Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR  variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the  future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17  software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR  concept  which  is Profit (X1), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values  0,342.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya konversi dari tanaman tahunan (kopi) menjadi tanaman hortikultura (kentang, kubis, wortel dan bawang merah), (2) Menganalisis perbedaan biaya produksi dan pendapatan usahatani tanaman tahunan dan usahatani hortikultura dan (3) Menganalisis kelayakan usahatani tanaman tahunan dan tanaman hortikultura. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis usahatani dan analisis kelayakan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab petani mengkonversi tanaman kopi menjadi tanaman hortikultura ada empat faktor yaitu faktor ekonomi, sosial, teknis dan keamanan. Usahatani tahanam tahunan (kopi) dan usahatani tanaman hortikultura (kentang, kubis, wortel dan bawang merah) masing-masing menunjukkan berbedaan kelayakan usahatani. Usahatani tanaman kopi memiliki R/C Ratio 2,06, Usahatani tanaman kentang memiliki R/C Ratio 8,28, Usahatani tanaman kubis memiliki R/C Ratio 10,19, Usahatani tanaman wortel memiliki R/C Ratio 14,61 dan usahatani tanaman bawang merah memiliki R/C Ratio 7,97.

Abstract

Village youth organizations (Karang Taruna) have traditionally functioned as activity implementers in village governance, with limited participation in data management and evidence-based decision-making. This community service program aimed to reposition Karang Taruna members as community-based data managers by strengthening their statistical and digital literacy capacities. Using a participatory capacity-building approach with 25 Karang Taruna members in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi, the program integrated hands-on training in basic descriptive statistics and cloud-based digital tools. Evaluation results indicate that 80% of participants were able to calculate activity participation rates using spreadsheets, while 72% successfully designed digital survey instruments using Google Form. Analysis of organizational behavior change reveals a significant shift from passive program execution toward active data stewardship and evidence-based program evaluation. The findings demonstrate that integrating statistical and digital literacy within youth organizations substantially strengthens youth civic engagement, promotes community data empowerment, and positions Karang Taruna as strategic digital inclusion agents within the village governance ecosystem. This repositioning enables youth to bridge the technological gap in village administration, thereby contributing to more participatory, transparent, and accountable village governance from a bottom-up perspective.
