasi non-casual dimana percakapan terjadi secara apa adanya.  Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penutur menggunakan deiksis ini dalam talk show tersebut serta faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaannya. Penelitian ini dibatasi dengan menggunakan hanya empat episode Mata Najwa dan penelitian dilakukan pada penggunaan deiksis persona yang terdapat hanya dalam tuturan langsung para partisipan yang tengah berdialog di atas panggung talk show tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan Metode Referensial, Metode Refleksif-Introspektif, dan Teknik Ganti guna dilakukannya analisis data. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa dalam talk show tersebut masih ditemukan penggunaan ekspresi deiksis yang bersifat informal. Selain itu, terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan ekspresi-ekspresi deiksis persona, yakni topik, situasi, power, closeness dan formality, kebiasaan berbahasa penutur dan komunitas berbahasa, serta tujuan penutur.

Abstract

Background. The background of this research lies in the change in educational paradigm triggered by the use of technology in foreign language learning. Technology integration has great potential to increase students' engagement, motivation and understanding of the target language. Along with this, Generation Z, as a group of students who grew up in the era of digital technology, has become the object of study because of the tendency to use technology intensively in learning. Purpose. This research has the general aim of exploring and understanding how digital literacy can be optimized in foreign language learning in Generation Z. Specifically, this research aims to identify patterns of technology use, detail the obstacles faced, and design solutions that can be implemented in increasing the digital literacy of students majoring in foreign languages. Method. This research methodology carries a quantitative approach with a research design in the form of a survey. The use of questionnaires as research instruments was carefully designed to explore aspects of digital literacy. Data collection was carried out via the Google Form platform with the participation of 30 Generation Z students, which is expected to provide an in-depth perspective regarding the experiences and challenges in their digital literacy. Results. The results of data analysis show a significant level of involvement of students in the use of digital devices, with the majority choosing learning via an application or digital platform. Digital literacy is an important focus, and the majority of students feel comfortable and confident in using digital resources. Nonetheless, challenges such as confusion in evaluating the authenticity of online information need to be addressed. Conclusion. Results Barriers and challenges to digital literacy include accessibility inequalities, lack of training, and technological changes. Strategies to overcome these obstacles vary, with students more likely to seek help from friends or teachers, seek online guidance, and try new learning methods. In conclusion, this research makes a significant contribution to the understanding of digital literacy of students majoring in foreign languages, with an emphasis on learning strategies that are holistic and tailored to students' individual preferences and needs.

Abstract

MSMEs Contribute to empoyment absorption, economic growth, and the distribution of development outcomes. The increasing number of MSMEs in Indonesia is partly evident in the growth of the Makeup Artist service sector. The rising enthusiasm among the public to estabilish businesses in this sector has led to intensified competition faced by Erha Makeup. To formulate business development strategies for Erha Makeup, this study employs a qualitative descriptive method, processing primary data through interviews with the owner of Erha Makeup and secondary data through relevant literatur. Additionally, SWOT analysis is used to evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses. Opportunities, and Threats, wich are then linked to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to provide a comperhensive strategic overview of essential business competents. The result of study indicate that Erha Makeup has fulfilled all elements of the Business Model Canvas required to operate its business. However, there are still aspects that need improvement as outlined in the SWOT analysis of Erha makeup, primary strengths include professional services, high-quality products, a deep understanding of customers spesific need, and the use of social media marketinf to reach a wider market. The main Weaknesses are its reliance on seasonal demand and unstructured capital management. Significant opportunities lie in building trust through social media, while the threats stem from intense competition and the need for continuous innovation. The proposed strategies include diversifying service, fostering sustainable innovation, enhancing branding by optimizing social media, and offering loyalty or referral programs to streng then customer relationships.
