<![CDATA[This research is based on the existence of students who experience difficulties in learning to write editorial texts, it is based on student evaluation data that is still not optimal in writing editorial texts, this is contrary to the innovation of learning methods used by teachers, to improve this research using application learning methods innovative, drill method. The method of drill or ready training is a method that can improve writing skills, so that it can be developed into a complete work. This study discusses improving students 'abilities in learning to write editorial texts, thus making the authors formulate the following problems: Is it necessary to improve students' ability to learn to write editorial texts using the drill method? This study uses the Pre-Experimental Design method with the design form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Based on the results of the study. Improving the ability of students to write editorial texts using the drill method. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis t test using the SPSS 21.0 program obtained the results of tcount (7,519) abel t table (1,734). This shows that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Drill method proved effective in learning to write editorial texts.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang Kinerja Keuangan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Good Corporate Governance, dan Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menilai pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan ukuran perusahaan, good corporate governance, dan pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 193 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020. Populasi terjangkau diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 53 perusahaan. Kemudian pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Isaac and Michael dengan derajat kebebasan 5% sehingga diperoleh 48 sampel efektif dengan 96 observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi, analisis jalur, analisis koefisien korelasi ganda (R), dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah metode statistik uji parsial dan uji simultan menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan atas Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance mampu memoderasi hubungan Kinerja Keuangan dengan Nilai Perusahaan dengan arah hubungan negatif signifikan, sementara Good Corporate Governance belum mampu memoderasi hubungan Ukuran Perusahaan dengan Nilai Perusahaan.]]>

It is intended to make efforts to improve teacher competence in terms of educational and academic professionals and to be able to improve quality continuously. The target audience is teachers of SMKN 10 and SMKN 50. This training provides understanding and knowledge for teachers of SMKN 10 and SMKN 50 in East Jakarta when conducting survey research and writing scientific papers. The results of the training activities went well and smoothly. The teacher's positive appreciation is evidence of this. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on behavioral intention regarding the use of accuracy among students at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. Using quantitative research methods and the samples used were 115 samples. Taken using the purposive sampling method with the category of active students of Accounting Education, Jakarta State University, Class 2020-2022, and have used accurate in the last 1 (one) year. This research uses multiple regression analysis techniques with a hypothesis test consisting of the t test. The results obtained in this research are (1) There is an influence between performance expectancy and behavioral intention in Accounting Education students at Jakarta State University. (2) There is an influence between effort expectancy and behavioral intention in Accounting Education students at Jakarta State University. (3) There is an influence between social influence on behavioral intention in Accounting Education students at Jakarta State University. Based on this research, accurate can be an alternative in learning for financial and accounting data processing because it is easy to understand and helps in the accounting recording process supported by the availability of facilities and infrastructure for accurate learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Activities of devotion to the public were all intended to help the level of a unit of education and in the teacher raising the standard of living incompetence is the need of evaluation hands-on learning uses the technique that analysis an easy one and pleasing. Universitas Negeri Jakarta, as educators who took on the task of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. One of which is the third Darma, devotion to the public. The Implemented of it, educators and Faculty of Economics’ family member UNJ have done education for the public through the development of competence to Vocational High School’s teacher. Workshop technique analyzes details of the problem within increase competence of vocational teacher in evaluation learning accordance 2013 curriculum in VHS Cileungsi, Bogor, be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2197 in multi-function room VHS Amal Mulia Kab. Bogor that attend by all of the teachers. The workshop helps teachers in the evaluation of a test that used. The training is expected that could add more teacher’s knowledge about technique analyze details of the problem either qualitative or quantitative and could design question accordance with the achievement of competence effectively. In future, be expected will be model of technique analyze details of the problem for teacher either manual or electronic.]]>

This is intended to make efforts to build a solid education, and be able to continually make improvements towards quality. The target audience is high school / vocational teachers of Amal Mulia Education Foundation, Bogor. This training was carried out in several materials, among others, What was the study of class action? Learning models that can be developed in classroom action research, differences in classroom action research with formal research, the initial steps of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, systematics of classroom action research proposals and examples of classroom action research. <![CDATA[The purpose of implementing this community service is to provide information, knowledge, and equip teachers in arrange article ready scientific for published in journal scientific, grow atmosphere academic environment school so that could repair quality education and learning with to do activity study. The methods used in this activity include: (a) lectures or material delivery or information presentation for materials related to making scientific articles for publication, (b) questions and answers that provide opportunities for teachers to explore as much knowledge as possible about writing scientific articles, and (c) simulations to provide opportunities to practice the acquired training materials. The results of the implementation of community service can be felt by the community service team and participants. The training that has been carried out has gone well, smoothly in accordance with the goals to be achieved in this activity, and is very satisfying. The YPPD Vocational School teachers gain knowledge and experience sharing about techniques for writing scientific articles and publications to journals and also expect there will be assistance from FE UNJ lecturers in making articles so that they can be published in scientific journals. This is a good response from the training participants with training in the preparation of scientific article publications for SMK teachers.]]>

<![CDATA[The progress of ICT is closely related to teaching and learning activities in an educational institution. Coupled with the distance learning situation, the learning process must be interactive and attract students' interest in learning. To improve the quality of learning, lecturers need to present an innovative and interesting learning media. This community service activity is held to develop the ability of lecturers in teaching through Prezi and Canva media training. The activity was held by virtual zoom and was attended by 48 lecturers from Musi Rawas University, Malikussaleh University and STIEBI Prana Putra. This study uses qualitative methods to observe the object naturally. Participants' performance will be evaluated by pre- and post-tests. The post-test results show an increase in lecturers' skills in mastering Prezi and Canva media. The results of the satisfaction survey also showed that all participants were satisfied with this activity and expected similar activities to be held regularly.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the distribution of research articles with the theme of school principal leadership in realizing an independent learning curriculum in junior high schools. VosViewer is used as an analysis tool in research and uses a bibliometric approach. Article references were obtained from Google Scholar with the support of the publish or perish program, and 998 articles were found that were considered relevant to the related topic. The research period used for documents indexed by Google Scholar is from 2019 to 2024. The research results are focused on finding and analyzing topics that are related to principal leadership and other data analysis. Keywords regarding principal leadership in junior high schools are associated with 4 clusters with a total of 189 links and 1754 total link strengths. The results of the analysis of the development of publications in the 2019–2024 period show that research on the theme of kiai decision-making in Islamic boarding schools has been studied quite a lot by researchers on principal leadership and freedom to learn. The highest number of publications in 2023 will be 14 articles, and the least in 2024 will be 6 articles. This topic is an interesting thing to continue to be researched by future researchers. This is due to the graph of the increase in this theme every year, which indicates that research topics relating to principal leadership and freedom of learning are increasingly of interest to researchers. This will have a significant impact and be very important for the future development of the school.]]>
