Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan proses belajar pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu menggunakan model Cooperative Learning tipe CRH di kelas V SDN 04 Batu Putiah Pauh. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian guru dan siswa elas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan siklus I dua pertemuan dan siklus II satu pertemuan. Penelitian terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan RPP pada siklus I dengan rata rata 79,15% dengan kualifikasi B meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 97,22% dengan kualifikasi A. Penilaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada aspek guru siklus I adalah 83,33% dengan kualifikasi B meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 95,88% dengan kualifikasi A, dan dari aspek siswa siklus I adalah 83,33% dengan kualifikasi B meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 95,88% dengan kualifikasi A. Abstract

This service aims to provide entrepreneurship training to the Dusun II people, Susukan, Banjarnegara. The method used in this service is lecture, discussion and practice, and roleplay. This program targets homemakers, adolescents, and kindergarten students in Dusun II, Susukan. Homemakers and adolescents are given a program consisting of lectures on entrepreneurial motivation and the practice of making creative products using secondhand goods. At the same time, kindergarten students are given a roleplay program for entrepreneurship by playing the role of seller and buyer. Through this program, the people of Dusun II Susukan, Banjarnegara, learned the importance of entrepreneurship and the skills to process used materials into items of economic value. Furthermore, people can make various innovations to create various other creative products. In addition to bringing economic benefits, this activity has also improved the quality of human resources in Dusun II Susukan, Banjarnegara, by increasing their skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of learning interest and family environment on learningdifficulties in accounting major of 41 state vocational high school Jakarta. the population ofthis study was 143 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling to obtain asample of 105 students. Test requirements analysis is done, the data are expressed in normal and lineardistribution. Based on the analysis of the results of the study concluded that partially negative and notsignificant, and negative and significant effect (th1: -0,797; th2: -2,261 each < ttabel; 1,983). whilesimultaneously obtained Fcount (3,127) > Ftable (3,08) it can be concluded that the variables of learning interest and family environment have a positive and significant effect on learning difficulties by obtaininga multiple correlation coefficient of 0,465 and a coefficient of determination of 46,5%.

Abstract

Abstract: The issues experienced by the female volleyball athletes in KuantanSingingi include their inability to perform optimally due to anxiety and a decline incompetitive motivation. This is caused by their inability to manage anxiety at a stablelevel, which stems from low playing motivation. The author conducted research on thisissue with the hope that the findings could provide one of the best solutions to theproblem. During observations, the researcher identified that the volleyball athletes inKuantan Singingi struggled to deliver their best performance due to anxiety anddecreased competitive motivation. The objective of this study is to determine therelationship between anxiety and competitive motivation on the performance of femalevolleyball athletes from the Putri Angin Club in Kuantan Singingi. The type of researchemployed in this study is correlational. The population and sample consist of 14 players from the Putri Angin Club. The test instruments used are (1) an Anxiety Questionnaire and (2) a Competitive Motivation Questionnaire, both of which assess the athletes' performance in executing basic volleyball techniques. The data analysis utilized is the R-value test. The findings of the research indicate: (1) There is a relationship between anxiety and the performance of female volleyball athletes in the Putri Angin Club, Kuantan Singingi, with a calculated rrr-value (rrr-hitung) of 0.631 ≥ rrr-table (rrr-tabel) of 0.532. (2) There is a relationship between competitive motivation and the performance of female volleyball athletes in the Putri Angin Club, Kuantan Singingi, with a calculated rrr-value (rrr-hitung) of 0.671 ≥ rrr-table (rrr-tabel) of 0.532. (3) There is a relationship between both anxiety and competitive motivation and the performance of female volleyball athletes in the Putri Angin Club, Kuantan Singingi, with a calculated rrr-value (rrr-hitung) of 0.687 ≥ rrr-table (rrr-tabel) of 0.532.Keywords: Anxiety, Competitive Motivation, Athlete Performance
