Abstract

The purpose of this study is to counter the results of KSEI's data in 2022 regarding the number of investors dominated by generation Z and the results of a survey conducted by KIC regarding the decisions of generation Z to invest in the Islamic Stock Exchange. The approach used is quantitative. The population in this study were students of” FEBI UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. The sampling technique used is quota sampling, which is the students of FEBI UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu which amounts to 50 people who have or not a stock account. The results tested by SPSS 25, with a significance value of 0.109 > 0.05. However, the results of the research conducted, it concluded that the zero Hypothesis (H0) is accepted, which is perspective (X) variable has no significant effect on investment decisions (Y) variable in the Islamic Stock Exchange. The results also show that out of 50 respondents there are only 7 (14%) respondents who already have a stock account. They have a stock account admitted that did not understand the investment system and also the reason they opened a stock account only to fulfill their assignments. Meanwhile, 43 (86%) of them admitted did not interest in investing, apart from their perspective which was not very open to investing in the Islamic Stock Exchange, they also have no interest in knowing more about the investment system and they did not lesson of investing in Islamic Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and explain student consumption behavior patterns, and to determine the factors that cause the transformation of student consumptive behavior in overseas sharia economics study programs at Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University, Bengkulu. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The social situation used in this research was 15 sharia economics study program students class of 2019. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model. From the results of the research and discussion, it was found that the transformation of consumptive behavior of overseas students at Fatmawati Sukarno University, Bengkulu, sharia economics study program, among others, in terms of prioritizing consumption, they prioritize needs rather than desires, in terms of choosing goods for consumption, many of them do not pay attention to the type of goods, cleanliness. or the price, using branded goods to gain appreciation and high social status, discounting prices, bargaining, and spending free time hanging out in cafes and coffee shops. Coffee shops are just places to relax and have fun. This is what makes them trapped in consumer behavior. Abstract

Many Indonesian people are still hesitant and worried about the safe and lawful when they want to invest in capital markets, even though the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) has issued a fatwa on the application of Islamic principles in trade mechanism equity securities in the regular market Stock Exchange Number 80 of 2011, but there are many opinions that say that investing in the stock market at the stock exchange was unclean. The capital market is one of the important pillars of the world economy today. Many industries and companies that use capital market institutions as a medium to absorb investment and media to strengthen its financial position. The modern economy would not exist without the capital market that is well-organized. Every day trillions of rupiah transaction through this institution, this is what brings the authors to examine how the laws of sharia stock exchanges in the Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This research investigates the evolving lifestyle trends that have influenced consumer preferences for secondhand clothing, commonly known as “thrift.” The study aims to comprehend how lifestyle choices and costumer interests contribute to the practice of thrifting within the community, while also exploring the Islamic economic perspective on these lifestyle choices and consumer interests related to secondhand clothing utilization (thrift). Employing a qualitative research approach, the study focuses on observasing and analyzing thrifting activities at the Panorama Market in Bengkulu city as its research context. The findings reveal that lifestyle plays a pivotal role in shaping consumer interest in secondhand clothing, with community lifestyle choices exerting a positive influences on this interest. Primary factors driving this interest include affordability considerations, the reliability of product quality, alignment with fashion trends, social influence from the thrifting, community, and positive purchasing experiences. Furthermore, the Islamic economic perspetive offers valuable insights and guidance in understanding this phenomenon.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the environmental impact on used goods business activities in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu City, by referring to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) regulations from an Islamic economic perspective. This study specifically uses the maslahah murrasa approach in fiqh rules as the main analytical framework. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. The research results show that there are a number of problems related to the responsibility of second-hand goods entrepreneurs towards environmental aspects. Entrepreneurs in the area are known to set up businesses in residential areas, which results in air and environmental pollution. This pollution has a direct impact on the surrounding community, which experiences continuous disturbances in the form of unpleasant odors. Until now, no concrete solution has been found by entrepreneurs to overcome this problem. In a review of Islamic economics, it was found that business actors have not fully complied with Islamic principles regarding environmental management and preservation. Based on the analysis of natural resources and the environment from an Islamic perspective, the Al-Istislah concept and the approach to the basic objectives of Islamic law (Maqasid al-Syari'ah) should be the main guidelines for business actors in maintaining a balance between economic benefits and environmental preservation.

