Abstract

IAIN Bengkulu consists of four faculties. One of them is the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI). FEBI IAIN Bengkulu has a very small department and the only one in Bengkulu Province it has is the Zakat and Waqf Management study program. Of the 4 study programs at FEBI IAIN Bengkulu, only this study program has little interest. The purpose of this study is to explain the learning outcomes of graduates in the curriculum of the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. To Explain How SWOT Analysis Against CPL Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. To Explain How the Planning and Development Strategy of Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. This type of research is qualitative with research methods to find naturalistics carried out in natural conditions where the object develops as it is, research is not imitated and the existence of research on object dynamics is not influenced. So whatever is found in the field does not improve the data. That data is analyzed and then written in the research report. The results of the research are the Learning Outcomes of Graduates in the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program Curriculum According to Users The graduates of the curriculum in the Zakat and Waqf Management study program have met the standards and some are in accordance with graduate users and some knowledge that needs to be adapted to graduate users including IT-based knowledge and applications, deepened Religious knowledge, especially Tahfis and about the ethics of a charity. SWOT Analysis of the CPL of Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program Graduates Based on Users Strategy is a comprehensive plan that integrates all resources and capabilities that have a long-term goal to achieve an expected goal. The Study Program can move quickly and correctly, when there is the ability to determine a new position with a new paradigm and orientation which is also called repositioning. The repositioning of the study program is carried out by assessing and reviewing the results of the SWOT analysis of the research results above from all strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so that it can determine which ones must be improved and which ones must be strengthened according to the themes and components. Among the MAZAWA study program development strategies that will be implemented include preparing short, medium and long term strategic plans. The short-term strategic plans of the MAZAWA study program include evaluating the development draft of the Merdeka Learning curriculum for the Merdeka Campus

Abstract

The purpose of the UMKM product marketing program is to educate members of the Aksa Tani farmer group to improve their understanding and knowledge in understanding the marketing of UMKM products in the Aksa Tani farmer group in Kaana village, Enggano sub-district, North Bengkulu district, Bengkulu province. Before the implementation, many members of the farmer group still did not understand the marketing of UMKM products. This study is a qualitative study that explores the product marketing model in the UMKM Farmer Group in Enggano District.

Abstract

Tujuan penlitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan konsumen pada Mini Market Hasanah Mart Pagar Dewa, dan (2) Untuk mengetahui tinjauan Ekonomi Syari’ah terhadap kualitas pelayanan konsumen pada Hasanah Mart Pagar Dewa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sistem wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelayanan di Hasanah Mart sudah tergolong baik, terutama dari segi keramahan karyawan, penampilan yang rapi dan bersih, serta ketanggapan dalam melayani kebutuhan konsumen. Pelayanan dilakukan tanpa diskriminasi, dengan sikap lemah lembut, dan mengutamakan kepentingan konsumen di atas kepentingan pribadi. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang menjadi perhatian konsumen, seperti keterbatasan variasi produk bahan pokok dan fasilitas pendukung yang kurang memadai seperti tidak tersedianya kursi dan meja untuk kenyamanan pengunjung. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, Hasanah Mart dinilai telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pelayanan syariah seperti jujur, amanah, profesional, serta mengedepankan nilai empati dan ukhuwah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelayanan Hasanah Mart telah berjalan sesuai nilai-nilai syariah, namun tetap memerlukan perbaikan pada aspek fasilitas dan kelengkapan produk untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary and work environment on employee professionalism at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Bengkulu Province. The method used is associative quantitative with a census approach to the entire employee population of 81 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both salary and work environment have a significant effect on employee professionalism. Validity and reliability tests prove that the instruments used are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test indicate that the regression model does not contain problems of normality, multicollinearity, or heteroscedasticity. Partially, the salary variable has a positive effect of 0.469 on professionalism, while the work environment has a greater effect of 0.530. Both variables together contribute to increasing employee professionalism. This finding emphasizes the importance of a balance between compensation and work environment quality in supporting the professional performance of government employees