Abstract

Kemiskinan menjadi masalah yang sangkat krusial bagi Pemerintah. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah Upaya untuk pengentasan kemiskinan di Desa Genting Juar, memberikan pendampingan kepada keluarga bersetatus KPM di desa Genting Juar terkait program bantuan Pahlawan Ekonomi Nusantara, dan memberikan motivasi serta pendampingan kepada keluarga KPM untuk mengajukan bantuan program Pahlawan Ekonomi Nusantara dalam meningkatkan pendapatan agar terlepas dari kebergantungan bantuan dari pemerintah. Pengabdian masyarakat di lakukan di Desa Genting Juar Kecamatan Semidang Alas Maras Kabupaten Seluma. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian praktek secara langsung, dengan metode survei, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, adapun sumber data yaitu dari beberapa narasumber seperti; Pihak Dinas Sosial, Perangkat Desa dan ketua PKH. Dari hasil penelitian dalam bentuk sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat Desa Genting Juar memberikan penyuluhan tentang Program Pahlawan Ekonomi Nusantara, bantuan berupa modal usaha sebesar 2,4 jt per KK, pendampingan, dan pemantauan secara rutin kepada peserta dalam menjalankan program PENA

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi dan minat berinvestasi pada pasar modal di kalangan generasi muda Z, khusunya pada siswa kelas X dan XI di SMAN 7 Kota Bengkulu, dengan melalui program pendampingan pasar modal. Latar belakang dari kegiatan ini adalah tidak adanya aktivitas dari GIE BEI SMAN 7 yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pembinaan dan rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap investasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melalui tahapan observasi, edukasi interaktif melalui permainan stocklab, seminar literasi keuangan, serta studi lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam hal pengetahuan dan minat siswa terhadap pasar modal, dibuktikan melalui perbandingan dari pre-test dan pos test. Maka edukasi pasar modal berbasis pendekatan partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa di SMAN 7 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Investasi emas menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat karena nilainya yang cenderung stabil dan tidak terpengaruh inflasi. Namun, keterbatasan modal menjadi kendala utama masyarakat dalam berinvestasi emas secara tunai. Bank Syariah Indonesia menghadirkan produk pembiayaan cicil emas sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin beinvestasi emas secara bertahap yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang investasi emas jangka panjang melalui produk pembiayaan cicil emas yang ada di BSI KC Bengkulu Adam Malik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk cicil emas memiliki peluang besar sebagai instrumen investasi jangka panjang dengan skema pembayaran yang lebih fleksibel dibandingkan pembelian emas secara tunai sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat yang ingin memiliki emas yang terkendala dengan modal. Namun, kendala dalam pengembangannya yaitu masih kurangnya sosialisasi produk kepada masyarakat luas dan keterbatasan finansial masyarakat yang belum mampu menjangkau produk ini dan juga menggunakan DP 20%. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang lebih unggul untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai manfaat investasi emas melalui skema pembiayaan syariah.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup dan media sosial terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada Generasi Z di Kecamatan Kedurang, Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Perilaku konsumtif yang ditunjukkan oleh Generasi Z sering kali tidak berdasarkan kebutuhan riil, tetapi lebih pada dorongan gaya hidup dan pengaruh media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 99 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif (t-hitung = 5.210; p < 0.05). Penggunaan media sosial juga berpengaruh signifikan (t-hitung = 2.641; p < 0.05). Analisis simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup dan media sosial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif (F-hitung = 68.004; p < 0.05), dengan R² sebesar 0.586 (58.6%). Ini berarti 58.6% variasi perilaku konsumtif dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel gaya hidup dan media sosial