Abstract

MSME actors in Indonesia still face various obstacles in business management, especially in the aspects of marketing and financial bookkeeping. This condition has a direct impact on the low level of bankability of MSMEs to access financing from banking institutions, especially Islamic banks. This activity aims to provide assistance to MSME actors, especially Toko Cipta Swara Elektronik, to be able to prepare basic financial statements and implement simple digital marketing strategies. The method used in this activity is the ABCD (Audience, Behavior, Condition, Degree) approach, with the implementation in the form of lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, and simulations. The results of the activity show that partners are able to prepare two types of basic financial statements (cash flow and profit and loss), design digital marketing strategies through social media, and understand the requirements for applying for Islamic bank financing. This assistance has proven to be effective in increasing the capacity of partners administratively and strategically, as well as opening up greater opportunities to access sharia financing services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran entrepreneur dan jaringan (network) dalam mendorong pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), dengan studi kasus pada usaha pabrik tahu Nelis Nurhasana di Desa Lubuk Sahung, Kabupaten Seluma. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik, yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran wirausaha sangat signifikan dalam mengembangkan UMKM, terutama melalui inovasi produk, peningkatan kapasitas produksi, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan strategi pemasaran digital. Jaringan usaha juga terbukti mempengaruhi pertumbuhan UMKM secara positif melalui hubungan dengan pelanggan, pemasok, sesama pelaku usaha, serta pemanfaatan media sosial dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Kombinasi antara kemampuan kewirausahaan dan kekuatan jaringan mampu meningkatkan daya saing serta memperluas jangkauan pasar UMKM lokal. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara entrepreneurship dan networking sebagai strategi pertumbuhan UMKM, khususnya di sektor pangan tradisional di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of spirituality on increasing sales among muslim fashion entrepreneurs and the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on enhancing sales in Bencoolen Indah Mall (BIM), Bengkulu City. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collection conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is performed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that spiritual values such as honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, worship, and piety have a positive impact on business success. Entrepreneurial orientation, which includes innovation, adaptation to technology, risk-taking, proactivity, and customer focus, has proven effective in increasing sales. Muslim fashion entrepreneurs who can integrate spiritual values with a proactive entrepreneurial orientation tend to be more successful in facing challenges and achieving business objectives.

Abstract

Population growth which continues to increase every year will cause many problems, one of which is the lack of job opportunities, as a result the number of unemployed is increasing which has an impact on economic conditions in Indonesia. Therefore, economic development will be more successful if it is supported by entrepreneurs who can create job opportunities. Entrepreneurship is not only dominated by men but also the emancipation of women. Women who choose to become entrepreneurs certainly have their own reasons why they made the decision to become entrepreneurs. This research aims to determine the background that motivates women to engage in entrepreneurial activities and to determine the Islamic economic perspective related to the work motivation of entrepreneurial women in the Simpang Kandis area, Sumber Jaya Village, Kampung Melayu District, Bengkulu City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using field research. The research results show that women's work motivation in entrepreneurship in Simpang Kandis is caused by several factors, including economic needs, encouragement from the family, and available market potential. In an Islamic economic perspective, women are permitted to engage in entrepreneurship outside the home, but this must be accompanied by permission or blessing from their husband or parents. Apart from that, they are also expected not to neglect their household duties and become entrepreneurs with the aim of meeting their daily needs. However, this research also shows that women involved in entrepreneurship have not fully implemented the values recommended by Islam. Even though they have good intentions, piety in their work, and sincerity in their work, they are not yet fully transparent in selling their products to consumers regarding the quality of their merchandise. Apart from that, a friendly attitude towards buyers is also lacking. This research indicates that there is potential to increase the suitability of women's entrepreneurial practices with Islamic values in the Simpang Kandis area. However, further efforts are needed to improve the understanding and implementation of these values in their entrepreneurial practices.
